My black lab’s way across the bridge was not easy because there was no communication and no kindness for her OR us. The first thing anyone asked was about money, they were rude about us asking for prints, and didn’t smile at her or let me be visible to her so she could at least see one friendly face on the way out. Whether due to a lack of communication or not, I was and still am (10 days later) sure they were going to let her sit there in her own pee until the cremation service came to get her. When we tried to ask for help, no one was around, and then when we found someone we were basically told to leave. My partner had to pick her up off the floor because she deserved to be left with some dignity in tact.I don’t trust them, we are immediately removing our other dogs from their care.

Dr. Angie is so awesome! We brought our 6 week kittens for a checkup and deworming and she was so awesome with them. It’s so nice to see a vet loving on your pets as much as you do! She was so friendly and described everything so that we knew what was going on. In the end, our babies left better than they came. We will definitely be coming here for our vet needs when we transition our lives down here.

My husband and I had a great experience with Alderson Veterinary Hospital and its staff. Dr. Clark is a kind, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable veterinarian. She provided expert guidance regarding the health of our flock of sheep at a very affordable rate. We look forward to continuing business with her and her team in the future as we scale up our operations. I highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone in the area.

I'm rather new to the area and took my chi to Dr Angie last week for a first visit. She and her staff were really nice and she came out to my car to explain the treatment plan for my dog. I was pleased that she wanted to start with simple treatment first rather than run a lot of tests just for the money. She'll recheck him in 10 days. His visit with prescription was at least 1/3 of what I'm used to paying!!

This is the absolute BEST vet around!!! No where around would get me in on emergency but they did without any hesitation. Couple hours later my dog is already doing better. They really are amazing people there. They also called few hours later to check on her progress. They care about your babies like you do❤

My dog was seen regularly and they did not notice he had heart problems!!! This was something that they didn't just accidentally miss and it recently developed. I was told he's had this issue for quite some time. So, if I could rate zero I would because they did not do justice for my pupper!!! You expect quality care, but guess he wasn't receiving quality care!!!!

A wonderful staff and Dr. Clark is great!This was my very first time being in a vet's office and Dr. Clark and her sister both gave me detailed explanations of everything they were doing and everything that would need to be done in the future.The prices are also very reasonable!I would recommend her any day!Thank you all!

Dr. Clark is THE best! She has always answered any and all questions regarding my horses. Her prices are very fair and she is great with horses and their worried humans alike. I would highly highly recommend her for any of your veterinary needs!

Dr. Clark is very knowledgable about all animals that she sees. Our family is full of animals that are family members and we trust her with each and everyone from rabbits to horses. The ladies that work there give pets the utmost care just like they are their own. Great place!

I have been taking my dog there for a few months. I decided to get her fixed at this vet office, when I went to pick her up the blonde girl didn't hand me thr leash she just dropped it. Then when I looked my my babies wound it was aweful. Took her to another vet and was told they botched the job. They had never seen stitches done that way.
