Both Taylors went above and beyond with my dog when she was groomed. They were kind and helpful. I was a little late picking my dog up and Taylor in grooming was so understanding and let me know she didn’t mind waiting there with my dog. I live an hour away but will make the trip again for this type of service!

My husband and I came in and purchased what we thought was buy 3 get 1 free fish... as advertised on the tank we selected from. Once we got to the counter, they didn't ring in that way. Not sure if the girl wrote them down wrong but we got 2x fan tail guppies, and 2x dalmatian mollies. Should have been about 15$... was 25ish. Also didn't have any plakos (what we were really after)...The girl was super nice that got us the fish and told us when the next shipment would be in. Unfortunately the SOME tanks looked dirty. Some of the fresh-water tanks had an ick outbreak. Thankfully the tank we chose from looked clean (enough). We have a 55gallon high and was looking for schooling fish... selections are skimpy.

Let me tell yall, this place is super clean for a pet store!! It is kinda cluttered, but I'm not making a fuss! Any and every brand of cat/dog/bird/fish food, they have it! The animals that are in here are so well taken care of. Each animal is super healthy and not at all sickly, even down to the beta fish they look great! We buy our dog food here. I personally recommend Purina Pro Plan for dogs and cats. Yes it is kinda expensive but the results are great! Plus the dogs love it! We use lamb or beef. Great sales as well!! Whatever ur critters need or want is here!!

I have an 8.5 month old Bichpoo & started taking her here since she was 4 months. I’ve never been let down yet. They double check with me every time on what’s being done & always give feedback at the end. My baby comes home happy, clean & smells amazing.

Our dog decided to check out a skunk on her walk. After 4 days we had an appointment booked with Taylor. She went above and beyond on trying to eliminate the odor. She even conditioned my dog’s fur after the amount of shampoo used to try to remove the odor. Taylor had a shampoo ready when we picked up our dog incase we get skunked again. And she gave my dog this cute bandana and report card.

This place has gone downhill. Every time I go there, I wait for ten minutes at the register before I go looking for an employee. I never find one, and I found out today that while five or six people were wasting their time standing there waiting to check out, the entire staff was in the office RIGHT NEXT to the registers, paying no attention.I'll shop at PetSmart from now on.

I have been very disappointed in the service, I'm waiting to see if the charges pending in my bank is cancelled or if the charges go through for something I never picked up because it was out of stock. This is the first time with this issue and this entire ordeal has been a nightmare and makes me want to take my business to another store that price matches, not only local but any online price. I have been to the store 3 times and the matter has yet to be resolved, will see what happens tomorrow on my bank end, as charges are all pending still.

I needed food put on repeat delivery. I've been struggling with getting this set up for several months now. I need my litter every month, food every 2 months and 2 pack flea collar every 6 months. They finally added my food but made it to where my litter and flea collars are joined. So I either can only get litter every 6 months or have to get flea collars every 6 months. I almost want to leave petco. This is dumb

Great place to get my dog trimmed. She is deaf and hips kinda hurt her. They are patient and give her rest breaks while trimming her.

Took dog for grooming. Kind of a hit and miss on the experience each time due to turnover (I hear they over schedule and under pay). This time was a good experience. Only one girl working the whole grooming station by herself, but was still very pleasant.

My leopard Gecko is dying. I recently bought crickets from this establishment. After she ate some she acted funny. So today I find her upside down in her tank. I feel that there was something wrong with the crickets. Please think in the future where you get your crickets. I love my gecko so much it breaks my heart she was so healthy before this. Will not go back there

After spending over $132.00, you have the nerve to ask your associates if I wanted to buy a bag for $0.10. What nerve. If I didn’t have to have the products i had at the counter, i would have walked out. I will DO ALL MY SHOPPING at somewhere else besides PetCo. Jack up prices if you have to, but stop making us buy a bag to carry what we have purchased. This is absolutely the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard of in a long time. STOP IT. It is like slapping us in the face after we chose to buy something from your store. There are too many alternatives for tricks like this. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Great selection, competitive prices, and weekly specials. Staff can seem uninterested at times and not very helpful. The store itself is usually clean and organized, though it can seem understaffed at times, and you have to walk around looking for an employee. I only buy Blue Buffalo products for my miniature pinscher, and I wish they would expand their selection a bit, especially the treats and bone varieties and flavors. The online pay and pick up is easy, quick, and convenient. Overall, it's a good place to shop for your favorite pets. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The girl that sheared my dog burned her with the clippers, then cut a streak up her head. That looks awful! I will never go there again and I will tell my friends not to go there either. The girl tried to tell me , my dog bit her. I don't believe that!

I have never had a problem with this Petco until recently. I love their service for dogs and cats and their grooming is great as well. However we decided to purchase a 6 fish and after a day we found 2 dead. After refunding those and adding another to those we woke up today to 5 DEAD FISH. We have invested so much money in this new tank. We have the correct heater, filter, and have added air bubbles. The man in the fish department took 10 minutes to even get our refunded fish last time and we asked for the healthiest ones and he acted annoyed by our presence. I am extremely disappointed in my local Petco. I had much higher expectations.

I bought fish from here, and six of them have died. I went back to first time to get a replacement but I wont be doing that again. We have made their tank a very livable environment, and they keep dying. They have to be sick from living at petco. Thankfully we still have three others who survived. But I won’t be buying fish from here again. Also the workers were very rude.
