When I first started using Orkin for my short term rental, I was not getting the communication I asked for. I was ready to give up on the company and look elsewhere but then Ben stepped in and made us a priority. He is always there when we need him. Great turn around time. Would've expected better service for the price. Followup scheduling is such a pain - - calls go to a central call center, and theres no guarantee option but to keep calling if the local office flakes on you, which has happened to me many times at this point. Get the county managers number and you may have better luck.They can be quick to upsell and the workers arent as thorough as the inspector, may cut corners you wont realize unless you get a followup inspection which doesnt seem to be standard.Everyone's friendly and they can do great work when they meet their standards, but the inconsistencies that and challenge of getting in touch makes me wish I'd gone with someone else.

I was very pleased with how quickly we were able to get an inspection and our home treated. The inspector was very knowlegable and informative. It would have been nice to get a copy of the contract before services and a written a reminder of what to expect and do after treatment. The service tech forgot to remind us about airing out the house. The treatment does have a 'musty, dirty' odor.Edit:Four days post treatment our water has a chemical smell and taste and it makes the tongue and lips tingle. There was no mention of the treatment being a potential hazard to our water supply. The inspector only asked where our well was located.This is our only source of water for our house and livestock.Of course you can't speak to a live person. You can only leave a voice mail. 😠

the work that i had done was very time consuming especially under the house very low craw space....every day when Jason an Sidney left they would tell me when they would be here the following morning...always arrived on time....were very polite and explained what they were doing an if i had any questions would answer them...more people are needed in the workforce like Jason an Sidney great guys !!!!!!! No complaints

I called Orkin, since we had an invasive beetle (ladybug) issue. Joshua Boswell (Inspector) came out within a few hours of my call, then Technician, Mark Wiseman, came same day for an application for the ladybugs (invasive beetles) and also for wasps on the balcony. Both gentlemen are professional, efficient, and effective. Mark (Technician) came again today as a follow-up. We are very satisfied with Mark's work. We had signed a one-year contract with Orkin/Joshua. I request that Mark Wiseman remain as our Technician. Thank you.

Great company to work with, slight issue with pest control but I will see what’s going on with that issue, termite control however done a fantastic job.After working with Josh to resolve my pest control issue, he called me back within a hour and rescheduled me for a follow up, though the availability is a little far he went out of his way to schedule me with someone else that does a fantastic job, after the other employee didn’t really do what he was supposed to do at all.

Ants have been so bad on the porch and around the pool deck making outside time not fun. To start with we weren’t allowed to be here while they treated and upon returning had reason to believe that one room was completely forgotten and I voiced my concern they assured me it had been treated and sent the branch manager for the follow up treatment and he told me they would be back in two weeks for follow-up which should have been tomorrow so I call today to verify the time and I’m informed I’m not even on the schedule and it will be more than a week before they can come back and for the price I’m paying that really isn’t acceptable. Everyone I’ve talked with has been really nice but there is something wrong in the lines of communication and things tend to slip through the cracks….not professional in my opinion.
