Rented a dump trailer the other day. From the time I took it I could hear a light bump coming from the trailer. I stop and looked the trailer over multiple times looking for any tire defect and could not find anything on them. I thought maybe the tire had a small flat spot on it. Later I found out it must have been a belt that broke because the tire blew out in the center of the tire. not a side wall. Told the manager this but she informed me it was on me and charged my card 170.00 to replace tire. I was willing to split the cost but she was not willing. I don't think it was my fault but just happened when I had it.. lesson learned. no insurance would cover it they offered before the rental. hope this helps someone else out.

They lied to me right to my face. They said if I come in 28 miles away they would make me a car key. It must be humorous to them to lie to disabled people. Never again will I ever shop here!

I really like that I don't have to go to Lowe's or Home Depot now to get simple things. Sure it might be a couple bucks more, but a 3 minute drive and less than 10 minutes in the store sure helps get my projects done a lot faster. A soon as you walk in, you are greeted and and offered assistance. Great staff.

Nice hardware store that seems to have a little bit of everything. Not far from home which makes it convenient for last minute items needed for a home project. While I understand, it would be nice if they were open at least part of the day on Sunday since some home projects are completed on Sunday afternoons.

The store had low stock of an item I needed, so I bought what they had. I ordered the additional item online and the B'ville store had it sent over from another location. They not only called me to tell me when they should know if they'd get it as requested, but they told me they'd reach out and verify things went as expected so I wouldn't waste a trip there after an online order. The customer service is greatly appreciated after being run around by the big box stores, lately.

Good place to get hardware as they will usually have what you need and the staff are knowledgable. Today I got a propane tank filled and they sell what you need. Some stores have minimum sale or they charge you for a full tank regardless how much they actually pumping. So, this is a really good place to get propane. Are you having that heater outside for social distancing??

Would give it a zero went for a belt for riding mower and they were rude and said they didn't carry parts for John deere and I said I just need the belt she said I told you we don't have it and you need to go to lavalette cause we don't have a parts department seems to me kenny queen don't want to make money won't by nothing from any of his stores again and the owner needs to get people that want to work and make him money

Just called to find propane. Lady that answers the phone was very apologetic, and helpful with the information on when they would have propane in, because they were out of it at the time. Overall, a very pleasant experience on the phone.
