This store is so clean and friendly employees and there is this 1 worker who is in the self checkout every time I go in and his Name is Jackie and he is so professional and very friendly and is very helpful and I'd give a 10 star just for him if I could. He deserves to recognized for sure.

The exterior of the store and parking lot was very clean with plenty of parking spaces available. I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered the store. The store was very clean and I was able to easily find the items I was looking for. The prices of my items purchased were very reasonable.

Been shopping here for 35 years. They have what we need. Food is very good and fresh.Pharmacy has the best pharmacists and technicians, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!

They have good sales I just hate the self check outs so much every time you scan an item it will call for assistance and it will also "say make sure all items are in the bagging area". I just hate krogers

The store "manager " is NOT capable of managing anything. After being DOUBLE charged for my 76 dollar purchase. I returned to the store no less than 3 times to finally contact the person that I was told would be able to handle the cittuation. Upon arrival I was able to speak to one of if not THE most incompetent person I have ever incountered. Having my bank statement AND purchase receipt in hand. I attempted to explan the cittuation. And ask that my account be credited the over charge. To which I recieved a reply nothing short of accusatory. To be completely honest. I have never. Nor do I believe that someone as incompetent and quite frankly stupid should be in charge of others. It isn't good policy to habe someone so negligent in charge of a intire Business. I am aware the job can not consist of much. Because he certainly doesn't have the ability to do much. AFTER CONTACTING the with this being said. As Of this time I have COP informed that I am to wait yet another week before I am to be exspecting the refund that i am due. With out so much as a explanation as to why my money has been tired up for.over two weeks. Apparently the store is broker than they seem to be. With this type of.leadership it.isnt surprising.It is bad enough to have to pay these outrageous prices. But to then be double charged for a purchase . And forced to wait over 2 weeks for a refund is unacceptable.I have finally been able.to contact someone that SEEMS to be able to speak English enough to process the claim. It is not.about to money as much as the fact that some people that looks as goofy and proves themselfs as incompetent as the "manager"of this place has prove to be needs to be reevaluated. Any place that the public depends on for their food should at least have someone in charge that isnt a compleat incompatant jackass with what can only be described as a napolian complex. Although he appears to stand close to 6 foot. Huuumperhaps its not.his height he has a complex about after all. Like most people anymore I mainly do pickups, but the people that bring us the items has always been friendly and the items they pick out with fruits and vegetables are always good quality.

This is so disgusting, here I am 2nd time this week on Wed at 2:35pm coming to utilize the service desk now at the Harper rd location and its CLoSEd for the day. I Just spoke to the MGR here. He said not enough employees, no one wants to work it because they only make 11$ an hour and no one wants to be yelled at all day. This is now twice I’ve left a review at each location. Again several employees all around and several out front smoking. But no one can help me at service desk. Krogers DO BETTER. Your losing customers!!!!

Always nice groceries and produce, great money savings if you use digital coupons, Kroger card and pickup options. 150$ here gets me almost twice as much as other places. They will even substitute name brands for thing they do not have I stock for no extra charge. Fresh fruit and veggies are excellent.

Great products and prices if you get the discount card. They vary in selection but usually have really good deli foods and sweets. But the checkout line is ridiculous. More self check out lines than people working. To self check out and pay for $100 worth of food and then have to bag your own groceries it takes at least 30 minutes and that is ridiculous. I do and will choose Food Lion every time because they still offer help.

Me and my wife went there today and and our shopping experience was not very good it was average at best I went to the meat to get some hamburger and there was no bags to put it in and the guy told me if I wanted one I would have to go where to go where the vegetables are and get it myself he was hateful about it that is ridiculous and I asked for a pack of cigarettes when checking out the cashier to me to get them myself when they are are supposed to do it for you and where the sprayers spray the vegetables there is mold which is terrible and charge $7.00 to $8.00 for a box of cereal and be treated this way this way is ridiculous I don't know if we will be back or not might start going to walmart or food lion if you are going to treat customers like this.

Went to the counter and asked to buy lottery tickets. The lady said we got a machine over there and pointed to it. I said yes but it only takes exact change. Then she said in a rude tone, well what kind of lottery you want then. I just left to go to Food Lion, they don't act like your interrupting their break to serve you there.

One of my favorite places to shop due to the selection of healthy items and organic products. My only complaint is that they use to have all these items together but have now spread them in the aisles throughout the store. I hate having to look for what I use to be able to easily find, it's annoying.

They made my sons birthday cake and it was delicious! And a very well made cake. Price was reasonable too. I ordered it over the phone and everything. Definitely recommend for sheet cakes

We tried to go this store on Friday afternoon and it was raining. I have a 10 month old so i needed a buggy for her. Not one in sight. The employees weren't paying attention until we told them and decided to go find them and bring the wet ones inside as other people were also looking for them too. Id rather not waste my time on the lack of organization.

Nice store, glad it's open 24 hours, handy for those of us working nights or evenings but HATE the self checkouts. If I wanted to scan groceries, I'd work there. Thumbs down for that reason only.

Never any Diet Pepsi in stock. Have looked for it in my Kroger 6 times in 8 days. Plenty of regular sugar Pepsi. As a diabetic, I need Diet Pepsi. If an item is popular why don't you stock or order more of it? I am getting sick of having to go elsewhere to buy Diet Pepsi. If I have to do this then I will shop elsewhere entirely.

At one time, this Kroger store used to have three (count ‘me, three) electric carts for use by those of us with mobility problems. Now, this store has NONE that actually work. It’s clear that management doesn’t care enough to get the damn carts fixed. I now spend more time at the local Walmart (which has plenty of working electric carts).

I currently work at another kroger store and when I walked in this store I wasn't greeted by anyone there was no buggies inside all the employees where in the aisles stocking shelves and not 1 of them said hello or anything to me. I get to the self checkout of course it said " help is on the way" well the employee over that had his headphones on listening to music and dancing well he finally come and scanned his badge and still no hello no nothing from him also. As I left the store I passed 3 employees plus the employee that scanned his badge for me and NONE of them said bye, have a good day, not a word. I've always liked kroger on Harper road but after that experience I doubt I will return.
