I honestly will never go back there. For a store that just opened, it was in very poor condition and I don't know who should be more ashamed, the management or the people of Yakima!The line was 20 people deep and 3 people stood in the front end doing other stuff. I hope they can hire better employees and a manager that can get it together.

I love when you enter the store and this friendly,and upbeat voice says..."Welcome to Ross" nowadays its priceless! Charles is that wonderful Man behind the voice! That always brightens my day and always makes me smile! We need more Charles in the World.Thank you Ross!Stopped by Ross today at their new location and was really surprised to see a big improvement! The store was clean and organized! Big improvement Ross,good job👍👏

This is one of the nicer stores that I have been in. Everything seemed to be clean. The products were where they were supposed to be. I didn't find what I was looking for but I would definitely return.

The times I have went to the store the employees were very nice but they didn't have a lot of stuff in the store. It had looked like they were wiped out.

Clean store. Customer service sucks!!! Store manager sucks!! Stood in line for 30 minutes with only 1 cashier to pay. As I waited I watched as 1 person walk out and 3 people walk in. The store obviously has enough employees because they were all putting merchandise out. Why tf can't the manager open another register and worry more about customer service?

Good selection, reasonable prices. There was a lot of disorganization, but that's due to the customers throwing stuff on the floor and in random spots.
