I love taking both my dogs here. My old lady dog who hates the groomers, gets all excited to see Taylor and My pit mix went from peeing on the table, to practically jumping over the counter to see Taylor. They treat my babies like they would threat their own.

We are a military family who’s been all over the country with our two Border Collie mixes, which you’d think my dogs were used to new places and people, but they aren’t!!! When I took my dogs here for the first time a year ago, I explained to them that our male dog is very reactive to other dogs and quite nervous with strangers, they were so nice and understanding, even accommodating with using the side door if the lobby’s full of other dogs. We are always in and out with nail trimmings!! My dogs do so great with them, and It’s so nice being treated well instead of like an inconvenience. I highly recommend this place. Aaaaaand they always have great music playing 💙

This shop is AMAZING & HAS GOOD PRICING! In addition to my husband's review below me, the staff especially Ms. Taylor is very responsive in getting our appointments ready and prepared for any available day we can come in for our furry baby's haircut. You can see in the photo how well they cut Pkaiy's hair. It is the shortest cut they do but does not give him any irritation or rash. My baby has been getting his haircut here for more than 5+ years and I never took him anywhere else because of how great the atmosphere is and the pricing. You will never be dissatisfied by how great this service is, book right now!!

We’re due to have a baby in the next few weeks and getting our Golden groomed was high on my list since I can’t lift her into the tub right now.The staff was very professional and loving and handled her so well. Truly amazing people! They love your pet like it is family! We have been going here since 2014,I would never take my pets anywhere else! Their shop is neat clean and tidy!They fill up fast so book early! I can not recommend this groomer more!We've been bringing our poodle here for years now and our German Shepard has been getting baths here for the past year or so. They are wonderful with both of them, we've been to other groomers before and know a bad groomer when we see one. Our poodle has never come back nicked or razor burned. Our Shepard is a bit nervous and hates baths but they have always taken the extra time to make sure he calm and feels safe here.The staff is very welcoming and the owner Joe really cares about each animal that comes through. When I told him about our Shepard's sensitive skin he used a different shampoo to help with his itching skin. Even though he is nervous around other people, our Shepard has become very comfortable around him.They are wonderful people, we been going here for years now and will be taking my dogs here for years to come!

My dogs love going to see Sherry! I like feeling at ease walking out the door and knowing they are going to be well taken care of and loved. The first time we went to Calming Nature, Sherry sat down with us, met my two small dogs and asked specifics of what I wanted done. Such personalized service and good communication. The dogs look amazing and the prices are great. I have tried to groom my dogs before and it is no easy task. Sherry does puppy cuts, cleans their ears, trims their nails and in a couple of hours they are ready to go, looking fabulous.

I have been going to Calming Nature Pet Grooming for 5 years now, and I would never take my fur baby anywhere else. Family owned and operated, friendly respectful service. My dog, a bichon mix isn’t a fan of being groomed and I appreciate how gentle he is treated. Not to mention he gets a complete groom in an hour! When moving to yelm two years ago we tried two other groomers before we found Calming Nature. This is by far the best groomers and services we have ever had for our puppies. Our German Shepard has some separation issues so she requires someone to be patient with her - especially in new situations. The staff here filled the bill! She came home clean, brushed, and seemed quite happy. What I really loved was that the groomer continued to be social with our crazy girl during our check out process. I so appreciate him building that relationship from beginning to end. They have our business and our praises to anyone seeking a groomer.

I absolutely love how they treat Lexi and she loves them too. This is the first time she has allowed anyone to use the dremel on her nails, in no time she acted as though it was nothing new to her. We will be going here for all her grooming needs.

Our dogs absolutely love this place and especially the groomers here. They were very happy and looked beautiful and smelled great. They took extra care with our dogs. We have a deer head chaweenie and two mixed dogs between 60 and 80 pounds.
