The store is super clean and everything is where it’s supposed to be. The staff is super friendly and so helpful! Even with the current pandemic they have the store mapped and staff are wearing masks. This store is definitely one of the best dollar generals I’ve been to in awhile. This store should be an example for other dollar generals and will forever have my business.

I only go to this store if family dollar is too packed to get a parking space, which is virtually never. This store is in a constant state of disarray. There is no order or organization, very limited selection of most items. Food coolers are NOT cold, aisles are always cluttered and messy. This location has consistently been in a state of disarray for years.

This particular dollar general is sometimes over-cluttered, it's sometimes hard to walk through the aisles and sometimes hard to reach your product as it is behind a big stack of boxes that are being put away. Apart from that, which is not always the case. The employees are generally courteous & helpful, save one, who could convey her mood, either good or bad, to customers.

The workers are great the only problem is the company doesn't seem to care about the workers. The air conditioning in this building has not worked for years now. The place gets so hot that they open the front doors to try and cool it off. If DG cared for the workers and the customers they would fix this problem. As a customer that shops there daily it's sad when I go in knowing it's like a Sona I feel bad for the workers they have to sit in that heat all day.

This store is hands down one of the best Dollar General stores I have been in. It's always clean, well stocked, organized and the employees exceed expectations. This store could be used as s training facility for others.

Congratulations to the manager and employees at the Alderson Dollar General.!!! The aisles are open and clutter-free, the floor looked like it had been freshly waxed and buffed. I hope this trend continues.

This store was a wreck. I couldn't find anything I needed or wanted and nothing had a price on or around it. But the associate was nice and apologized.
