We have taken our doggos to Carrie for years and have always, always trusted them. Our pups are senior 😢 pups now they take this into consideration and take extra special care of them. Thank you so much ! My rescued pomeranian dog I got a week ago really needed some help. She had some Matt’s going on . She was full of fleas you guys let me know about. I picked a short cut to start from fresh and you guys did an Amazing job. I love the cut , nails look good, and she smells great. Oh!! And love the bows 😊.. will definitely be back. My dog was cut nicely and looks like she was well taken care of, but when I picked her up she smelled like a bottle of perfume. I went home and went straight into a full blown migraine for the rest of the day. My daughter and husband gave the dog two baths, but still the perfume smell is there. My whole house now smells like the perfume, and I might have to air out the whole house and put the dog in the garage for the night. They really should reconsider dousing the dog with such a strong perfume. I also don't need my dog to be ornamented with bows. I would rather accept a $5 cheaper price instead of bows that I will just be throwing away. The ladies working there were nice so no complaints there, but I wont be going back just because of the perfume usage.

Carrie is always the best. We adopted our little boy, Ranger (Bam bam), from her and it has been love ever since. All three of our doggies go to her for their spa days. Her prices are reasonable and she does an amazing job with our dirty & stinky pups. We would take our cat to her, but she is deathly allergic to cats, so it's a doggie only deal.

Today was the boy’s first grooming ever! We have two 135 lbs male Rottweiler’s. One of our boys has hip dysplasia and a injured neck. I was very hesitant, about having him groomed, but Carrie went out of her way to accommodate Zeus. Max is very stubborn and strong, can be very difficult. But they won his heart over and he was a little angel for them. Both dogs stunk SO bad at drop off, pick up is a whole new story. Both dogs are SO soft, and smell SO good, both dogs were treated as if they were their own. We are a Carry Critters customer for life. Thank you Carrie

The groomers are amazing but the owner will never get my services ever again. I've been taking my dogs here for last couple years and I had a scheduled time for 11am that I confirmed by them through email confirmation. They messed up on the scheduling then told me it would be a 20$ late fee if I wanted to take them still. I expressed my concern regarding their scheduling error but agreed to take my 2 Yorkies in anyway and pay the (1) 20$ fee because they needed groomed. When I came to pick them up I was told they were charging me (2)20$ late fees for each dog even though the scheduling error was their fault. She said then she will just charge me for the flea treatment I never asked for. (fleas have been nasty this summer)And I asked her how much it was. She said 10$ per dog. I said ok. She then asked me what I wanted to do since I'm refusing to pay the late fees. I told her I am not refusing to pay I just don't think it's fair to charge me for their scheduling mess up and to charge me for what she thinks is fair and just to charge.( I do scheduling and manage it all the time Im an administrator it's my job and this was 110% their fault) She then told me she was charging me 85$ for each dog! 20$ late fees for each dog on top of the 65$ per dog for my tiny 8lb and 6lb Yorkies. I looked her in the eyes and said 85$ for each dog? She said yes! That's what was fair an just to her. So I said okay. I paid my 175$ bill and will never be taking my dogs back. She completely lost my Busienss! And I have 3 more Yorkies that will be needing added to my grooming services. She lost 6 grooming clients including my pitty due to greed. I support fair and just people and businesses and this isn't one of them! The groomer however did an amazing job as she always has and I will miss her. I just can't support the owners ethics and morals.

I went in 8 years ago and came out with the best dog I have ever had. There was no pushing me towards a dog they wanted to get rid of. They showed me dogs that I wanted to see until a dog chose me.There was no pressure. The facility was clean and neat.I recommend this place to anyone who asks about adopting a dog.

They're always super nice. I can walk in anytime and get my dog's nails cut for only $5 the best price in town. And they're very gentle with my older dogs. I don't take my dogs any place else. And I've tried every place in Yelm.

Great price to get your dog's nails trim! Only $5 for a behaved dog or $15 for badly behaved one. Their wait was short and the trims we're done quickly. They were great even though our dogs were scared. It was a little noisy with all the animals though, especially the bird.

They've been my groomer since 2007. I like the fact that the grooming table is in plain view of the customer so I know they are good to my pet.They've also been extremely stable with the pricing, I believe it's been $45 for years and recently went up $5 with inflation but that's to be expected.

My dog was very nervious for her first time at the dog wash. I wish she could have had more shampoo put on her. It seemed like it was a rush rush shampooing but my dogs hot spot i felt needed a little more attention. The lady was very good with my dog. I will go back but my husband will hold her next time. My dog is a very well trained Malinouis but this was her first time being groomed away from my house

I'm giving Carrie's a 4 star but I have not done much here. The fact is with the Covid stuff going on they are/where doing Wednesday claw clipping in there back parking lot. Now they didn't have to do this. They really didn't need too. But with people not being able to get out and take care of there furry friends like they should. These ladies decided to take time at the end of there day when they could just go home. But NO they wanted to help our furry companions buy doing something simple but necessary. So I have not used there services other than the Wednesday claw clipping. Because our Dogs don't really need grooming just a good brushing and a bath now and then. But if they put in as much Hart and care into there other work as they do with the Wednesday claw clipping then they are worth the 4 if not 5 stars.

My pomeranian goes here consistently now for grooming, after having terrible experiences with other groomers in Yelm. Carrie is always mindful of Teddy's needs. Him being old and having trouble standing etc. Plus, u can see she loves all animals, as she rescues many different animals. She's definitely 5 star service!!!EDIT* MY pomeranian Teddy passed away and I was so depressed!! About a month later Carrie called us to let us know she rescued a bunch of dogs from a kill shelter in California. She had a sweet senior female pomeranian she wanted us to see. She knew it was soon after Teddy's death but thought she would check with us first before anyone else to see if we wanted to rescue this poor girl. I can't even make this up. I had been just recently that week looking at pomeranians online at shelters and I fell in love with one from California they named foxy. When my Mom brought the dog home, I swear this was the girl I was looking at in CA!!!! I still can't believe it. We named her Ginger and she has been the sweetest, most loving, and fun dog ever!! The vet thinks she's about 12 but you wouldn't know it because she acts more like 6 yo. I can't imagine my life without her. Carrie cares about the dogs she rescues. Spread the word and adopt from Carrie's Critters!!!!!

My dog was a terrible mess hair was all matted Ashe stink like yesterday's garbage but when I came to pic her up my dog was so beautiful I honestly had to ask if she had just given me a different dog. Never ever has sh looked this good she was ready for show me I'm sure she would have taken first place ty.

Carrie and Helen truly love what they do. They don't give up on their rescued dogs they rehabilitate them. Some dogs have been with them for over a year and Carrie won't adopt them out until they are ready.
