What a wonderful experience shopping here today! The store was spotless and all the shelves and refrigerator items were stuffed full in a neatly manner!I needed a no bake cream cheese and I didn't see any,I asked Sandra the manager and she didn't have any at this location,so she quickly called Chalet and bingo! They held it for me and my Thanksgiving pie was made possible buy her excellent customer service! Thanks Wrays awesome store!!

Love their produce & that's what I was there for today. Very friendly & quick. I only gave 4 stars because that store has always been what I consider, a fire trap. There is the front exit & I assume a rear exit. However, there are so many things in the aisles, if this an emergency, it would be hard to get out.

This is the best grocery store in the town compared to the competition. Each branch iv been to has had great and I mean great customer service.! They are not the cheapest but they are competitive. It's very much worth a stop in..!Highly recommend.!!

EXCELENT prices and selection in thier meat department!! Hands down its the best in town. Produce is pretty fair also, however the rest of the product pricing in this store is outrageous!! They have the highest prices in town on everything other than the meat & produce and have no club savings or rewards programs so the opportunity to stretch your dollar here is non-existent. Even the occasional promotional event is expensive to complete with very little reward to get excited about.Customer service counter is open minimal hours but you can pay some of your bills here. That is if you don't mind standing in line for what seems like a lifetime and paying a terminal fee for your inconvenient convenience.The employees are are awesome and the only reason I justify shopping here for anything other than stocking up on my meat for the week for cheap. They are friendly and helpful and smile a lot! But I still don't recommend this store for day-to-day shopping for inexpensive groceries.

We bought some meat today and took it back because it looked gray green color. They said (including the butcher) that meat did that!!!. Turns green?. NO. You repackaged the meat and just added a few fresh slices on top and bottom. I've been buying meat from here fro 8 years. I moved to selah a d still come here. That ends today. We loved this store but they need my business not the other way around. O and they did exchange the meat only after they tried convincing me of the green meat.

Cashier.. on the only register open .(short hair ,elder ,asian)& rudest woman ever. Needs customer service skills if is going to deal and service people. Will make sure never go back unless in desperate need and if I do will make sure I don't go in her register. PLEASE MAKE SURE SHE GETS SOME HELP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS OR FIRE HER.

This place has the nicest veggie section of anywhere around. Lots of Traditional Mexican foods here. Great selection of meats for any Mexican dish! The neighborhood is not so great and I probably wouldn't go here after dark.

My girlfriend was in there recently and one of the female employees made her feel extremely uncomfortable. She stared at her and looked her up and down multiple times then made absolutely disgusting comments towards her regarding her appearance. We didn’t get her name but she is short, dark skin and very short hair (almost a bowl cut) we will keep going back until we find her so we can get her name and make an official complaint. My girlfriend left her cart behind and walked out to call me immediately but we will figure out her name eventually.

This Wrays is great because of its location. If you don’t have time to go further out into Yakima and you are located near the college, this is a great place to come for necessities. They have a great selection of vegetables and meat at competitive prices. There is also a great coffee shop right outside of the store.

I've been shopping there since 1978 proudce is good 88 cent for a lb a roast boneless beef$ 3.99 it came to 11.78 and sweet potato 99 cent lb and store made chrezo pork package $4.57 cubed potatoes 2 lb for $1.98 vary nice and wasn't to busy at 0900 am Vicky Great service with a smile thank you for the experience.

It's a smaller grocery store than some of the other chain stores with not as many choices and a bit higher prices. Bur it's a convenient neighborhood market that carries many Hispanic items not available in the chains.

We have purchased produce from wrays produce fo over 10 years on a weekly basis. The customer service in those 10 yeras was outstanding and the produce was great... Peach Tree Retirement Center believes in supporting locally owned businesses. Thank you for the past years of good produce. These days we are hoping yo see the good ole days back..

I really like this store. Great prices on fresh food. There's a certain spot up front that smells really bad, and I just bought bread today that was expired by over a month though so that hinders my rating a little.

Wrays truly cares about their customers. When busy, they will staff each cash register so you don't have to wait long. Every employee will go out of their way to help. Prices are competitive.

I like Wrays on Summitview Ave. The employees are always pleasant, I have never had to wait in a long line. Alot of their products are more expensive than other stores. I suppose we're paying for the customer service .

Wrays is so expensive I think Safeway is expensive enough and wrays thriftway is 3xs more expensive than Safeway. I don't know how or why they get business it's sad how much thriftway over charges shoppers it makes me mad I don't see how they stay in business.

I've always liked Wrays and felt very comfortable because it's not overcrowded like some warehouse grocery stores. The only thing I don't care for is they can be a little pricey sometimes so I shop around 😁
