When I picked Walgreens for my pharmacy, it was because I was under the impression a well-known chain would be consistent with filling my prescriptions / I wouldn't have any issues - I had good experiences with competitors and I expected Walgreens to meet the bare minimum.Boy were my standards high! Constant delays on refilling prescriptions, I've struggled to get one very common/basic prescription filled for over 3 months-- not because of any insurance issue-- but because Walgreens didn't have it in stock / were not being supplied. Not only that, on several occasions they have randomly canceled refill requests without notifying me, adding a further delay to getting medication I'm already low on. At one point they allegedly lost my insurance information too ... I had been with them a few months and it was established in their system, so I don't know what happened there!!Rated 2 stars since I've never had an issue with the workers directly, they've always been friendly during my calls and pickup visits.Unfortunately, I've since filed for pharmacy divorce and am in a custody battle for transferring my prescriptions. Fingers crossed the next place does better!

Pharmacy is just sad! Everyone who works here is unprofessional and how they talk to costumers is rude. If you depend on your medication this is the last place you wanna do a pick up. For me didn’t matter since my medication isn’t to important but witnessing how they talk to others is no good.

I made an appointment for a Covid test on 12/30/23. The results were supposed to be emailed back to me with in 48 hours. After 48 hours and calling the store pharmacy and talking to there national covid rep and confirming 5 times ,they had my correct email. No results after 5 DAYS. I went down to the pharmacy and talked to the pharmacy manager. I asked to be refunded the 20 dollars I was charged for the test. He asked me why I needed the results ! I told him I needed the results because my wife has pneumonia and I wasn't feeling well and needed to know so that I didn't compound her situation worse. He admitted they had not emailed me the results even though they had them.He refused to refund me. This is an awful pharmacy.

If I could give less stars, I would. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and this last year this place has gotten worse, not only with customer service but with wait time and script refills. I receive constant text alerts that a script is filled only to arrive and wait an hour just for them to tell me it’s not ready. They always have excuses and quick to blame doctors but in fact it’s just the lazy employees. I recommend Walmart next door. Faster wait times and always accountable and organized.

This is only a little of the terrible customer experience i have had i have been patient for to long . Now its way to much to be quiet .....im on more than one medication that States in BOLD letters DO NOT STOP THIS MEDICATION ABRUPTLY CAN CAUSE SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS OR POSSIBLE DEATHAnd i called the Pharmacy on nob hill to ask when they will be able to fill one of them ??? why did i receive a TEXT MESSAGE THAT IT WOULD BE DELAYED ... ? So i did and was rudely told they didn't know and was hung up on ....? This isn't the first issue with them .DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT SHOP WALGREENS STORES IN YAKIMA AREA

Manager was already helping someone and said I can help you right here. But she indeed could not help me right there and wouldn't let the other cashier help me but instead she called me incredibly rude. So I prefer going to a any other Walgreens in town!

If you need your prescription in a timely manner, this is not your place. When you submit online it'll say next day pickup but it won't be. I have had to wait several days to get needed medicines. If there is an issue with insurance, they won't fill it or even contact you to resolve the issue either. Time to switch!

Pharmacist Nicolas V was extremely professional, courteous, and patient as he answered my concerns about a possible recall on a prescription I was getting. Very thorough and helpful in resolving my concern. Excellent pharmacist and a great Walgreens drugstore. Thanks

I was racially profiled by a pharmacy tech named Melissa at the Walgreens on 64th and nobhill today. I went through the drive thru window to pick up my 2 month olds medicine. Mind you he was screaming in the back seat in pain. Melissa asked me the usual questions ( RUDELY) and asked if I’ve picked up medicine for him there before. I said no. Melissa said I had to register him but I’d have to go inside. I told her I have a sick newborn I couldn’t go inside. And Melissa stated it was too long to do through the window. I had to contact my mom to watch my son while I stepped inside to register my son. My mom drove 20 mins to do this. I go inside and Melissa is helping out a white man at the window and laughing with him way different attitude she has with me. What set me off was that she offered to link his card so he wouldn’t have to provide it ever again if he picked up meds. She said it will only take 5 mins?? The gentleman at the counter looked confused when I told him that Melissa asked me to get off to register my son.he said she probably said that because there was a long line. Yet helping that man took longer than the registration she was asking me to get off for? These were the stupid registration questions. 1. Male or female. 2. DOB 3. My cellphone number and that was it. Thank you Melissa for giving me such an awful experience. I hope you never get treated the way you treated me today. Shows to show you perfer to help a certain race and make a women with a sick screaming two month get off to “register” him. I truly hope someone talks to her.

