Prices on stuff is outrages and it's clean and organized great place to shop if you have plenty of money to spend . Polite people not enough cash registers opened. They put in self registers that was pointless to have. I would recommend people to come here .

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a horrible company to do business with. Do not spend your money with this company. They allowed someone to open a fraudulent card in my name and then says I have to wait 60 days before they can do anything about it. This person is destroying my credit, and kohls doesn’t care at all. Maybe if they took 60 days to verify someone’s identity before opening a credit card in their name they could avoid all of this. You can open a line of credit in a matter of minutes but it takes 2 months to close it. Poor customer service.

I went to Sephora for a haircare product recommended by my stylist. I met Emma who was so knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for and an additional product too. She then recommended a hair oil to use at night and gave me a sample to try and demonstrated how to use it. Best Sephora experience ever! This was also the first time I used the new Sephora in Kohls-Beckley. 👍👍

Duke was an absolutely AWESOME customer service rep! He saved me a tremendous amount of money, was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding Kohl’s policies. Plus he showed me pics of his two fur babies, gorgeous german shepherds! A very pleasant shopping experience! 5 star rating to Duke at Beckley’s Kohls store!

Kohl's is in a different spot from my last visit. They're in same shopping center area, just further down the hill, closer to the highway. Very helpful & friendly staff. It was nice to go OUT shopping for a change (instead of online). Picking up an internet purchase was easy (My 1st time), too.

I went into Sephora and was immediately greeted and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I was fine at the time but then asked Emma for some help. She was very helpful and even suggested some things I might be interested in and I was. She knows her stuff. I hope she is there the next time I go there.
