One of the worst goodwill's we have been in. Extremely high priced items all around. Found a part of carhartt double new pants that were prices as new when they were used. Stuffed animals were crazy high prices. Walked out with nothing, won't be back.

I HATE going to the Goodwill stores anymore! Used to I could go purchase things for less then buying them brand new but not anymore. The prices here are ridiculous and even when they say they are having a sale, the color tag that's on sale is on NONE of the ITEMS!!!! Literally. Today was a prime example at this store. If they would actually go back to selling things at a used price like in the past they would sale sooooo many more items. I put back 4 items when I go to the register just so I could show them how crazy ridiculous it's gotten. BTW, I only go for me son now and he didn't even buy anything today because of this as well. So, so sad.

Good service. I have donated often and shopped occasionally, never had a bad experience.I have donated books, clothes, toys, appliances, furniture, pictures, VHS, random photos, cassettes, and all manner of things. They are not too picky, though they aren't the dump...which is where 95% of my donations would go if they didnt offer that service. I'd rather not dump. They dont take everything; anything wet, mattresses alone, bed frames alone (I think they take mat+frame, though), subpar/damaged furniture. This is good, there should be some standards.I shop for the delight of finding some treasures! Also, I like to pretend I'm Macklemore.Edit: Made a few Halloween trips and found what I needed. Also, there is an employee who dresses up everyday, full make and all - she is the best. She alone can make the trip worthwhile.

The prices are ridiculous at time. I hate that they sell sets individually to where you pay 17 or 18 dollars for a set. They want you to give your spare change for their employees but close their restrooms and fitting rooms off to their customers. I had to walk to a gas station and had to make a purchase to use their bathroom. You can't try on clothes so if they don't fit they get to keep your money and you only get in store credit.

While shopping today I was followed around like I was a thief. My purse is a backpack, because I own a business. nowhere on the door was it posted that no backpacks are allowed no where in store was it posted that backpack are not allowed but yet three people approached me about my backpack. I offered to show every single one of them what was in my backpack so that they would know that I’m not there to steal and we finally ended up leaving because they said we weren’t allowed in the store because of my backpack. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.

Some of the employees are nice, but the store is a trash mess, and the shoes and other merchandise are overpriced at times. I can buy a brand new pair of vans for $50, why buy it at Goodwill used? I don’t like that they write the price on items, especially if it’s something collectible. Some of the employees are not welcoming and seem to profile customers. The book section is a shell of its former self. Sad.

Super friendly associates who were ready to help you, and were kind and friendly. I had many questions answered, and the associates were super nice, and cordial. Each time i visit this place, its the same thing, GREAT SERVICE WITH GREAT PRICES, WITH GREAT ITEMS. I wish the DVD/CD/Books/Records were cheaper, like other stores in Seattle, but still find this business top notch for great deals. Have a great 2020.

I love this store! It's very clean, well organized. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The leadership of the store is fantastic. And you truly never know what you'll find. The items they offer are almost always in great condition. For those that like thrift shopping, I highly recommend this store.

I don't know what the problem was but we walked in to shop on Monday afternoon and was greeted nicely but after my son grabbed a pair of sunglasses he wanted and started looking around we noticed all of the workers following us around like we were going to steal something it was ridiculous I gave my son money and told him to go pay for his sunglasses so they would stop following us but that didn't work so we just left because that was uncomfortable the way the workers were being we have no reason to steal anything we just enjoy second hand store shopping

I shop here a lot for books & love there selection. But lately they have been blasting a radio by the front registers at a very loud volume & it makes it very hard to shop. It is complete sensory overload. Really wish they would lower the volume or just turn it off because it makes the whole experience in the store very off putting.

The workers are obviously overworked and underpaid; it reflects in the cleanliness and general attitude of the entire store. But this is honestly the standard that Goodwill has set for the entire operation and not reflective of any one store. As far as Goodwill stores go the employees are nice enough and for the most part the items are orderly regarding placement and sizes. There is also a large selection at this location.

Decent items. Although priced a little high for a thrift store. Thats why I didn't give 45 stars. Things are expensive. Also. The staff there are rude. They literally followed my friend around the entire store watching him like he was going to steal from them.

