October 7, 2023 around 7:30pm my family and I went in to eat and as we approached the register we second guess if we’d eat. Behind the counter was so nasty and disgusting. Bags cups ice cream cones crumbs etc all over the floor. A blonde girl was doing all the ice cream and running around like crazy and she had chocolate and I don’t know what on her hands and was still serving people. Gave ice cream out without asking if they want lids or anything. Also we ate in and they brought our food in a bag and said we didn’t have trays. There were dirty tables trays on trash can etc. we were not happy with this experience at all and they got our food wrong to boot

Very disappointed. First 3 things I tried to order, they didn't have available. Yet still had signs up suggesting to try that food item out. Bummer for mummy first time experience at DQ. What I did order and receive was disappointing as well. Cheese curds were like warm, hard and chewy. Brownie with ice cream and chocolate syrup was delicious, except I specifically asked to have it made without the whipped topping & it came with.

One of the weirdest places I’ve ever been. Was just told that they are shutting the kitchen down because it’s just “too busy”! Isn’t that the point of selling food! Can’t believe this place. Makes me wonder if the owner knows these teenagers working here just randomly shut things down when they get “too busy”.

When you order a Blizzard from here expect there to be hardly any pieces in it even when you order and are charged for extra. I ordered a large pumpkin pie blizzard with extra pie pieces on line the other day. I had my husband to make sure when he picked up to make sure to ask if they had put extra pie pieces in it as I had ordered and paid for it and they already from precious orders had trouble with them hardly putting in any cookies for an Oreo blizzard. It was always only five or six pieces and a couple of crumbs for a large. I would have to buy my own cookies at Sheetz to add because I didn’t order a vanilla blizzard. Needless to say when my husband picked up my LARGE PUMPKIN PIE BLIZZARD it had no extra pieces, after asking and being told that they had been put in, and what was in there was only about 8 or 9 crumbs of actual pie pieces. I ended up with what can be described as nothing more than pumpkin soup. Never again will I order one from here I’ve reached the fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. At this point in time there blizzards are no more than false advertising.

Food is ok, our kids want this at least 2x a week. Ice cream is good. Hit and miss on service, it is mostly kids working when they show up. They have shut down the kitchen a few times now for being understaffed! Dude in the drive through this week has no personality lol.

Went today around 4 and was not satisfied with mine and my family's service. Waited over 15 minutes for our food, asked the girl taking orders when we would get our food she checked and come back and said 15 more minutes, I told her absolutely not, we already waited 15 minutes, I told her the drive thru was getting their food faster then inside service and she told me that the drive thru is a priority not the inside. That's not how it is suppose to be ran. I've worked in fast food before and that's not how it's ran. Kids not knowing how a business is suppose to be ran and they aren't making it any better. I spent $50.00 there today and I think I'll take my business to Wendys.

Knowingly gave me a broken cup. Even told me to be careful. And the entire place was being operated by high school children it looked like. Cashier was rude and much more interested in talking to her friends then taking any orders. Granted it was busy, but your store should not be ran by a bunch of kids.

Won't go back this is the fourth time my order is messed up. The BBQ had very little sauce, very little cold slaw. I asked for a plain hamburger they didn't ring it up right got one with mustard, ketchup and pickles. I can't believe how bad it has gotten in the last few months.

WHEN visiting this establishment PLEASE I HOPE EVERY ONE has Jacob serving you..THIS Employee makes sure your order is to perfection he is very professional (THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE)..... it's not like it use to be..(well nowadays nothing is):....but its not bad at all...its still considered a dating place for my wife...also the atmosphere is niceFeatures: I see wiping down surfaces very often

Some friends came in from Virginia and they advised me they had been mad because their local dairy Queen did not have the Snickers Blizzard ever anymore. I ran down here and got the Snickers Blizzard for them and it was great! Fast and good service.

Love the blizzard of the month, Oreo, mocha fudge. They slipped up and never have served me with it upside down but it is really good. Also, my mom got a number 3 and the last time her burger was dry..not many toppings...the onion rings were nice and hot and so good!

The food was great...the service was fantastic...the people working were very upbeat and seemed to actually like being there. The young lady who took our order had a genuine smile...that is rare in fast food today...so yes this is most definitely worth a visit....I have been back 3 times sense this posting. The staff needs a good raise...the store was very clean and you could tell there was pride in what these people do....

I love the chocolate soft serve ice cream and they seem to be out a whole lot anymore ☹ And if you prefer your pop with no ice you may want to rethink before ordering. It comes out warm at the Beaver location and cold at the Harper Road location.

I've always loved the Dairy queen, but what I'm disappointed with the most is hotdogs! Dairy queen always had the best hotdogs and now I'm sorry to say but they are nasty. Why mess with something that's not broken? Really wish they'd go back and start making them the way they did in the past. 👍

Beaver Dairy Queen is Simply the Best! I have enjoyed everything that I have ever eaten there. The DQ also has lunch specials for $5. They also have a special on Sundays every night after 8. The special is two for $4. What a deal! Easy to access and is readily seen from the street. You cannot go wrong by visiting here. The ice cream is delicious!

My experience has mixed reviews. The ice cream treats were amazing! However; the lack of smiling, speaking and kindness from the DQ staff was not appreciated.