Go to the walmart nearby and buy cheaper medicine!!!! Overpriced and unhelpful had a coupon that can take away for $5 off but instead they charged me the original price plus tax which is $18 and one of the workers was a bit rude and wasn't helpful, these people don't even know what the purpose of a coupon

I've unfortunately been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and am forced to take several prescriptions. They are so easy to do business with and always go out of way to make sure I get what I need asap. Highly recommend. Manager of pharmacy goes above and beyond.

Lousy customer service! We've had to wait at the checkout counter for close to 10 minutes because there was no one available to check us out.I can't even go into all the issues with the pharmacy. I'm switching pharmacies as of today.

I have grown tired if this particular Walgreenz. The last two medications I needed have been sitting in “processing” for days. It isn’t until I call that they suddenly fill it. Many of the staff are rude and they seem confused and unorganized. It may be time to switch to a different establishment. Very disappointed.

I have always had issues with prescriptions being filled. Sometimes it has been they don’t have it which is understandable. Lots of people need medication. However if I get told it is going to be done by a certain time it should be done by that time. Today I got diagnosed with a condition and the medication will prevent my colon bursting. I was told it would be done by 2. Then 20 minutes after talking to someone I get a text that there is an insurance delay. I call again and find out why if it was going to be done at 2 why is there an insurance delay? I was told they are trying to process it through insurance. This is a matter of life or death for me so I can’t wait for them to push it through insurance 10 to 20 times. I have been waiting 4 hours for this to get done. I just called again to find out it is being worked on now. This is ridiculous.

What's the point of the drive through if you sit in line for over 30 minutes with 3 cars in front and 2 behind. The employee said you should have come inside. Hard to do when you're trapped in the line. I guess I'll just leave the car in line next time and go inside. This seems to happen on a regular basis. The staff were always polite but why don't they send customers around to go inside when they know it's going to take awhile.

Updated it has gotten painfully worse. Trying to get meds and if it is something they think takes to much effort they say" we dont know when it will be back instock" yet i can go to another walgreens and order it no problem.. The newer female pharmacist seems to be the one having the most issues. Jeramiah has been there the longest and always seems to get things done.The newer cashiers are slower than honey in winter... going through the drive through is a painful nightmare usually taking an hour or more......It used to be an great store, i found myself going daily sometimes but Since the new employees in the last few months its gone from great to not so much.

I used to love this pharmacy. The app was convenient and the service was fast. However, since they added Covid testing and vaccinations , the wait times to pick up prescriptions is ridiculous. They need to hire more people!!!

I had an issue with my insurance when I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens. The pharmacist went out of his way, going above and beyond to help me. That was probably the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Avoid contact with a lady named Tee, she is sooo rude. She does not like couponers!! Everyone else there is so nice, I hate going in when shes there, had another bad experience tonight with her. She got so mad when I was correct and she wasn't. Either she doesn't know how the pc system works or she's too lazy to do her job.

This place is horrible. Horrible turn around times on prescriptions even worse is the customer service. The heavy set Hispanic pharmacy tech needs to find a line of work where he doesn't deal with the public. Absolute miserable man. No professionalism at all

My favorite drug store. The staff are always are helpful and friendly and have everything I need. The pharmacist and other pharmacy staff are very helpful. Very close and convenient. Love it!

The cashier was very rude as soon as I stepped up to the counter,if people don't want to come to work then please stay home with your stiletto nails.Walgreens services are good but that employee needs to learn some manners.
