The store is well organized and clean, but I did not feel welcome into the store. I felt as if I were being watched or something. associates were not welcoming, and was told were things were, instead of being shown like at other co-op stores. The environment felt tense, and rigid, and didn't make me feel like I wanted to come back, and don't know if I will. What I did like was the animal department, which is massive. Really great set up and displayed, and not all disorganized, which made it easy to find my items. One thing I did like was, there was an associate at check out, that was very nice, kind, and friendly. She was glad to see us there, and she made the visit, not a total waste. She is a person they should model their customer service after, and they would get a lot more people to come back in my opinion. Overall if I rated this store from 1-10, I would give it a 4.5, but I would add 2 points for the customer service interaction that we had at check out, so overall a 6.5. Visit the store, check it out, and see if it's different for you. As for me, if I'm going to spend my hard earned money, it will be at a store that makes me want to come back, not just a # when I walk in. Have a great everyone..

Love the self serve dog wash! It is clean and easy. They supply the shampoo and towels! Price is very reasonable

Today was my 1st visit to this store and I was impressed with the variety of products they sell. The large selection of dog food made switching brands easy. The prices were cheaper than my normal place so that was an added bonus. For the animal lovers out there this place is worth a visit the next time you need pet supplies.

Has an amazing selection if dog treats cat treats even had chickens and turkeys for sale I think they even sell geese and ducks as well if you have any of the above this is a great place to get any of your things you need... A little expensive but probably the best stuff in town I believe

Nice place. If you're a member, they have great pricing on powertools. Match up well to bigger stores. Carry some things HD and Lowes don't.

I love that they offer grooming here. It’s very clean and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find places that will take large dogs and even harder to find ones experienced with double coats. My two Great Pyrenees always see Kylie and she does such a great job with them!

First time in this store. Customer service was stellar and the associate was able to find the shoes I wanted. Needed some new steel toe shoes for work and their selection was better than others in town.

It was my first time ever stepping foot into this place, but they seemed to be severely overstaffed in my opinion. There were probably 25 employees to maybe 30 customers, so I tried not to take it too personally when they all hovered around watching me like hawks. I want to believe it was because they were genuinely trying to be helpful and not because they thought I was trying to steal something. Either way, I won't be returning. I can get the same things I need from another store that's similar and been in town much longer.

This is a good farm supply, as well as anything else you may need on the farm in the garage or something in the closet even have boots and automotive stuff welding and soldering supplies, this is a great one stop shop for just about anything to do with the farm life. Well organized, friendly staff, clean store, and endless selectionOf course you can count on me shopping here in the future, always appreciate good customer service and great selection for the consumer, ( me👍🙂) have a good one, see ya next time Wilco folks!

I actually go to planet fitness .l used to go there to get dog food, I bought it 2 or 3 times the bag got smaller price went up. Some of the people are nice . The store didn't really have a friendly atmosphere . I was uncomfortable in there not my type of people some were down to earth most of them made me feel like let's hurry and help you and rush you out of the store. The energy I got was not warm welcoming friendly country folks. That's my opinion not my cup of tea.

Nice store with a little bit of everything. Customer service was great. Loved the baby chics. It was the only place in town we could find the rotating retractable dog dog tie. We needed it for a particular area where we were going camping and needed it that day.

This is by far the best place to buy chicks in the Yakima area. The bins, feeders and waterers are always clean and full. I have never seen a dead chick in any of the bins. The staff are helpful and do a great job. Very impressed with their chick husbandry. I wish all stores kept their chicks to this standard.

Very clean. Friendly employees. If you don't know exactly what you want I think it might be overwhelming. It's a big place, and the layout (at least for me) is unusual. But everyone I've encountered has been helpful.They have a grooming center but there was no one available to even answer questions when I was there.

A very impressive store for gardening, farming, painting, hobbies, do it yourself projects around the house and SO much more. A great place to find that odd ball screw, hinge, gasket etc in the tools area. Work wear, boots, hats, feed, pet needs. The last goes on! Excellent staff and great parking.

This place has a surprising selection of home repair supplies, tools and clothing. Good stop if you're not wanting to drive all the way to downtown Yakima to Lowe's, Home Depot, or Ace, the prices aren't bad either.

Great place to shop. I thought what I was looking for was on sale but it was last weeks ad. The person helping me gave me a sale price on a similar product! Wonderful service. The person that loaded my car was also amazing!

Wilco is a clean & friendly store that I recommend. We went there to look at some shirts for an upcoming event and found an ariat sweat shirt to go with my brown vest. They are a bit on the spendy side but overall a nice store.

It's always refreshing to find a big store with an old fashioned, friendly, treat people like people, help the customer vibe. We love the staff here. The place is great as a farm and hardware store but the people make this place and they are awesome.
