Some booths in this restaurant are incredibly uncomfortable and one really needs some repair. I have gotten frequent wrong orders here and called about the last one and the person who answered seemed to not have any professional mannerisms and couldn’t nor would not take steps to solve the problem. I had to take my issue to Panera online to get it solved. The food here cost way to much to keep getting messed up orders and the aggravation so I’ve stopped going here. I wish it were different because I do enjoy some of the healthier menu items when they are made with what they are supposed to come with and all items are given that you paid for. I came to the drive-through today and I watched a lady in a sweater making food without gloves. I saw her drop food bags on the floor and pick them back up to be used. My food wasn’t very good. This place is sleezy.

Ordered off Uber eats for my husband who is working out of town and staying in a hotel. He came down with Influenza A so I tried to order him some soup. When the driver showed up she was handed the wrong bag by the workers. I waited an hour to be delivered a dry cookie instead of my order. When I asked if they would include the already made order into my new order that I had to reorder and wait again for delivery yet again I was hung up on by the manager. Wish I could give this place 0 star. They need a lesson in customer service.

Simply delicious! Best salads & soups around! They were 30mins from closing but welcomed us a party of 5.. freshest salads. Unique flavors! U can't go wrong if u choose to eat here.Prices r lil higher than usual but with this economy that's just normal now! Love this place !!

They discontinued the Napa Chicken Salad and when we tried to order something different they were out of some of the ingredients for that item as well. It was even a brand new item on their menu.

It's hard to believe this place still does decent business. I usually only come here for mac and cheese for my daughter. This time I decided to try the chicken pepperoni melt. Unfortunately, they left out the chicken and used 8 pieces of pepperoni on a 11" sub. You could easily go next door to Sheetz and get better food. That was my last time eating here.

The Food is good, when you can get it. Ticket times are up. Kitchen Sink cookie has too much salt in it, I once got rung up for someone else's order, and if you are lucky enough that they still have what you want in stock...you may enjoy it. If you are looking for a frustration free eating experience, you may want to consider someplace else.

I normally am very pleased with Panera in my area. This visit while on vacation. Not at all! I have never gotten a smoothie that wasnt full. But ordered car side to go...had to go in after sitting there over 15 min past time expected. The hot sandwich was NOT hot. The attitude of the staff was oh well.

We went through the drive-thru because there was limited parking. The staff was very friendly. It only took about 15 minutes to get our food. It was our first visit there, so we did not know the sandwich we ordered was only half a sandwich. That should maybe be asked at the place where you order. But now we know. We also ordered 2 Flatbread pizzas and a salad.

Soup was outstanding. Skip the tuna, completely not worth it.Restaurant was a little more dirty than I had hoped for.Cookies were ok sourdough bread was wonderful but id skip the brownies. Well for starters I didn’t get 3 out of 4 sandwiches I ordered then on top of that the green goddess salad had FROZEN meat in it. No dressing the soups we purchased were cold and then when I called and told them they said they’d refund and take care of me when I came in. I go in and talk to the manager and she says no refund but she can remake the food (days later?) nobody wants to eat back at a place where they had a bad experience. Being sure to let my friends and family know to avoid this place and you are better off at subway 🤷🏻‍♀️

First time travelling in USA, and it was my first visit to Panera Bread. I tried their soup and salad. Really good taste. Portion size was not too big, well priced. I also tried chai tea latte, which seemed a little too sweet to me, then they kindly made it again for me! Staffs were very polite and welcoming. I wish they open this franchise in Sheffield, UK.

Half the time my order is wrong or something is left out and when it's not wrong they put a scoop of chicken salad on my sandwich. The sandwich is mostly lettuce and onions. Not worth it anymore. Last time I ordered chicken noodle soup and it had 3 noodles in it.

Anytime I travel, I always look for a Panera Bread. I have stopped at countless different locations on the east coast. I have not visited any location as clean and well managed as our location here in Beckley, WV. The staff is friendly and always remembers/greets the regulars. Dealing with the shortage in supplies and often being short staffed does not change their positive attitudes. Acting General Manager Carneesha is awesome with her employees as well as the customers. She has a great personality for front of the house, and is always on the line at lunch keeping the orders rolling when it gets busy. This Panera Bread is the only location that I have always been greeted with a smile and frequently reminded how much my business is appreciated.

Had a gift card so decided why not try them. Well... Trendy, average to above average prices. Had the steak and white cheddar sub, asked for light toasting but it was a bit too hard for my liking. I was expecting cheese to be mixed in with the meat but it looked like it was drizzled over the bun. I wasn't impressed with this place. Actually, still have money on gift card so I may try them later but different meal. I forgot to take photo of the food.

The past couple times I've ordered curbside I've waited almost 30 minutes before going in to find out just sitting there. Today I was driving for door dash and the order was about 10 minutes past when I was told to pick it up and again I had to ask for it. They didn't put it on the rack or even call out that it was ready

Pricey, but you can always expect quality. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. If you love bread like a do, and you know a really good baguette is hard to fund, then Panera has what you want. The bakery is limited, but the bear claws are wonderful. They offer an unlimited coffee club, GREAT COFFEE, better than the other place!
