I’m not sure it’s fair for me to give a review because I have not used their services. The reason for the 3 stars is the customer service I received when I called. They could not get me in for a routine visit and vaccinations in 3 1/2 weeks. I’m in the pet care industry and have heard amazing feedback about this vet. It’s just a shame I can’t get past scheduling to give them a shot. (This was my second attempt) their recommendation was to take my dog to the shot clinic and then take an appointment 5 weeks from now to “get established with my two dogs” this was going to cost me $92 just to get in the door in order to be considered “established”.. once established I guess I can get in sooner? I’m really not sure. It was a very strange encounter. I felt the person explaining the policy was unsure herself how it worked. Like it also didn’t make sense to her. I run my business first come first serve. I don’t make someone wait longer to get in because they are new. If a pet needs to be scene and there is an available appointment I guess I don’t quite understand why they can’t have that slot. Frustrating
