Leaving this review based entirely on the restroom. Their women’s restroom was one of the nastiest ones I’ve ever seen. By far the nastiest target bathrooms I’ve ever seen. This is one of the stalls and the others were similar to this one. Disgusting. My husband said the men’s was just as bad.

Store personnel has consistently offered outstanding customer service, making this a far better Target than any Puget Sound location. But "Target", itself: BUMMER. The decreasing product selection, besides "Up & Up" or "Good & Gather", is disappointing. However, MOST disappointing is the dependence of discounts on "Circle". The Circle app downloads to, and has access to data on, your device. I'm a victim of the 2013 Target breach (police reports & all) I would NEVER give access to Target on my personal device. So....no more sale prices for me.☹️

Found a pair of pants on the 50 percent off clearance rack, when I went to pay, the Mexican lady with the pink hair and the huge hickey on the side of her neck told me it wasn’t 50 percent off and that I’d have to pay full price. Like I was trying to lie and get a discount.. I told her I did not want the pants anymore. After checking out I realized I forgot something so I had to go back. I wanted target to know I wasn’t lying so I got the nice manager to help me and I ended up with my pants anyways!! YAAY thanks nice manager.

I’m not someone who normally does this sort of thing but the cashier that helped me the other day was just over the top helpful and made me feel like she actually cared. Her name was Ashley and she really made my day.

Do not shop here if you are alone and plan to purchase more than a few items. Target will not allow you to take your shopping cart past the first line of trees in front of the store so you will have to manually lug all your purchases to your car while other people rifle through your purchases. Simply unacceptable - no regard what so ever for me or my purchases. Boo Target Management Boo

I love coming here, but since the past two years every time I come the restrooms are unacceptable! They are always extremely dirty and unkept. It’s very unsanitary, even the family restroom had no toilet paper and it was filthy. There is no hook to hook up your purse or purchased bags. The restroom should be getting check hourly.

I love Target and think it's great! They offer a wide range of useful products, I can usually find everything on my list that I'm looking for (and a lit more too if I'm not careful... lol), and the prices aren't crazy expensive. Things there aren't cheap though either... but still affordable. The staff is usually friendly, but not overly invasive or pushy.

Honestly, probably the worst Target we have ever been to. This place makes Walmart look high class! It was dirty. The restrooms are all rundown and the management doesn't even seem to care that the store is falling apart! Go to the Target in Tri-Cities if you want a better shopping experience.

People think Walmart is bad for putting things where they don't belong try target 27.00 items in a 5.00 spot they said customer did it. I never knew of customer fill the whole peg. And then blame me for it as if. DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A SCANNER

The two stars is for the tolerable workers... They usually are friendly and helpful. But sadly the vast majority of them are rude judgmental millennials with jacked up haircuts. I'm not perfect I've made mistakes, that said I spend money here EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Highly doubt they can say the same.... If you shop around too long or aren't dressed to their satisfaction they will treat you like your stealing and follow you around the whole time making your whole shopping experience unpleasant.

Love this store, it's close to my apartment which makes life easier. They always have unique or cute finds in housewares. Love their apparel as well, also can find some good deals. The workers here are great too, where i used to live (about 1.5 hrs. N of seattle) they were so snobby and judgmental I never went there because of it. Not these guys! They realize everyone is their own person and don't judge. Of course there's a couple people who can brush up on people skills and should kick back on profiling/judging. Overall I'm super happy to have this store a couple blocks away.

This location has really gone downhill in the last 2 years. Not very clean or organized. Never baskets out where needed, garbages always overflowing outside. Sketchy people outside all the time. Employees talking so loudly about work drama it’s hard not to hear it even if you try not to listen. Lines are almost always backed up. As a target lover I’m starting to hate this location.

i've been through a great discrimination situation recently in this target store. a worker of this target incriminated me and accused me of robbery, with my own belongings. she then tried intimidating me by saying she's calling the police 15 minutes before the store closed she humiliated me this moment in front of many people definitely hit my dignity offending me like that i also have severe anxiety so she then made me go in to a anxiety attack she left me very upset very unprofessional I asked for her manager she would not get the manager I also asked for her name she would not give me that i then told her call the police I would like to speak to them on her behhalf she just left telling me to keep my own back pack I walked in with. she then said I don't care. #1 are my belongings i've been through a great discrimination in this target store a worker of this target incriminated me and wrongfully accused me of stilling tried intimidating me by threatening me with the police she may have been Lp she is security in front of the store. I'm unsatisfied with this store something needs to be don with this target in yakima wa

I love shopping at Target and enjoy the new market the have inside. The store is always clean and the popcorn always taste great.Today the shelves were bare but still some items to purchase.I was able to find everything I needed but one item, Smuckers 100% jelly. It is the only jelly I use.

The pick-up option at Target is great! I ordered one night and everything was ready by opening time the next morning. I didn’t have to wait at all once I parked my car. The employee was polite and very nice. It’s a perfect way to shop during the quarantine.

I have utilized the Grocery pickup on multiple occasions from Yakima Target. When they first started this option, it went smoothly. The last 3 times I've uses pickup, I've had multiple items I ordered & paid for nor actually make it into the actual pickup. I understand accidents happen but this is reoccurring now. Today I ordered my order which included a 16 lb of Cat food (biggest item on order). I get home (I live 20 miles from Target) & to my surprise again - the cat food was not put in order yet I was charged $12.99 for it. I immediately tried calling Yakima Target but every single extension rang & rang & rang...no answer. I called back 5x within the hour to no one bothering to pick up the phone.I've worked customer service most my adult life & pretty laid back about issues but this is inexcusable to make this many mistakes.I finally had to contact corporate & get my order fixed and now must wait for the cat food I ordered to be shipped to my home.Do Better Target...especially with so many competitors that deliver or do pickup.

Favorite store, but super sketchy. Homeless people just loiter there all day long and approach people in the parking lot. Keep an eye out. I've had several friends say they were followed through the store.

Cheap place to go buy a variety of different products and look around at. I love this store and come sometimes just for fun
