I love going here- the staff is always friendly, and I'm happy to support a female owned business with a large number of females on staff, in a largely male dominated industry. Great selection, good prices, special discounts on scheduled days, and friendly yet efficient service. Highly recommend!

Omg the people who work here are amazing, super knowledgeable and informative. Its the cutest house dispensary ever and the decorations are top notch. $15 1/8ths... nuff said.

Wow. What an unfortunate response from a business owner. In no way was my post racist or even aimed in that direction. I had given you 3 stars for product. This was about the specials & customer service. I did point out the fact that you have only one African American employee on staff. Should WE talk about that? Because now that you ring it up, being a biracial woman myself, it is something I have recognized. Be professional, its a review, that’s why the option is here. As for the football team, again, never brought up race. Sounds like YOU’RE the only one making race an issue here. Might as well order online, I would get more info there than from your bud tenders.Usually my dispense of choice, but I just went and it was very uncomfortable. There were people outside in the parking lot in a group smoking, parking lot was full. Turn the corner & there is another huge group of people right in front of the main entrance to the gate, also smoking and passing to people in cars. It was uncomfortable to have to walk through. Security maybe? Idk, but this was a firstUnfortunate update: while some of your staff is very friendly, I can honestly say that there is only one bud tender that is truly knowledgeable when it comes to your product. A product that I do love. If alerts are sent out about specials & it brings me in the door, I ask for said product and am only given a few choices & at that, 1 of each to look at. Give me some options, push your product a little. I’m coming in for your ounce specials, show me all that you advertised. I did ask my bud tender to view the others, but I did have to ask. They don’t tell you anything about the product while you’re looking, they stand there just waiting on you to make your choice, talking amongst each other or sipping their drinks. Also, your only African American employee is rude, she acts as if you’re holding her up while trying to decide. . But I will say it again & this is why I still give it 3 stars, the product is great. Just tell us more about it, sell us on you’re specials. Don’t make us search for them on our own. Little better customer service.

The employees here are extremely rude. You can tell they don't care. They say they have curbside pick up online, so I ordered it and went there to get it just for them to say they don't do it. The girl on the phone laughed at me when I asked her and then hung up on me. Extremely rude. Go to happy time in yakima. Way better service and they're happy to help you.

420th Google review, ayyyyyyAnyway, this place is pretty cozy and the prices are usually some of the best in town. Staff is generally pretty nice and quick although there was one employee one time who said I made him nervous. I have anxiety, especially in social settings and it makes me a little jittery and clammy so them pointing that out didn't make me feel too good about being there.Overall a decent little shop with equally decent prices.

Sweet Relief is a top notch shop. Great staff, and probably the best deals in town. I go regularly between this shop and one other after trying most shops in town since legal. If you want the cheapest prices, check them out. I highly support these good people. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic selection of moderately priced products. I mostly buy concentrates and this is the best place in town in my opinion. The building can get a bit crowded, but I prefer the home feel over places like Happy Time. Customer service is fantastic, the only other dispensary that compares in that aspect would be the M Store.

This place was hard to get to. I had a truck and trailer, I had to circle the block a couple times then when I went inside, they asked for my ID and I just my new license and they sent the first one to wrong address. That was wen i went into this store. I am 48 almost 49 years old there is no way this kid should have asked to see my ID. it kinda upset me. But it is wat it is. So that was my experience with that establishment. Not a great one but one non the less.

Ordered online yesterday around noon. Received a text shortly after pickup that they are giving 25% off discount for online orders today (3/19)... they lady was rude during pickup and when I called this morning inquiring about a discount... I did spend close to $250. She was again rude and said she would not honor it, and hung up on me. Super unprofessional and I will spend my money elsewhere.

Well... I used to really like this place, it was my favorite dispensary. The service WAS welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and the deals were AMAZING.... But the last 3-4 times I've been there, they have disappointed me so much that I am reluctant to even think of going there... The staff made me feel as if I was wasting their time asking questions, so they either gave a really vague answer and brushed off the question (which made me feel like I was an unwanted customer, & honestly kinda belittled), or straight up told me they didn't know the answer & tried to rush me out of there in order to help someone else... That makes me want to save all of us the headache and not to waste MY time or waste MY money going there, and besides that, their deals have really gone downhill and aren't really deals anymore, their check in system is a joke... It used to be if u checked in every time after a specific amount of in store purchases u received a 20% discount off your purchase, and now they've changed it to if u check in after the specific amount of in store purchases u get a 20% discount off of ONE SINGLE item....

By far my go to place here in Yakima. Great product with great service. Prices are amazing. Though to many people outside claiming to have the inside hook up. Sad people would use such a nice place for their own gain.

Great product and an even greater staff. Kevin and Louis are always getting me the best dab for my price range and their always willing to help me find new strains that ill love. Definitely the best pot store in yakima. If your looking for an amazing experience and good smoke, this is the spot.

