Miss Dr Hays. He was the best. When I would bring my dogs in for their yearly shots and exams he checked everything. Their eyes,teeth,skin and coat, listened to their heart, took their temperature, checked his weight, gave them their shots. New vet is friendly enough but definitely not through. Just gave him his shots and talked about his weight. A lot of new staff. I know there is a vet shortage and they are all busy. Hopefully better next time

The previous vet I was taking my dog to I never really cared for. When it came time to put her down there was no way I was going to take her to that one. This vet, Terrace Heights, was our new pups vet. So we took my old girl there to put her down and I am so glad I took her here for that. The receptionist in the 1st place is amazing! But how kind and the remorse they all had for us was so great really meaningful! And as I stated this is our pups vet and they are great with her too.

I would like to share the wonderful experience I had at the veterinarian clinic yesterday I came all the way from Seattle to have my little Chihuahua looked at who has a tumor on her stomach, and when I was treated with love and compassion and concern for and I highly recommend Dr. Reed four highly recommend Dr. Reed And staff for such a great experience, I would certainly recommend them above anyone else, sending all my praises for such empathy and compassion I truly wonderful experience. I called and scheduled an appointment yesterday for Thursday afternoon and they asked me for a $70 deposit . An hour later I called to cancel because I had found a vet that could see my dog earlier. They refused to refund my money because “ that’ for our time to schedule your appointment.. ”. You thieves! 😡

This vet just wants your money. I took my senior cat in for a severe ear infection since the selah vet was clowned and they were a nice staff but they did nothing for my cat. They packed medicine in both ears and that seemed to help so we took her there again and they just did the same thing and it wouldn’t be until this Tuesday when I found out they really didn’t help her. The selah vet said they pulled out a HUGE wad of wax buildup and they told us she had a polyp. I’m extremely upset and I wish I could get the $300 I spent back, please take your pets literally anywhere else.

We have been going here for a little under a year and love it. We have 2 cats who are scared of their own shadows most of the time, but love seeing not only Dr. Hays but the ladies who work upfront. They know us when we walk in and very obviously love and care for our animals like their own. Our male cat, Thad, has had 3 surgeries here and they have worked with our schedules for check ups and helped us understand what we need for him to be happy and healthy. We even have moved recently a bit farther away but love this vet clinic so much that we drive a little over an hour to go to vet appointments. If you want a place where they care and will help every way possible, then this is the place!

Highly Recommend Dr. Jamie Reed and staff. This vet office took excellent care of our dog Mia, and seemed to really love animals. We were impressed with the cleanliness or the office, the personable staff, and the very informative Dr. Reed. We are so happy to have found a vet office for our 2 dogs, since our other provider closed. The price was so reasonable!!! They truly care about animals, and not the money aspect.

Love all of the staff, very caring. We initially came for a second opinion. Had been told one of our cats needed to be on antidepressants. It was allergies, as we suspected, but weren't listened to at previous vet.We were able to avoid medicating one of our cats needlessly. More importantly, we were given a solution that works. Literally almost cried in relief.Also extremely happy to find we are able to actually sit in the examining room with our pet.To the reviews complaining about $, we spent over a month's rent to have one of our cats spayed, at our previous clinic. I also believe we have saved a lot of money by receiving a correct diagnosis on the first visit here.Very grateful to have found this clinic. Thank you so much, so happy with everyone we've interacted with, including Trisha in reception!

I have received the most amazing care here for my dog. Me and my boyfriend got our first puppy and had so many questions, they took the time to answer them all and make sure we felt comfortable. They treat our dog with so much respect and care. She's not afraid of the vet, she actually gets excited when she sees the building and can't wait to go inside and see the staff. She was recently fixed and I received updates as soon as she woke up and got a very detailed explanation of how her surgery went and the next steps. I have called with random questions, and I never have to wait long to hear back. They don't talk down to you or treat you any different because of your questions. Amazon place. Couldn't ask for better vet for my dog.

I had the worst experience ever. I had my beloved Daizy put to rest there and it was horrible 😪 I was expecting peace and it was far from peaceful. Both shots made her cry 😢 and jump to bite the vet. It was so so wrong. I will never go back.

I recently switched vets for my 2 senior female dogs to terrace heights family vet. It is such a pleasure to have an appointment with caring and professional staff. One of my girls had reached her time on this earth a couple of weeks ago. My first dog ever to have from pup to senior. To say the least I was beside myself, but the team at this clinic was overwhelmingly patient, kind and caring. They explained everything and with compassion. I'm posting 4 stars instead of 5 due to the price of their services. BUT despite some negative references I have heard, the people at THFP are really good with my anxious animals. Which is important. And so far, the Vet has not made me feel stupid, or like I'm not treating my animals right which is important to me, because I do everything in my power to give my animals a good life.So Kudos to the staff here 👏

Dr Hayes is thorough and consistent. He is also a good detective when you are trying to figure out what is wrong with your pet. I have a dog with several health issues and Dr Hayes has helped us get on track so she has a great quality of life. Dr Hayes listens to me and strives to understand my pet. His team is amazing too! I love this clinic.

I’m new to this practice, but already very appreciative. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, they even called a few days later to see how my cats were doing post-vaccinations. I knew they were going to be amazing when I adopted a kitten a few months ago and he had pneumonia. I was calling around looking for urgent appointments. Even though the staff here couldn’t fit me in, they referred me to another veterinary practice that had urgent spots, where my kitten was seen the next day. If that doesn’t show they care about your pets, I don’t know what does!

My puppy was having massive tummy issues, and I just knew that something was wrong other being a non-discriminatory eater. I had taken her to the vet we used to go to several times with no answers and months of struggle. We decided to get a second opinion and took her to Terrace Heights and poof! We had answers and plans for recovery. Turns out she had a parasite that was causing the problems. Two fecal tests at the other place and they couldn't find anything. I was very impressed with Terrace Heights. Everything from the facility, to the quality and friendliness of the staff. The Vet definitely knows his stuff. It's a great place to take our furry friends. You won't regret it.

We are not from this area, just visiting. Our 15 yr old lab suddenly collasped in late afternoon. I called several vets in the area but they were unable to see her. Terrace Heights Family Vet said bring your dog on in. (It was 4:30 pm & they close at 5)...the staff & vet stayed late to help us & take care of our lab. They were very caring and compassionate...I highly recommend Dr. Jay and his staff
