I have been using this Walgreens for a long time because they have had great people who appear to care about their customers.A couple of months ago, they couldn't fill a prescription for a couple of weeks. I have been trying to get back on the right track with my Adderall and they claimed it was because of my insurance company. I got my insurance company to work with me, and I should have been able to get my prescription on time.Well, they have a new pharmacist, and he refuses to follow the doctors orders and the insurance company either. Not only that, he doesn't want to abide by the law as written. He apparently believes he is God. As he is playing God, my brain is getting affected.Do yourself a favor, change your pharmacy if you are using Walgreens on Summit.

I had the worst shopping experience in this store, I walked in and immediately five works were following me every aisle I went the manager was walking behind me to check what I would pick up, very unprofessional I could not shop for what I was looking for comfortably and peacefully I am disgusted especially with it being the first time walking into the store. I hope this store has some changes done to it never stepping foot in those doors again

One day i went to walgreens on nob hill and when i got up to the window the person took my identification because the intercoms weren't working and he took it looked at it put it back in the drawer pushed out and yell thru the drawer its lunch and shut the blinds for 1/2 hr thanks walgreens that's service right ther .Another day i was over charged like $ 8 dollars they mailed me a Fake check that is inly good for merchandise "not" cash or prescriptions .Do yourself a favor just don't get started at any Walgreens in yakima thers only a couple good employees the rest under paid under experience over worked so thats the Service customers get if you want Alcohol or cigarettes right at the front doors waiting fully stocked highly processed unhealthy snacks falling off the counters but try and get a prescription filled properly two months in a row good luck with that just isn't gona happenShop anywher else 🤔

They made a mistake on my prescription only telling me to take as much as I had been taking. It is a good thing that I knew what I was supposed to take our it would have been dangerou. It took me some time to convence her.

The lady in photo threw my photos down on the counter and I asked to speak to a manager and she was the manager. I cannot believe a manager can treat in customers the way that she treated me.

The heavy set lady with brown hair and glasses that works as a cashier at 12:30pm today, 8/8/23 is the rudest customer person I’ve ever encountered and I’ve seen some pretty bad customer service in my 50 years. She needs to have a serious talk about how she treats customers. Super condescending, I am hard at hearing and she basically told me I was stupid because I couldn’t understand what she said.

Disorganized and extremely incompetent. Had my wife and sons prescriptions all mixed up, separated or "we don't see it in our system" when it was 100% there the entire time. They are slow, refuse to answer the phone and seem to have no clue what is actually going on in their pharmacy. I had to get away and go some place else. Place is a complete joke.

Terribly understaffed, you can never get any help, and the management seems to go through dozens of employees in only a few months. They always seem to get rid of the most helpful ones too. The employees seem overworked and the ones that need accomodations don't seem to be provided for. I'm sure there are various violations of workers' rights going on at this location. There was one temporary employee that was let go by management, but then management lied and said they had quit of their own volition. They fired another employee for "no call, no show" but the employee did call 24 hrs ahead of time, and one of the only good managers left a note for the bad managers, but they didn't read it and blamed the employee, then discouraged them from inquiring about unemployment by telling another lie. This place is sketchy. Do NOT work or shop here!

I waited 8 days for a prescription. I contacted the main Walgreens customer service and received NO reply. I was told a representative would contact me but never received a call or email. It’s been three weeks now. Beware of Walgreens they seem more interested in profits from your prescription than serving you. I’m moving all my prescriptions. Good luck to you.

Very poor customer service. Prescription was called in at 2:30 and I went to pick it up just before 6:00. They told me they didn’t have it and that I could call my Dr. to get it somewhere else. I asked for help as my dr. was closed and the pharmacist pretty much said too bad that she was closing. We have gone the Walgreens for a period of time, but will be moving our prescriptions. Too bad how one person can ruin the entire experience. As you can already see from the ratings, this pharmacy is not recommended.

You see how that label says “keep cold” yeah that’s 200.00 worth of meat that they DID NOT keep refrigerated. Ruined! Don’t use this as a FedEx drop location if you need it to not be ruined. Also, I was at the desk first. She started helping me, stopped in the middle of helping me - to then help the FedEx guy. WRONG! Customers come first! I won’t be using them again. No thank you!

Shout out to the photo department team. They printed my Christmas cards on the wrong paper, then fixed the problem within 24 hours. Everyone in this store is overworked and frustrated, but they were very nice despite the hectic atmosphere. Customers are frustrated and will take the time to write a negative review while waiting impatiently. It's important to remember to give thanks and appreciation when a job is well done also. Happy holidays!

Gas is expensive, so I walked my dog over here to pick up a prescription. There was one car in the drive-thru, and I was not going to leave my dog tied up outside because this place is usually sooooo slow. So I walked up to the drive-thru window, and the pharmacist said they can't serve me because I'm not in a car... I walked back home, got in my car, and drove over there. Not a single thing was different between me picking up on foot or in my car, except now Walgreens has lost a customer for life.

I came here last week to pick up some things for my grandma. I get to the counter and the cashier says very rudely that I can only get 2 of each items (I only had about 3 things that were 2 of each) not only very rudely but also very loud that people were looking at me and watching me as she had me pick out and put half of my stuff back, which I had no idea why? I didn't have more than 2 items of what I had to put back they were 1 of each. While I had to put things back 6 other customers that came and went were NOT told the same as me or got the same treatment as I had gotten. I didn't get her name but she's an older lady with brunette hair and complains way too much about her job. I will be going to the other Walgreens for now on, they have better customer service than this one.

Went in for a few things and could not find one particular item so I was searching up & down the isles looking for it. Not one of the 3 employees that were following me around asked me if I'm needed help. One of the employees AJ was obviously following me checking every item I touched I was feeling very awkward shopping I turned around & told him I'm not shop lifting and he didn't respond. I then said I'm not shopping anymore either & went to check out. I asked the cashier for the male employees name and a woman behind me yelled I'm the manager can I help you I s as I'd your employee was following me around as if I was stealing which clearly I wasn't and it made me feel very uncomfortable she responded I'll let him know. What the hell does that mean she is his manager I'd think she should apologize or say something other than that. Never going back

Literally waited outside in the drive through for my mother’s medication. Waited for around 20 mins and the line had NOT moved an inch. I then went inside to see if it would be any better since I’m on my lunch for work and only get an hour. NOPE. it’s even worse! One person is helping the drive through and people inside, and then the other person not knowing how to answer this lady’s questions about her medication, so she’s running all over the place trying to find the answer! So I go back outside hoping the line would’ve moved, and it hasn’t moved at all! The same lady was still in the front of the line holding people up!!! It was a JOKE. So basically I wasted an hour of my time for nothing. The place is BEYOND unorganized. I hope my mom finds a different pharmacy, because this was atrocious!

Christmas eve, I had gone to Safeway for emergency butter after calling and being told they were open until 8pm. I got there around 7:30pm and was then told they had closed at 7pm.I passed this Walgreens on 40th ave on the way in and had noted the number of cars in the lot, and figured I'd give it a shot and see if they were still open and if they had butter.They were, and they did.Thank you so much, Walgreens.And many many thank yous to the employees who are sacrificing holiday time with their loved ones for others to be able to make sure their holidays turn out right. My niece and nephew would have been so disappointed if I wasn't able to bring my homemade cookies, and thanks to you guys' hard work, I don't have to worry about that.
