If I could give this store a flat out 0 on their ranking scale, I would. My experience here was horrible and I will not be returning soon, unless their is a change in management. I have never met such a childish, immature, and an arrogant individual than I have at this store. I was disrespected, humiliated in front of customers, kicked out, discriminated against, which the manager is a white lady, hence I felt discriminated against. This manager was rudely yelling at her ex-employee when the employee was being polite, the manager was shouting, hitting walls as if to intimidate and then kicked out myself along with the ex-employee. I was here for moral support of the ex-employee. I am an individual who knows my rights, I know the rights of an ex-employee, I know that management in any organization, agency or franchise should be professional, ethical and properly handle issues and situations such as what was occurring this day. It amazes me that this manager here at this store, is even a worker, as she showed no work ethics, no professional skills whatsoever, and did this store no justice in providing a "friendly environment." As long as this lady is manager here, the store will carry an unfriendly stench that will linger! This is for the shell station, not the chevron, do not know why my review got put under the store for chevron. The convenience store next to El Porton and the coffee shop, is the one I am trying to make a review about.

Stopped in here for gas a pit stop and the restroom the facility was not clean it was extremely dirty I would not recommend stopping here. It's a good size store but until it's cleaned up I just can't recommend it.

No Froster machine like in the photo. If you don’t have one like the photo, then don’t put it on the photo. Not a tough concept.
