For the quality and how much abuse they can take, some of the best tools and best prices I could have paid for them I got from this store. They're always having good deals and the place is cleaner and more shopable than their competitors. If you just bought a house or if you're fixing up a place for rent you'll want to practically live here.

They have issues with employees knowledge of products as well as the Cust Svc desk. They lack in product & credit card procedures.I've dealt with home depot for 35 yrs throughout the country.This store has a long line at the Cust help desk every time I have to go back. More than anyone I can remember.It's a lack of training. And as one of the floor employees stated. They don't want to pay for prior experienced, hands on knowledge.

Bought my mom the most beautiful unique flowers for Mother's Day I've ever seen. She loves them! And they are perennials so they come back every year. Very surprised at how inexpensive they were.

I went through to buy a calendar for my desktop yesterday and I was donating a dollar and I accidentally hit the button twice so I donated $2 and the store man felt bad so he gave me a $3 ink pen that was nice of him I like the ink pen

Ethan of the Depot is the absolute best. My friends and I were trying to build an outdoor bench, but since this is our first venture into construction we required a lot of guidance. He helped us find things around the store, made sure our supplies were suited for the outdoors, and helped to make sure all our supplies were cut right. Overall amazing experience, all thanks to Ethan!

Nothing worse than having people in appliAnce area who are completely clueless and untrained. Tried to buy dishwasher....need installation kit.... can't buy installation kit ..... But if we install it we can....total horrible experience. Never buy another appliance at Home Depot again

I just wanted go on record to let everyone know how well the Barboursville Home Depot team is. Not only are the great at helping you and trying to get you everything you need or want. They go out of their way to help you. They have the greatest customer service ever. They made sure my wife got her credit card back. Also they helped in getting a Black snake out of my truck. Cheyenne went beyond what is called for a employee. I just want to say a big thank you.

We went to purchase a washer dryer set. Two employees were sitting at the computer in the appliance section. The male had his feet up on the desk and the female was laughing. We milled around the displays for about 5 minutes before we left..no customer service at all. We went to Menards where we were greeted by an employee immediately. She helped us with our questions and we left with a maytag washer dryer set.. poor customer service lost a guaranteed sale for Home Depot...

Went in looking for a kitchen faucet, had a customer service representative named Josh who was super nice and helpful. They didn't have the exact one I wanted in stock but he helped me get it ordered and shipped to my house for free shipping and it was on sale too! I will definitely look for Josh the next time I need something from Home Depot! Super nice and super helpful!

I can always count on Home Depot to have whatever it is in stock that I'm there to purchase. Unfortunately that can't be said for other business in the Cabell county area.There's nothing more frustrating than driving across town for something and being able to get it because 9 out of 10 businesses here don't take inventory.

An employee (female) very willingly helped my Dad and I find a particular item. The place where the item was located was empty. She used her phone and found the item was in stock. She went and got a ladder, brought down a new box of the items, handed us the item we needed and restocked the place where they were normally kept. She was very kind and very willing to help us!!The cashier at check out thanked my Dad for his Military service!!Great experiences today at Home Depot!!

As usual my local Home Depot has the worst atmosphere and customer service imaginable. I needed a item that couldn't be found once I did find it it had no price tag so I took a picture went through the self-checkout explain to the girl I couldn't find the price tag. She was absolutely the rudest person like I was really bugging her to help me I swear this is three times in the past month and probably my last trip to this Home Depot

Great place to find what you need. Plenty of inventory, prices arent TOO bad, better place to shop than lowes. 4 stars because its hard to check out. One cashier, every thing else is do it yourself. Im not a big fan of self check out. Most places use covid as an excuse to use less cashiers but i feel they are saying we want your money but we don't have to please you. But.... Ive been wrong before...... just saying....

I ordered curbside pickup and didn't know how to check in, so I went inside to ask. They asked my name, threw a box on the counter, and then walked away without a word. After 10 minutes, they came back in with a cart full of stuff. Eventually, they said it was my stuff, and I told them that I ordered curbside pickup, and another associate said they would bring it out to my vehicle.