They rush you out the door, the owner she is rude liz. Me and my friends are boycotting this place. She won't even allow me to make a educational questions said she's really busy and that I usual come in the mornings when they first open and their not as busy and to hurry up. She's totally sarcastic! I used to drop over 400 month here and no more.HappyTime has my back and I can take as long as I want and ask all my questions I want with out attitudes and being chased out the door! Thank you Liz😘

I would leave 1 star however this is where I shop for my wax.Staff is rude and dismissive, my online orders always seem to be wrong. Either what I ordered isn't there or it's a different price completelyBeen flat out lied to my face multiple times about quality of product .Have found re-labeled wax..Used to be a nice little spot now I try to rush in and out as quickly as possible.

I used to be a regular customer here, until the owner started using her shop for political advertising. I don't agree with that at all. I started going to Happy Time & Slow Burn instead. The blonde haired guy doesn't seem to have that much knowledge of products. Seems more like a salesman rather than a knowledgeable budtender.

The owner is a lying deceptive greedy person. At $300 an ounce and $50 an 1/8 she makes the black market better and cheaper and doesn't accept the medical card the way it's supposed to be accepted because of Liz and her greedy views, Liz won't give any discounts to whites, you have to be a minority and don't be fooled by the green political garb she might make a better janitor maybe? She a greedy Marxist, with maybe 1 good budtender employee. And any other dispensary in the valley is way better bud prices and tenders like the M store is way better and believes in giving discounts

Small shop with a really cool building history. Apparently it an old house that is known to be haunted. Could be true & might explain the hostility of one employee on the phone with another. His angry voice carried & echoed loudly throughout the entire house. Made the atmosphere not as light & happy-go-lucky one might expect when shopping for cannabis. I know the tense, heavy feel in the air made me so uncomfortable, I bought less than I had intended just to leave quickly. I'll go the distance to shop at the more people-friendly Slow Burn & avoid this shop unless I absolutely have to.

Always liked coming here until I started seeing Liz more. I always feel like she is very unprofessional. Today she was talking about one of her employee's for trying to confirm his break when they were busy and sent him home instead. She always ID's me more than more than other customers as well. My only gripe with this place is there doesn't seem to be anyway for anyone who knows what they want to get in and get out without waiting in a long line and listening to every person in front of you get an education in weed. Some stores have an express line. I highly recommend something like that for this store. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable. Wait time is just much longer than anywhere else.

Guy beside me pulled a knife and layed it on the table, the bud tenders instead of either grabbing the knife off the table, or moving back, the simply said politely "sir you can't have that in here" at which time he grabbed the knife and goes outside, hides it (which we were all watching) and then instead of them locking the door, they let him back in after being threatened!! After the incident they said it's ok, there's a lot of crazy people around and that there's a police station across the way, and not to worry. All with a non chalante smile on their faces. They or I could have been killed. This guy was one type of crazy. Also, the room is EXTREMELY dark, I couldn't even read the print on packages. All in all good products but as a customer I didn't and won't feel safe until they start keeping some "help" around, or a separate lobby to filter guys like that out! The bud tenders acted oblivios to the danger, and that scares me. They let him just hang out outside after all of this and he approached me. Overall bad experience. Too bad the bud tenders had to lie about the experience to the manager.. Looks bad to the store overall. This is why I record everything, so people can't come back and say it didn't happen and my reputation isn't ruined. I have had family here for years, not like I'm here for business.

Only issue I’ve ever had was having to stand outside to wait and that’s not even worth taking a star away. Online ordering has you WAY ahead of the game, and having budget weed as well as good top shelf makes for a versatile menu which shows you have awareness of your demographic, which can’t be said for a lot of dispensaries around here. Not cycling thru staff Like other dispensaries makes it very comfortable and familiar. I’m adressed by my name almost every time and treated like a friend. The only time I don’t go to Sweet Relief is after 10 PM other than that I’m always there.

Terrible experience went to return my double Delish cartridge that began to leak on me it was just less than half full i mean barely and the female employee of African American decent began to scream in my face ITS EMPTY! ITS EMPTY!!! I can't return this and came at me in a tone like I had just killed her puppy that is the worst customer service I have ever seen you do not treat a guest in your establishment that way regardless of the situation I will never be returning there way to many pot shops out there to choose from that have friendly helpful peopleThank you for the response I am well aware of return policy of double d it's all I smoke for the most part I am a Spokane local traveling here to work it has nothing to do with quality of product it entirely has to do with unprofessional costumer service I have been refused at my local stores a couple time because the oil level was to low that is not a problem maybe I smoked to much of it maybe it leaked out sitting in my truck all day while I was working the way I was treated and made to feel was absolutely unacceptable if I were you as a business owner I would fire said employee on the spot as to set an example unless you are ok with running off paying customers bringing out of town income to your store I for one will be making sure to bring enough product from Spokane to supply me for the week thankyou
