I was able to call in a prescription order, and the clinic notified us when it was ready. So easy - walked in, they recognized me and my pet's name, and I had what I needed in less than five minutes. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.

This animal clinic was just amazing with how fast they handled my emergency! They got me in and out very fast and did an excellent job with my dog and her injury. It was pricey but the quality and care of service was worth the peace of mind in the end. Thank you Tieton Animal Clinic.

I recently went in for the first time and the doctor was very nice and had compassion. Unfortunately we had to put put our cat down. The process was fast and the doctor walked us threw the whole process to make sure we were aware. I appreciate everything except having to carry our deceased cat out to the front desk to make our payment as we were crying. I wish they could have let us make the payment in the room and have us exit the door in the room privately. Rest easy little guy.

Have been going here since 2020 and finally said I'm done with this place. The most recent doc I worked with was incompetent. Cat in pain, x rays showed advanced arthritis in knees and hips, doctor claimed constipation (this was a symptom of her pain) and didn't see any signs of arthritis. Got second opinion at another vet and now she is on a monthly injection and feeling so much better. That doctor clearly doesn't even know what he is doing. Besides that most recent issue they once sent me home with someone else's dog prescription for my CAT (DEADLY). constantly lose notes from your chart or account, doc doesn't even write chart notes most recently, fail to call you back when your poor animal is done and waiting for your pick up. I don't know about dogs but I would avoid this place for cats.

The staff were friendly, and helpful. My dog was in a life threatening emergency and they treated me with kindness and respect. They calmley explained what the situation was and what my options were. They were paitent with me and answered all my questions. Overall a very good experience when handling a painful situation.

I called and left a message.they called back and I made my request. They said they would text me when my dog's prescription was ready. The next day I finally called again and they said it was ready. I was never texted. But, I did get the prescription.

MY FLASH IS ALIVE BECAUSE OF THIS AWESOME PLACE!! HE GOT ATTACKED AND HIS EAR RIPPED OFF!! THE VET PUT WHAT WAS LEFT OF IT BACK ON! HE ALMOST BLEED TO DEATH! HIS EAR WAS GONE. THE VET FOUND A GOOD SIZE PIECE OF IT STUCK TO HIS BLOOD SOAKED SIDE.MY DOG WAS ATTACKED BY A NEIGHBOR DOG.

I brought my pug in today For the first time and got a same day urgent appointment. There was an urgency fee but it was much needed and relatively minor. The staff was so sweet and kind and even though they were very visibly busy they got us in within 15 minutes of our walk in appointment. They are extremely thorough and efficient and got us scheduled to come back next week. They are amazing, we will be trying to get on a waiting list to become patients.

This place is very nice, all of the staff and Veterinarians service is elite.. they offer alot of services recommended them to anyone but meat and potatoes: It is expensive , bring the checkbook.

Not my usual vet clinic but when one of my rescues was suffering with chronic stomatitis they got him in right away for dental extractions. My foster uses them as her clinic and really respects them. They did a great job on Felix, were exceptionally kind and helpful, and their services were reasonably priced. Thanks to them Felix gets to live a happy and healthy life. I am very thankful for them!

I bring my 3 cats here. Bringing a cat to the vet is never fun, but they make the experience as painless as they can. Front desk is always polite, and they're pretty much always on-time (albeit, I tend to schedule with my cats early in the morning). One kitty has a long-term snotty nose that hasn't responded to much of any treatment (and she might just have it for life), but they've kept trying. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, and they've taken phone calls to explain lab results and treatment options. I've interacted with multiple vets here, over the years, and I trust them to make good decisions for my pets and to help me make informed treatment options, too.The waiting room is big, and it does echo a bit, which might spook some pets, but as I said: they typically don't make you wait there for long. Because the room is so big, I also don't feel crowded by others, either, and there is plenty of seating. Not sure how they could stop the echoing beyond installing something on the walls (fabric? sound-proofing? I don't know), but it's not a major issue.They have a few people at reception, and I think those poor people might be run a bit ragged. Every time I come in, they're going at 100% answering phones, running back for meds, or checking pets in or out. They could probably use an extra person for phone-answering alone, and their continually pleasant attitudes has probably earned them all a raise several times over. Please take note of the time of this review, as I know business personnel can change over time--but this has been true for as long as I've been going here (around 4 years).

Because my Veterinarian clinic was closed due to a fire I contacted Tieton Drive emergency clinic for an appointment for my sick fur baby. The receptionist, Ashley, was amazing and so helpful. I was able to get Cooper in within a half hour after my call. Dr. Cambra was so knowledgeable and explained the X-ray in a way that I could understand and the medication needed. I am so Grateful for the caring staff and how quickly Cooper is getting better. Thank you!

Went in to get shots for my kitten and got there about 10 minutes before my appointment and was out before I was even supposed to be there! Friendly staff and pretty quick to boot. I recommend.

This clinic really price gauges. An eye drop that I am normally charged $10 for at my other vet cost me $50 at this vet. They really took advantage of me being from out of town and in a tight spot needing a refill of the medicine.

The front office reception is exactly what you need when you are worried about your pet. Ashley answered the phone in a warm, professional, compassionate manner and helped navigate coming in urgently. Everything was explained prior to coming in and I absolutely knew what to expect financially and time wise. I was in and out in about an hour, which was faster than I had expected. The vet was very patient with our dog who was very scared and protective in the room. The vet cared very deeply for our dog and prescribed extra meds just in case our dog injures themselves again. Highly recommend. On a side note my father took his dog here until his dog passed on the rainbow bridge. And they were super compassionate with him while he dealt with such a horrible life event. Even had a beautiful surprise for him to remember his dog forever. Can’t say enough great things.
