It’s a very big hit and miss here with them having anything good at a decent price for secondhand items. But the staff there are always nice and welcoming. They keep the store looking clean and Tidy. Lots of room to walk around so you’re not touching elbows with other people. No restrooms but in area I understand why.

I walked in, asked about furniture. I was directed to two areas. I found a coffee table and further back a nice recliner.Paid and had a wonderful assistant (Thank you Jeff!) Load it and then I drove away, remembering, I went there to see if they had a tv!! 😂😂😂😂

They have a lot, but are priced like a Ross or tj max. More ppl would buy things (more revenue for the store) if they sold higher volume at more decent price for second hand goods. There were things I liked, but not for “new” prices. The store was well organized.

Prices are the same as new if not more throughout the entire store. Beat up ikea toys that are same price if you bought them new. Nike t-shirt for 10.99, walked out with nothing. Won't be back.

Great selection of cloths. I caught them at the right time and scored on 2 pairs of Jordans. Love this place. Friendly staff too

I'm dropping to one star. Went to get more Christmas lights they wanted $10 a strand for used lights. Last year they had them for 99 cents. All their prices went up way to high for second had store. I saw items from dollar tree they put $2 on. They got greedy this year. There's 3 more thirft stores from this Salvation Army check them out there cheaper and better quality. When stores start to charge too much just stop shopping there. Look at more local small mom and pa shops.

Walked in at 5:15pm, ladies up front said closes in 25 min (suppose to close at 6pm). Mens selection was basically non existent and any good items were seriously overpriced.People showed up after us and they already had the door locked at 5:40 turning people away.👎

I was in the store and they were so worried about getting off of work that they was nudging me to hurry up and buy it if I'm going to buy and I will never shop here again. They were rude customer service.The male cleaning the floor had ran into my feet more than three times. And not only that but the clothes are way too expensive for being donated hand me downs.

Friendly employees, but that's where the joy faded and quickly.Incredibly overpriced in just about every department and category. You can find similar or better deals on eBay, Amazon, and new-in store merchandise at Walmart. The store smelled like vomit throughout as well.I doubt I'll be back. This store is one to write home about, but not in a good way.Big oooof. Two thumbs down.

Worst customer service, cashier was rude, judging, and snobby. For receiving donations from the community-employers have horrible etiquette to treat people with dignity, respect, and proper customer service. 👎 Would not go back.

If I could give this place a negative 5 star I would. We had an incident where my wife walks in normally they tell her to put her bag at the counter and she can get it when she leaves. The workers will stalk you the whole time your there. They have no trust. Our family has donated and bought from them so much that we shouldn't have been treated this way. Don't go to this place sometimes it smells rotten.

Overall it's a good store. Items are mismatched so you might find a lot of smalls in the large section and vice versa. No bathroom just fyi. Decent prices and then selection is decent. I try to stop by whenever I'm in Yakima so that says a lot! Definitely worth checking out.

I think their prices are too high my son and I went through all the movies couldn't find any decent movies ten bucks for a weed sprayer when you can go to Lowe's and get them from 999 brand new. Drawer organizer you know forks and knives three bucks heck they're at the dollar store

Nice N neatly arranged !. Though clothes are kinda mixed up. Loved to check in whenever am in yakima. Price is fear, staffs alway ready to help ,most especially when you have baby at hand .THANKS to one of the staff that helped me the last I went there. HOPE to visit yakima soon n HOPE to shop in too.

I really enjoyed the employees and volunteers in the food donating services area. They were friendly and they smiled and ran the kitchen pantry very smoothly. With labeles And worker's who organize the boxes and have them ready for you as you go thru the line. It worked like clock work. Very smooth and efficient.The thrift store staff was not very welcoming.I personally felt like they would really rather not have anyone in the store but themselves. A group of employees gather for socializing amongst only themselves from behind the counter. As you walk inside, they all 3 look up with annoyed looks on their faces as tho you interrupted a conversation they were having. No smiles... They eventually stop glaring at you and begin to converse amongst themselves behind the counter again. When I had a question about the tag sales. What color tags are on sale? I approached the counter and waited for about 1 min. Until one of them finally heard my excuse me's. And then I got glared at for interrupting again. I asked about the tags and was given a snarky answer "the tags are clearly labeled". I was so shocked at her rudeness and attitude that my mouth fell open and I stood there embarrassed because now not only were all 3 employees giggling to each other about my question. But the other customers were now staring at me as well because of how loud the girl had answered.I walked around the Isles and they are very narrow and hard to maneuver a cart thru.Sizes are not clearly labeledThere was no way of knowing whichtags were on sale. I felt like the cloths were a little over priced for being a non profit donation resale store. I couldn't find any off the sales items and I ended up getting so frustrated that I just left without purchasing anything.

Very helpful when I donated a mattress & foundation. But, I just saw that Salvation Army is going CRT. I thought Christians were to judge on a person's character not skin color. I will look some ware else to donate.

The first lady lied and said no garage sale stickers it's a company policy in writing. I asked to see it. Now I miss spoke... I called ahead and stated clearly I was wanting to bring stuff from an elderly woman moving from independence. I am a Disabled Veteran that along with many others put this together only to be nit picked by Lazy Dishonest staff.. Then they proved it by showing me the tags from the truck that unloaded right in front of me as the example of what they look like.

Customer service is always very good. 🤗 Clothes are almost as expensive as what is in a retail store but some of the items are extremely overpriced. It is Supposed to Be a Thrift store, Not a High Priced Specialty store...

A very loud talking cashier was very rude to a elderly man.She was tall and loud. I have seen her being rude before.She does not need to be working with public.A couple were discussing her and decided to leave I was about to say something but decided to leave also. You dont treat people like that! No excuse. for that behavior

Well the food program volunteers are Great. But the family who ever. Is in charge of the resource assit. Not to good almost a week I am still waiting for a phone call almost calling them every day still no answer 😞

This place is the worst they run out of vouchers really early. I was told to come back in the morning before 9am. I got there at 8:50am and waited with 3 other people and by the time I got to the front at 9:15 am they had no more clothing voucher funding. This is the second time. Don't ever go here for help unless you want to spend your own money

The best place to get children's clothes. All the kids stuff is $0.99 each! Sometimes they have half off sales and you can really stock up!
