Typical McDonald's. Food is good, but greasy. I really wish they would press their patties, so you wouldn't get grease running down your hand. I actually took quite a long break from McDonald's because of that. It really grossed me out to have grease running down my arm. So I generally stay away from the hamburgers, and stick with the chicken sandwiches. The fries are phenomenal, the best around in my opinion. Though I do like the way Burger King's fries are thicker, but all around, the McDonald's fries are phenomenal, when they are hot, crispy, and salty. There's nothing more disappointing than when you get a value meal, and the fries are lukewarm or cold. That's a big bummer. So I usually order them with no salt so I get a fresh batch and then add my own salt. That ensures getting hot and crispy fries, then you just make them salty.

I go here to get an item here and there but unfortunately the service is very inconsistent. Sometimes my food is fresh, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes I get my food quickly but other times I am left for ten minutes waiting in my vehicle for one chicken patty. 😬 Would love to see management do some training on communication from servers to customers. If my son needs to wait 8 min for his cookies to finish baking we are not going to purchase them so it’s great knowing this type of thing ahead of time! 🙂Adding to this review from a totally different experience. Their food got me sick today! It’s not the first time but guess I’m back to not eating here!

This Mc Donald's is the worst place to go. I have had to deal with so many errors with my orders. Ordered 2 egg and sausage Mc muffin and received ham. Last time ordered 2 big macs and no hamburger Patty's at all. Had the buns and everything that's included, but NO meat. Previously they have messed up approximately 4 other orders, since I moved here in July. Sure you can get a replacement but I'm tired of driving back all the time. Who ever is running this place needs to be FIRED!!

Since moving to Zillah, I’ve lost count of how many times this location has screwed up my family’s orders. I figure I’ll use reviews to help keep track. Hopefully the franchise will pull their license and put it under new owners. Tonight, I ordered a 2C and payed for such. What I got was a plain #2. Not worth the gas to go back.Update: Apparently not all my updates get posted, but we’ll try again; January 2024, they forgot a medium fry and the ketchup. Three medium meals were ordered, dine-in, one of which was nuggets. The sauce selected on their own ordering kiosk was ketchup. When I make it easier on them, ordering on the kiosk, so there is no language barrier as a source of error, they still mess it up.As a side note; I ran into a team of franchise/corporate reviewers assessing the management at a Yakima McDonalds just one week prior. I explicitly told them about this Zillah location and one of the corporate goons just shrugged me off (albeit politely with a smile). Apparently, they don’t care about customer feedback.

They always mess up your order. You could be the only car at the window and they will have you pull up and wait for your order while it takes 10 of them to make it. Then after you get said order and still are the only car that was at the window before they make you pull up front, they hand you, your order and its wrong! This place has no class, the frys taste like they came right out of a salt mine. Preserved for a thousand years! Management is the problem!

The chicken nuggets were a bit crunchy, but were good. They have a play area for the kids and outdoor seating. They also have a kiosk where you can order and pay.

Given that this is the closest McDonald's to my house, whenever I'm in the mood for golden arches, which for me mostly means their coffee, this is usually my first choice. The food is good enough, if you're into McDonald's food. Like many McDonald's, this is located right next to the freeway, I-82, next to a gas station. With that being said, I don't think I have ever gone into the building itself, so I don't have a good idea what the interior feel of the place is, though I suppose it's standard McDonald's-type of vibe.Contrary to what some other people state in their reviews, all of my orders have been accurate, relatively quickly, and the staff has always been friendly, but that's just my own experience.

This location needs a lot of work along with an actual working staff. When I was there I've witnessed almost half of the staff were on their "lunch break" especially during a rush in which there was honestly just about 5-6 staff members in total operating the drive-thru, food prep area, & more. It took them a bit over 20 mins to make the bogo 2 McChicken. It was just horrible I wouldn't be surprised if that location would be there anymore.

Unfortunately, this is the slowest McDonald’s that we’ve been to in our lives. It has been consistently slow and frustrating for years. We will continue to be patrons, but if the management team could work on streamlining the service like other McDonald’s, it would be so much more convenient, especially the evening shift. McDonald’s shouldn’t be a 15-30 minute drive through business. Thank you.

Stopped on the way home from the tricities with my girlfriend yesterday. My girlfriend orderd 2 cheeseburgers with no buns, and extra pickles.They used 2 huge plastic containers, one for each of the small cheeseburger Patties, making for an unwieldy bulky packaging.Also, extra pickles to them only means 1 extra slice…. Kind ridiculous. We were hoping for just a few more than that.Fork would have been much appreciated for the burgers without buns, but we didn’t ask for that. Maybe that’s on us 🤷‍♂️you guys gave us no napkins.the wait was about 10 minutes when we were the only ones in line at the drive through.Whoever was working yesterday on April 30th 2023 needs to be trained better. Don’t waste those huge plastic trays, save the turtles. All you guys had to do was maybe put the 2 burgers into a much smaller cardboard container.The food did tasted fine, but still. Think about packaging, don’t forget the napkins, and a 10 minute wait is just unnecessary.

Every single time I go here I order my cheeseburgers with no pickle like I do everywhere else but they always always come with Pickles. Then today I went and I bought a mango smoothie and I got the largest one they had which all of you should know smoothies are expensive. And this is legitly how it came with at least an inch missing off the top. The only reason I go here is because it's the only other thing to eat in Zillah besides Subway. And thank God I love Subway so that I only have to chance it at McDonald's once or twice a month! #IWANTTHERESTOFMYSMOOTHIE

They forgot my salsa for my French fries and the McChicken could have had more pickles on it but the woman that brought us our food was nice 🙂 and it was clean.Kid-friendliness: Play place was popping. The kids we brought had a great time and didn't want to leave.

Did the drive through. Was so slow had to pull around and wait for food not that big of a deal but I don't like that. The Girl that brought us are food was polite and apologized for the wait . So I will stop again when I'm in the area .Wow stopped again what a joke charged for food and drink twice but with no interpreter could not argue so I am not discrediting I know that she needs a job but please communicate clearly and listen to what I'm saying not just smile and oh have good day ! My list of will never stop again . Bad Ronald you stole money from an old woman !!!!!!!

Stopped by for a quick dinner since I was busy. When I got there I had to wait for the manager to refund a previous order and reorder it for him. It was very busy so I waited five minutes of so. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal to go. I like lemonade but they don't have that in the drink area. Only COKE stuff. YUCK. So I got a drink I don't like, poured it out. would have loved a Pepsi, they used to have Pepsi and Coke products together. Got my meal and the fries were soggy and nasty. Dumped them into the sink with the drink. The burger was not too bad so I ate it. But for the LONG wait for a meal and most of it was bad. Bye Bye Mac'd's.