Stopped by while driving through to find some simple shorts for the vacation we were on. Shocked to see they were all $15 or more. Kept on driving to a thrift in Oregon and found some for $4. I have been to this store before and pricing is all over the place. Decent selection and pretty clean store, but uneven pricing. If you can sell used shorts for $15 then more power to ya but I'll pass.

This store is like none other I've been to, and I go to a lot of them. On a trip to Yakima from Portland, I decided to make stop and see if I could find any goodies. Walking up to the store I noticed the signage was different than every other Goodwill I've ever been in. Then I see some furniture outside, and see it has different price tags on it. Once I walked inside, I was shocked that it looked more like a liquidation store than a thrift store. The clothing was all priced like a retail store with prices on top of the racks "Cargo shorts $11.99" and lots of new closeout type merchandise. The whole store was priced different. I buy mason jars for canning at Goodwill's all over for .29 all day. That's the company mason jar policy. 29 cents, sold as is, no returns. Here they had a whole rack full, but the pints were .49 and quarts .69 each, no lids/rings. It just seemed odd to me. I didn't buy anything, and will be skipping that store when I'm in Yakima again.

Very nice staff, restrooms are filthy. Store cleanliness needs improvement. Workers look like slobs, need uniforms. One of the ladies that puts stuff out always smells of cigarettes and is dirty looking, no hair brushed, nasty flannel shirt on. Just totally gross.

Best experience I’ve ever had in a retail store. Not just a thrift store but a retail store over all. The customer service was amazing, prices were decent, and the store was clean and organized. I found kids clothes and sports equipment.

I haven't been to goodwill for so long I had forgotten how much I love looking and digging for that wonderful special gift and what makes it even better is when you look at the price tag and at first your thinking i really want this but I refuse to pay that much and when you go to put it back and you notice just in the nick of time that it's on sale for 99 cents and you break out into your happy dance! I go through through the entire store and I see something I like I put it into my cart then when I get up to the check stand I see if I can get them to come down on the price and boy did I get lucky this evening the lady was great she came down 10 $ on a expensive comforter then she just started going through my cart and she started giving me stuff it was great I ended up paying $40 for everything. If I would have played the right price for all of it I would have costed me over $100 I even got a complete set of star wars sheets and me and the great lady that was helping me agreed that thay were old school and she gave all of it to me for $3 I know that they are going to make a special someone very happy when they open them up at Xmas. Anyway that's my experience at good will today

I'm accustomed to finding good deals at Goodwill overall. However as much as I wish I could say this as of late, I just can't say that. It's become more and more like an overpriced junk/ dollar tree store. There are very few bargains and more new priced leftovers from a dollar store. I love finding bargains among donated items. I don't ever expect to go into Goodwill and pay $30. For a donated dress that was $30. Full price at Macy's. I price check. And this causes a lot of hard feelings. If Goodwill wants to have bargains and happy customers please price things reasonable and stop bringing in the cheaply made but overpriced dollar store merchandise.

Although they are nice and all, there policies are just WRONG! Their dressing rooms are closed because of fear of covid. So you can't try anything on. You have to take it home to try on, then bring back if it doesn't fit. Regardless if you have a receipt or not you only get an in-house credit. YOU DON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! If you can't find anything you like to replace what didn't fit, not only do you waste your gas traveling back and forth, you don't get your money back to go elsewhere to find what you need. WRONG!! JUST WRONG! EITHER OPEN UP YOUR DRESSING ROOMSNOR GIVE PEOPLE BACK THEIR MONEY!

This store has really gone downhill. I will not donate or shop here again until it's cleaned up. The floors are extremely dirty and obviously haven't been cleaned in weeks. There was discarded food on the floor or shelves, within reach of children. Items are in disarray and have not been straightened in some time. I don't expect a goodwill to be pristine, but this was disgusting.

This place seems more like a big lots than a goodwill. Lots of new items with new prices. Clothes were a bit high priced well. Blue jeans $10 a pair, brand new wranglers are only a couple bucks more. I won't be going back to this one.

For months now I've seen the same copy of "The Matrix" on VHS sitting face out on the shelf like it's something special. This is just one element of how sort of stale and picked through this location can feel. Other than that, the location is easy to get to, the staff are nice enough like most Goodwill location.

This organization is useless. I had a loveseat that was older but no tears or anything wrong with it. They refused to take it. I have gone there with other things they they refused to take. What do they want. New merchandise? I will never go there again nor will I ever donate to them!
