There were some hiccups and not the usual service and products during the brand transition, but Jo has clearly been working hard to get things back to normal and even better than before. I’m grateful to have these guys close by, especially with the Hardware Store gone.

Zillah location:Since blehyls sold and newer employees it's been a horrible experience. No greeting, no helping with heavy items, employees hat's sideways and looking at cell phones, no eye contact, no hi, no bye. No how can I help?! Yes, Really...REGIONAL MANAGEMENT needs to get a grip on this store or they need to be changed out too.UPPER MANAGEMENT ARE YOU LISTENING?Hopefully you get ahold of this sooner than later... Losing customers by the day.J.R. has been the only helpful employee we've came across. We have seriously cut back our purchasing and frequency inside store due to the lack of customer service. Hope things change asap or we can't go back.

They never have what I need in stock. "We have so many customers who buy it that we can't keep it in stock." Seems like the answer would be to order more. But what do I know, I only have an MBA.

What they stock is geared to the local agribusiness. Have special events and education/information events through out the year to. Very community oriented. Large variety of offerings.

While I was asking questions the associate was more interested in his personal phone call that he was getting and actually answered his phone while I was waiting for him to get off . I lost interest and left.
