As you can see, the line was wrapped around the building (my car is at the end in the parking lot next door). Blame COVID-19. Took almost 40 minutes. Yet the crew was calm, polite and the food was fine. 5 stars for the crew.

I can tell the workers are really trying and they are nice and courteous. For some reason they were unfortunately out of burgers and vanilla ice cream which are kinda DQ’s staples. The bathroom was also out of order which was a bummer as well.

Second review on this business, but just supporting my first. This is the absolute slowest Dairy Queen in existence. Nearly an hour in the drive-thru on a Tuesday night. I am not exaggerating. This place will test your patience. Just go somewhere else, or stop at the next DQ.

If I could not put a star at all, I would, but unfortunately I have to do at least one. Went to eat with my family and we got there around 9:30 and the drive thru was slammed, so we decided to go in since they don’t close till 10. We went to open the door and it was locked. 30 minutes before they closed, they even had a sign on the door saying they don’t close till 10 so there was no reason for them to have it locked.

There ice cream machine is turned down so the ice cream comes out some what melted =( NEVER in my life have seen such a poorly ran DQ!! Blizzard was melted down and my ice cream cone came out melted down !!!!!! SERVICE here also is a joke! STAY AWAY .. Go to Mc Donalds if you want ice cream in this town. SAD to say !!!!!!!!! The young man server said... This is the way they come out and I said seriously !!!!!!! STAY AWAY

Ice cream always taste great. Little pricey but I like it. Always understaffed, line wraps around the building everytime I go. You can tell the staff is overworked or under managed because they move like molasses. However, the ice cream is good.

Had to update this for the last few times I’ve went. Always pretty busy. I always get a Strawberry Cheese quake with extra cheesecake bites. They rarely turn the cups upside down but I rarely get the extra cheesecake bites I pay for, the ice cream was kinda milky and has literally been unpleasant to eat for the last 3 times. I’m unfortunately done going here for a while.

So I ordered a cake 2 days ago to be picked up today. I show up I pay, I’m handed a cake. I look at the cake.. it’s a bigger cake with two names on it WITH TWO PIECES ALREADY GONE! thennn I had to wait on my cake to be finished and was charged more even after this and it was smaller! I’m giving 2 stars only because the lady in the window was nice.

Extremely slow service. Food was basically charcoal. I understand it's a fast food joint, but at least McDonald's has juicy food. Their ice cream machine was working though. Can't go wrong with a blizzard, I always recommend trying one of the limited editions.

We love Dairy Queen but this is the slowest fast food establishment in all of Beckley. We waited over an hour for ice cream, the next day we tried again and it was another 40 minute wait. Today we tried back and was in the line for 30 minutes and just decided to leave. At this point I doubt we will be back to this location.

Manager was very nice & I hated calling to complain. Waited 50 minutes yesterday for 1 blizzard and it wasn't made correctly. Went back today for the free one offered to me and after waiting 40 more minutes it was also not made correctly. I waited patiently 2 days in a row and still didn't receive what I ordered, lol! DQ was my first job as a teenager, and it would've been nice to walk in to show them how to make one! Sadly some employees just do not care about providing good service. I will not go back to this DQ!! Waste of my time & money!

The food taste fine. But my chicken basket looked like they dumped the fries in. They had them stacked on top of the box. And my wife sunday was lite on the fudge. The service is so so. But employees should know we can hear you out in the lobby so watch what you say. We may have laughed at things being said but others may not. The drive thru and the drive way of the hotel next door is a bit of an issuse with cars passing. Super plus was the bathroom. Was super clean the few times I've been there.

Was okay. Everything was slow. The lady took two mintues to get me a dollar bill, which she had to retrieve from the back room to get. Upon ordering food, I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my #1 combo. Bathroom unavailable. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

This was the worst Dairy Queen experience I have ever had. The fries were undercooked and the chicken strips were overcooked. Also, it seemed like every soda was flat so we had nothing to drink. Maybe teach your workers how to make blizzards because my cotton candy blizzard was mostly white. So disappointed. :(

Disappointment hot dog bubs are no longer toasted. The employees are terrible. Was 5 people standing around register today June 18th 1pm not doing anything. Three of the female workers was making fun of a group of Indian woman and talking trash about people's clothing and tattoos loud enough we could hear it in the back of the store. My wife being the one in tye dye shirt with tattoos they were having a good laugh at honestly they need fired. Only one working was the cook who was having to show the cashier how to ring up orders. Apparently the other 4 standing her was just emotional support smh....

Terrible service and absolute worst drive through that I have ever been to. Lately its been even worse. Took 25 minutes to get through it (I would have left if I was just there for myself) yet employees were out smoking the whole time. It's not the first time it has taken this long here by any means either. If there was another dq closer by this one would never get my money.

DQ was as expected. Easy to access from interstate. Easy drive thru. Fast service. Pretzel sticks and ice cream drink were on point. Highly satisfied with this DQ. Would stop here again as it is along the main journey route. Delicious!

Great DQ location. They are a favorite of my family. The ice cream is very good and these guys are not stingy with it. The ice cream cakes here are great as well. The only issue you might have with the place is a tight drive thru and a small driveway that is a bit tricky to navigate. They share a back area with a Travelodge and they are right beside a gas station. They also have an omelette shop right beside them. Don’t go here if you are hauling a boat or RV.
