The staff here are always nice. Plus can’t beat $6 for nail trimmings. My dog peanut loves the treats from there. I just hope they don’t do the act of kindness donation for very long or else I will be switching due to me not be affiliated with anyone that is affiliated with act of kindness

My dog loves it there. They always take good care of her when getting her nails clipped. Lizzy does an awesome job making sure the nails are not sharp. Love this place!!!!

We have been here a couple of times, and they are very helpful. We usually go buy the treats and canned food for our husky. Honestly, it's a little more expensive than the average petco pets mart, but the quality of their items is way better. Also, they will help you fit harnesses to your dog and collars. I know some places don't and won't allow you to try them.

I moved to Yakima 6 months ago and I am so so grateful to have found Becca to groom my 2 elderly Shih Tzu pups! Today was their first "spa" visit and they look just adorable! Thank you Becca! You are very kind and so very talented! See ya next month! BTW, I would give Becca 20 starts if I could! :) Oh, the store is very charming! Will be back to shop next time!

I love this store. It has much better prices then the big box stores & offer a great selection of treats. BUT.........their high turn over in groomers is really frustrating and they offer no assistance to find a replacement. I understand that their groomers are independent contractors but they are still associated with PP while they are working there so there is a certain expectation of assistance when a groomer leaves.I contacted them to question what I could do or frankly where my groomer went and all I got was "You should find another groomer". No apology, no resources, not even a sorry for the inconveniences. Really dissatisfied with it all.

I would love to give a higher rating however I've been there twice and both times were not a great experience. This most recent time I was one of only three people in the store. I was going to get a dog brush for my new puppy and thought I would give them a second chance from the first time I went there. Well, aside from absolutely no acknowledgement that I was there they also didn't have a single dog brush... in a pet store? That was both surprising and little annoying. i can't speak to whether the customer service was good or bad, I was completely ignored... well maybe that is an answer after all. I am all about supporting local business and the smaller the business the better but I do expect a certain level of customer care. It's a tough market in all businesses across the board so if a small local business wants to grow, gonna have do the basics and that starts with outstanding customer service. I doubt I will go back, it seems pointless when they don't have even the most basic of things. This is all my opinion and if you have had an awesome experience here, that's great and I'm happy for you.Thank you for your reply. It was the Terrace Heights store, I am aware of the businesses that I review. The store isn't very large so I cannot imagine that I somehow missed the "very large selection of grooming supplies". I walked the store twice thinking I must have missed it but alas, I could not locate it. I am glad that you defend your employees and maybe they were just busy, I don't know but that's twice that it has happened to me, that's all I know. A review is tell the world what a person thinks and what experience they had at a specific place, that's all I did. So your comment, "If I may say, you seem to have spent a lot of time telling us what we did wrong", was not something that helps your case. I can only draw on what I saw and experienced, I tried to be kind and truthful. I hope your business thrives

They are so good. My Roxy wasn't scared or nervous. She looked amazing and beautiful. They have a great variety of healthy treats that Roxy loves ❤ Roxy and I will keep coming back to the Pet Pantry.

They didn't even have muzzles for when the trimmed my dog's nails. They had me hold their heads with towls. And the were not able to a very good job because of it. All critters is so much better. The reason I went to pet pantry instead is they were having free trims that day.

I grew up visiting the WV location throughout my late childhood and early adulthood (and loved it), now that there’s another store to visit - I am so excited! What a perfect location for those out in the Terrace Heights and Moxee areas 🙂 a wonderful space with high quality foods, treats, toys and employees!!

Nice layout and super close to our home. We liked the WV location but are never in the neighborhood so we are pumpped to have a self wash and chickens tendons so close :) our boys love all the smells and friendly staff.

After a long trip moving to Yakima my two little dogs desperately needed grooming as some of the move included living in a motorhome by lakes.I'm very impressed with the work they accomplished especially on my Morky who had never been professionally groomed.They are in desperate need again after the long year of Covid-19. I will be taking the boys there again.

Went just now to give my dog a bath it says they are open today and the door was locked so inconvenient and unprofessional. There was another couple waiting outside said they had a grooming appointment at 9 and no one will open the door or answer the phone.
