The store itself is serviceable. My gripes would be with the pharmacy. I tried using the stores automated system for refilling prescriptions using the RX number. I scheduled the pickup for the following day at 2pm. I show up at 2pm and they don't have it. I was told they could get it ready at that time, but I did not account for scheduling in a wait time on a prescription I already called in the day before. The next day I decided to call in my prescription to make sure. After calling in my prescription then going to the store, I was told that the medication is not in stock. The pharmacy tech told me to return the next day. I did, only to find that they were still out of stock. This time the clerk told me to try next week.Most times they are fairly prompt and able to fill customers needs. Some sort of call/notification would have been nice if they were unable to accommodate me, rather than wasting my time.

If you guys even need a shot do not go here, I would recommend to go to the 9th venue. If you get a shot by Nicolas Anderson get out of there, when he cleans the area that he is going to inject he is NOT supposed to blow air on it air touch it after words, and that is what he did to me with my two shots, and make sure if he has gloves on when he is injected you that he didn’t touch anything else because that can cause you to get a bacteria if he tries to give you a shot. I asked for a record of the shots I got and he got the locations wrong even thought it was both in the same arm and he didn’t even put the right one, that is a LEGAL DOCUMENT, if you go to court for whatever reason and you say that you got the shot in one side but he had put down he gave it to you in the other one then you look like a lier. Not to mention they put the wrong name on the document, the lady had my ID with her when she was typing my name and I only knew because I had to go back and ask for documentation, and again this is a LEGAL DOCUMENT.

The pharmacy employees are not helpful and would rather pass the work to someone else than offer any real help. It would have been more useful eating tide pods than dealing with them. 0 out of 10!!!

The regular pharmacist of long time here is AWESOME. He goes above and beyond. Pharmacy is always short staffed but really hard working people

First time getting a prescription filled at a Rite Aid and it was a good experience. After waiting for an hour at another popular facility (beginning with a "W") and finding out they hadn't even scanned the prescription into their system, we took our business to Rite Aid. They quickly took down my insurance details & phone number and told me it would be done in 30 minutes. I went back after 30 minutes and it was ready as advertised. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Thanks Rite Aid!

I've had good experiences with the pharmacy in the past, but I just had the most dismissive guy answer the phone and essentially hung up on my when I asked about Paxlovid. Both times I tried to speak he cut me off and then hung up.

Worst pharmacy in town. These people are a mess. Multiple people in line had their medications lost or not filled. One of mine was randomly sent to a different location. One very time-sensitive one was declined by my insurance but they never notified me. Horrible. Avoid at all costs.

Just recently started to use this pharmacy regularly and have only had one issue with my script not getting filled correctly. But that was soon remedied with a simple phone call. After explaining the mix-up the pharmacist, Kelly, was super helpful is solving the error.

The pharmacist snapped on me and was very condescending with her reply after asking a simple question. And I could tell she was judging me from my looks and what prescription i was picking up (opioid dependent prescription). Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this rite aid..

Ignored my calls, didn't call back and when I finally got through to ask about my prescription they said they don't take my insurance, and didn't fill it. Didn't notify me, didn't notify anyone, just Ignored it instead of communicating. Very disappointing experience.

I bought a Amazon gift card at the Rite Aid store on nob Hill got home and went to use it and it said the card had already been used.so I went back to the and let know and they couldn't make it right so if I was you I would be very careful of buy a card there because you will be out your money.
