Well, the City of Zillah charges a fee for our licenses now. I called Yakima Waste Systems, and they do not charge the city for the delivery of our garbage containers; however, we as residents of Zillah must pay them 20.00 dollars every time a container is dropped off at our houses. Moreover, the city wants a fee for every time we have a yard sale, which should be a residents prerogative. I am wondering what fee the city manager will come up with next.
