Wonderful staff, and I loved the chips and salsa! The atmosphere is cute. I ordered the cheese enchiladas and there was sooo much cheese it was a little hard to eat, but the rice and beans were on point. The lunch menu had great options, at a reasonable price, and worth checking out between 12-1:30.

The food was delicious our server has good customer service skills which was Juan. But the reason why I’m giving a 2 star is cause they needed up accusing me of not paying when I was standing in line to pay for 5 minutes a shorter girl with red lipstick who by the way is really freaking rude had another girl who is tall that works there ring me up and after all that they all had a bad case of amnesia and said they never seen me so the guy went to the back which I believe to look at the cameras and came back and apologized and said i did pay like I said food was good but the service and professionalism is horrible. Please do better!

Very clean restaurant, the service is impeccable! The complimentary chips and salsa was terrific. I tried their carni Asada salad with a side of qaucamole. Usually most mexican restaurants only serve a taco salad with a tortilla shell bowl. However El Porton put cauliflower chunks and carrots. It's a must try! I like the family style mexican food plates they serve.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant to eat at in the whole Yakima valley ( could even argue best in the state) great service, very attentive staff that are always there to fill your drinks or bring you more chips and salsa. The carne asada is always cooked to perfection nice and and tender and very flavorful.

Everyone around us was getting served drinks, dinner, etc. while we sat and waited for 20 minutes. After 25 minutes our food order was taken. Party of 9. Meals came out in intervals, I was done eating when my grandsons food had just arrived. 2 entrees were incorrect.The restaurant was not busy at all, 4 or 5 tables in addition to ours. Will not go back after the Manager refused to acknowledge that we received bad service. Manager told us that the smaller tables get service before larger tables……..

I usually enjoy this restaurant, but unfortunately this last time I wasn't very happy, I ordered a couple of cheeseburgers and fries for the kids. The fries were so burnt and hard that they didn't even eat them. Waste of money, should have just got the kids meals from McDonald's or something. Very disappointed.

My mother and I shared the remarkable and delicious Mexican Stirfry with in-house made flour tortillas as well as a wonderful flan. So good, so much, so worth the stop! Plus, great staff and service in a very nice little restaurant.

Superb salsa, some of the best I’ve ever had (including what I’ve had in my travels through Mexico). A menu the size of the Milky Way. If you can’t decide on one specific liquor, not a problem, most drinks have them all! The food was fantastic.The staff members were extremely polite and beyond attentive. We never had to ask for anything, because it was there before we realized we needed it.We will definitely visit again next time we find ourselves in Zillah.

I had the worse experience the lady at the window did not explain things correctly and was rolling her eyes constantly. She would shut the window and would not let us finish talking all for some simple chips and salsa. I asked to speak with the manager twice. I don’t believe she should be working drive thru if she doesn’t know how to explain and be patient. So rude.

My mom passed away last year. I randomly stopped here on the way from WA to OR to visit to my Dad, and when checking the reviews, I found a 5 star review my Mom had left years ago! She recommended the Mexican Stir Fry, and I'm so glad she did! It is indeed "remarkable and delicious". Thanks Mom, and El Porton, for a wonderful stop.
