This a good store and offers a fair variety of items as compared to others in this chain.A smaller building than many others in this company, it is clean , well run and organized .The price point is comparable to other chain grocery stores and Service here gets the highest marks ,the staff is very helpful and friendly.All grocery stores work on a much smaller Mark ups than other types of retail establishments.This Beaver location is a gem in this small community .

Stopped at this Kroger store to pick up some tomatoes. They had a large selection and decent pricing. Location was clean and check out was very simple.

Treat their workers horribly. Lanes are barely ever open, today I went in and as expected before a storm it was packed however a customer got irate and my and my husband asked him to stop cussing in front of children, said it wasn’t that serious, told him to step outside and take a breather then come back in. Dude was screaming for a manager, none was coming. Cashier tried telling him they called for manager but none would come out the back. A lady finally come up and told us to leave the store, not the man screaming and cussing and hitting the counter (make it make sense)

Worst Kroger in Raleigh county they never have enough stock in Kroger brand pop yet the other ones on Harper Rd and in beckley crossing can keep it in stock and plenty of it I go to Kroger daily and they never have any just the name brand and it to much to pay for when your on a limit income trying to feed a family I think they need new management to order stuff properly

The absolute dirtiest unstocked Krogers I have ever shopped in. They claim to have 3 managers yet when I ask to talk to one no one can be found. It’s 1 week before thanksgiving and there is nothing on the shelves. All sale items are either expired or no in front of the correct items. When I asked for help behind the customer service counter the girl says “I’m just working the Lottery, you will just have to search the Kroger app. When I asked for the manager she rolled her eyes and said you’ll just have to look around the store, she’s here somewhere. Unfortunately I live in a very rural area but I will definitely make the drive out of town before I spend my hard earned money here.

I don't shop anywhere else!! I love this Kroger..it is always clean, organized and stocked! The employees and managers are very kind and helpful! The digital and paper coupons are awesome! Plus they always have great sales! The ease of using the app to make an online order is beyond any other online shopping experience..when shopping for your items it will show if there's any coupons or deals available for the item and it's fast and easy when you pick it up. The employee will ask if you've got paper coupons to use and they have all been really kind!

Just recently started shopping at the Krogers store in Beaver after moving to WV. There customer service is excellent compared to Walmart and other grocery stores. The prices are competitive to other markets, the selection is outstanding and the store is clean. They have an extensive bakery selection and there fresh fried chicken is some of the best I have eaten. I usally receive my groceries at curbside and as soon as I arrive and notify the store that I am parked they are out within minuites. The employees are customer friendly and polite. Nick has been bringing my groceries out to my vehicle and he is very customer oriented. I will continue to patronize this Krogers.

I love krogers, BUT the big blonde , red, green or what ever color of hair she might have this day who works there is very, very rude. She has been rude to me more than one time.I know it's hard to fine people to work but Kroger you must be desperate to keep her.

I do not recommend produce purchasing for pick up delivery. Yesterday I picked up fresh basil only to learn it was black and slimy. I could not use it for my recipe. So dissatisfied that it was even given to me in that order.

Improvement in November. This month great produce which is an improvement better than usual. Who ever management was on Nov 9 the great job! Kind staff. Store looked great. Keep up the good work. Asap kind cashiers too.

The employees are always great, BUT for upper Management to do a total store reset at this time of year is ridiculous!! Those of us that continually pay higher prices to support our families working there might just have to jump ship. I dont have TIME to stress and walk every isle. My mom that has dementia was really really confused and we just had to leave. She enjoyed going there, it WAS safe for her.

I have no debt/credit card. I did clicklist order. I had to leave without all my cash items. So I'm not shopping at Kroger anymore. Didn't get items including milk.

This Kroger is very clean, has a great deli selection, great produce and organic items. The cashiers are always friendly and the shelves are always stocked. I prefer this Kroger over the one that is closer to my home.

They have the staples. They have a good selection of beer and cheese. The store can be crowded with long lines at times. At other times you have the store almost to yourself. They have a nice selection of plants and flowers most of the time. The seasonal section can be somewhat pricey.

I always shop at Kroger's. All the employees are always helpful and the shelves are stocked. I've asked about additional products and they show up on the shelves. We love Wright's bacon and I stocked up this week. Specifically recommend my local Kroger in Beaver. Yeah to the entire organization.Hilda Tolliver

I like the store however they don't carry Nature Valley pecan crunchy bars which are the ones I like in my yogurt , I discussed it with the manager but they never got them in. Also I would have given them five stars however the produce managers were very rude to me because I tasted one of the blackberries that I was purchasing 3 pints of I see people taste things all the time in produce like grapes and I pointed that out to her her statement was well grapes are different because they're sold by the pound which made no sense to me also when I said I only tasted one BlackBerry she gave the other manager in produce a look like I was lying which I was not. It made me very angry because I'm not a liar and I owned up to what I did as well as purchased the three pints. I go back there because of convenience and I like the bagger Henry who was always nice to me and my family.

1.) This Krogers does not carry nearly half the produce of other Krogers in the area.2.) I bought a "Managers Special" Organic steak that was Rotten when took home and can't find the receipt.3.) All the produce/fruit is rotting and kept on the shelves for people to buy. Seriously, go look at it

Love my Kroger but it is frustrating that a hybrid Kroger has chosen to eliminate the variety of choices they once carried. Also their new brand packaging makes it difficult to find things. Cheap look on the Kroger brand packaging too.

Very poorly stocked everytime I go in the one in Beaver it looks like there going out of business all the time. Dairy is never stocked. I've been in for 8 days straight and can't find my creamer, milk is gone and if you ask someone to go in the back to look for you they roll there eyes and im not sure they even bother looking. Kroger is on beaver needs to step of the game. Worst kroger I've ever went into and will not be going back!

I bought a fliet wrapped in bacon from the meat dept yesterday evening, cooked and ate it the woke up with food poisoning. I was sick all night and I am still sick at 4pm the following day. Their phone does not work but when I'm able to get out of bed, I'm going up there to tell them. This has caused me loss of work and I has to cancel my flight to Birmingham tonight. I will miss a very special day in my son's life. His signing day with college football. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I love the variety of items and the deli is great. The store is slot easier to navigate than some others I have been in also.
