1000% recommend grooming at the this location! My dog gets excited to see his groomer and has always loved their services! My dog is not hesitant to go in and the groomer treats my dog with lots of love. Male dogs sometimes don’t get all the bows and decorations girl dogs get but this place really goes above and beyond even with males. Love the Christmas green tinsel or just random month tie, tinsel, +gems!

This was our first visit but definitely not our last! Our groomer STEPHANIE was amazing. Answered all my questions and was attentive to our big guy Mac a Great Dane even took the time to come and help me choose a more suitable leash for him. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mac has been to many groomers in the past but Stephanie took the time to introduce a grinder for nail trimming and it went very well. I would recommend this location and my personal fav groomer Stephanie. ❤️😁

The store just opened recently so I'll have to follow up soon but my first impression was great. The overall design of the store is well laid out and feels open and not cramped in any way. They have ANIMALS!! They have a variation of animals from kittens, fish, birds, reptiles and this really cool turtle i saw chilling. I wanted to pet the cats sooo bad but Im highly allergic. The friendly staff greeted me on entry and made me feel welcomed even though I was just there to see the store for now. Asked if I needed help in finding anything. They have everything you might need for your pets from foods, cages to accessories. I do recommend and I definetly see myself returning but mostly to see the turtles.

I was spending a lot of money here. I have multiple aquariums and animals I’m always buying stuff for but the past month or so the employees have just seemed in a bad mood and rude. I’ve walked out two times now because of it.They used to not be but it’s like something changed. Kind of makes me want to go spend my money elsewhere now.

I took my dog to Petsmart in Barboursville Wv to be groomed. The staff was super helpful and nice. I couldn’t be more pleased with how our dog looked when we picked her up, and they did better cutting her nails than the vet. We will definitely be going back!

We have followed Sam in pet grooming bc she is the best!! Highly recommend her for little dogs as well as big. She's the dog grooming whisperer 🤣

Prices are high but they have things other pet supplies stores don't have. Pick up 2 sets of dog sox for $10 and a new 32 oz rabbit water bottle for about another $10.

My first time here was yesterday after I signed up for their rewards program. I am going to be checking how competitive they are with PetCo in regards to selection and price. The rewards programs are comparable.The store itself is spacious, well organized, and well lit. The store was clean and appealing to the eye. There was minimal staff that I could see. I went around and checked to see if they sell all the products that I normally buy for my 16 year old Mini Pin. They seem to have a bit more variety than PetCo. They even had senior dog multivitamins that PetCo does not have. The live animals looked to be well maintained and looked after. The cats up for adoption were also very interactive, and their living quarters were clean and spacious.I'm going to do some price comparisons and then decide where I am going to shop for my pooch. Overall, I do recommend giving them a visit and seeing everything they have to offer.I only saw one staff member (the cashier), but she was friendly and knowledgeable. She asked me if I was a member of the rewards program and thanked me for my visit.
