Last 3 times we have gone there. Managers standing rher gossiping with customers.Associates sitting there on their cell phones while customers are standing looking for assistance. When you finally get there attention they seem inconvenienced... Don't go there unless you absolutely L Italy have to.

So if there was an option for zero stars...that would be my option. So today 12-22-23 I rent a excavator at 10am. They said it would be delivered by noon. Here it is now 230 and still haven't showed up. Which only gives me maybe 3 hours of daylight. Called 3times and get a different excuse each time.wont use this company in the future.

I needed a new battery for my tractor so I called in the morning to see if they had any. Person on the phone said they would have to order the battery and it would be $114. I didn't want to order one and I had errands to run in town so I went to Auto Zone. Those batteries were way more expensive so when I got home I called to order one. This person said we have 11 and it would be $149 minus $18 if I bring the core. Not sure what the first person was looking at but this was still cheaper than Auto Zone so I said I will come down. Unfortunately, I didn't ask if parts closes before the store because it takes me an hour to get there. The person on the phone also didn't tell me they close in 45 minutes. My wife and I get to the store and I walk in with the core to the dark parts counter. No one says anything to us. We stand there for a few seconds still nothing. I look around and see employees sitting at a desk having a pleasant conversation. Nothing. We start walking towards them but can't get all the way there because of a row of mowers. We stare at them for a few seconds. Nothing. My wife says something to them. Nothing. Must have been a great conversation. We walk to the cashier and ask if we can get some help. The cashier walked to the group at the desk. So as not to be bothered to get up out of his chair he yells at us asking what we need. I said a battery. I heard him say something about a rack and key to the cashier. Then he said parts is closed. It seemed like the cashier was trying to get him to help us. Thank-you to her. My wife said we drove for an hour. But still from his chair he says "parts is closed parts is closed. Their better off going to Napa anyways." I get that parts was closed but you at least could have gotten out of your chair and talk to us when we walked in. I would not be writing this if that happened. I also know one customer doesn't mean much but I'm going to take this employees advice and purchase any parts needed in the future elsewhere.

Good selection of everything you'd need or want on the farm. Huge firearm selection, awesome trapping section.isn't very many places in the area to buy this equipment. So that's a plus in my books. Needs tonadd more fishing stuff imo tho. I'd love to see a fly fishing and tying section along with other species specific lures such as musky, trout, catfish and other. All in all good place to spend some $$$

Sale person was very informative, we was purchasing my sons first hand gun,he had always shot riffles. My son is left handed and he took the time to show my son some guns that would work well for him. Highly recomened this place to buy a gun. Friendly staff and the man that helped my son was awesome,really took the time.

I can usually find whatever I'm looking for and the staff is very friendly. They also have a nice selection of boots. I bought a pair of Irish setters a few months back and I love them. Definitely worth giving them a try.

Walked in with money ready to buy a small 9, for myself.. something to carry in my purse. I'm a gun owner. Was TOTALLY ignored, walked past several times. Maybe because I'm a woman.. maybe because I had one of my babies on my hip. Not sure, but they should never judge a customer based on looks. I was ready to drop $500-600 on gun and ammo (which they had NO ammo), but I'm a woman and mother, so.. they wouldn't help me. Screw Bridgeport, I'm taking my business some where else.

Store is wonderful, the cashier's could be a lot more friendly, or at least the lady who checked me out, she seemed like it was the worst job in the world and heaven forbid I ask her any questions about something. I still highly recommend the store, great prices, great products!

Store lists hours as open til 7pm. PARTS and SERVICE are NOT OPEN til 7pm. Wasted a trip. Buy a $40,000 John Deere Backhoe and the salesman (TOM) won't even return calls after he makes the sale. That is the kind of "treament you get here". Make a comment about this on their Facebook page, and they will BLOCK YOU.
