When you're a contractor and you need help checking out. Lowe's is not the place to go. The store I went to has zero checkers. You have to self checkout. I don't have time for that. I suggest that you go to Home Depot and use their contractor checkout lane so you can get back to work quickly.

The store was clean and easy to find things. I'm one that doesn't care for online shopping, so it is a bit frustrating to go to a bigger hardware store and not be able to just grab what I need. All in all, good store.

I bought 2 America standard toilet toilets at Lowe’s. I will never buy any appliances or products from Lowe’s in Yakima again. I bought 2 American Standard Toilets from Lowe’s last week that cost me $458 as well as $575 to install for a gand total of $1,333.95. Both toilets don’t always seal when flushed. They are the water saving design and when it is flushed the disc does not always cover the hole entirely which keeps the water running. I was passed around on the phone for 25 minutes and was told call a plumber or bring them back. They refused to come and get them or pay for the plumber so im done with them. If they are not going to stand behind their products I will no longer do business there. I am furious!😡

Half hour waiting to find someone to unlock the cage to get some wire. Never did get it. Went to Home Depot.Parking lot was mostly empty and there were very few employees or customers in the store.Yakima store seems to rely solely on self checkout, has cut staffing, and has locked a good portion of their products behind cages requiring staff (which they don't have) to help you.

Today we went to pick up an order. One girl was on the phone, 3 other women walked into the area leaving us and 1 other person standing there. Finally, 1, who had walked into and out of the area, came to help... the girl got off the phone (she was doing business), a few minutes later we were out the door. At least 5 staff doing nothing but walking around the area. Self check out would have been a lot faster.

They need to put a big 0 on here don't ever buy and have them install windows.they send wrong sizes and takes 4 months to get them.And you still don't get your windows inLowes is a joke I will never buy from them again

Clean and easy to get in and out of. There are usually a good number of employees around, although they typically are not super knowledgeable about projects. There are a few older employees who have some knowledge and experience. I prefer Lowes over the other alternative (HD), Lowes brings their lumber carts inside, and you can often find the employees when you need assistance. The bar is low...

Had a pretty good experience with lowes delivering our washer and dryer, we got our washer on time as promised. The dryer situation was a little frustrating they couldn't find my dryer. After working with several different employees like Muhammed, Eddie and Brandon, they found the dryer and had it delivered in a timely manner. The delivery driver vlad I believe was nice enough to haul away our old dryer. While it was a frustrating situation it was handed pretty well and I'm overall happy

I had the unfortunate experience of two refrigerators having to be returned. Had to go through the warranty process with the company and that was a nightmare both times. Did get replacements both times. I can't say enough about Veronica and Jared in appliances for ALL of their help in the return process and purchase of replacements. It was hard dealing with Frigidaire, but their support around that issue was more than a ten. They are very knowledgeable at their job !!!THANK YOU VERONICA AND JARED !!!!

We aren't very knowledgeable when it comes to projects that I think up in my head, but I wanted ty take on building a small deck on pallets. The floor sales supervisor in lumber was amazing! He helped us get the right screws and told us the best way to help us seal the plywood we were putting in the top of our deck. I'm so thankful that he took the time to really help us. We had gone to a competitor first and got very little help when we explained what we needed.

I went to lowes in union gap Washington to return my birthday present. The counter person said without a receipt all he could do is exchange then he came back and said that the gift was over 90 old I was able to get the order number then he said oh I found it but now that you showed me who bought it I will have to put it on their card so I got no exchange the gifter knows I returned it and the store got nothing then he told me he thought I stole it that is why he saidit was over 90 days old thanks to his lies I got screwed and the person who gifted me the item found out I returned it I spend over 100000 dollars a years at that store but not anymore

I asked 3 different employees were I could find the spring for the dryer hose. They all sent me to pipes. Finally ask a more seasoned employee. He reached around the corner and grabbed me 2. I would suggest better training.

They would NOT give us renewal of a $500 in-store card when I had the receipts. Here are the condition of the card:1. NO ONE can use that card unless you have the ID2. You need the access Code3. IF you lose it, then the LOCAL STORE is SUPPOSED to remake it, with the remaining balance.The manager told me that they couldn't do it. They gave me a customer service number, so I called it and guess what? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AUTOMATED MESSAGE SAID THAT YOU HAVE TO GO TO YOUR LOCAL STORE TO GET IT REISSUED. I went back again, but they said they couldn't do it.I worked in a Construction Company (Atkinson Co), and we only deal with HOME DEPOT and never with Lowe's.This is why we have nick names for Lowes:- LOWE expectationSJust shop at HOME DEPOT.

The customer service is okay. That's if you like a bunch of 18,19,20, and 21 years old being lazy, standing around, and talking as if they were o break. When you ask them," where something is located?" They will point and not take you!!!!!!As if helping a customer isn't their job. Also the older people as well, seem to have a attitude when one does not know what the item is or is saying it wrong. On top of everything the mens bathroom was beyond trashed. When I asked if it's normally like that they said,"Yes because its only cleaned one time a day"

I keep giving this store chance after chance and this time was the last time. I went in for paint. I am no expert on paint. Found a gentleman in the paint department, he told me to ask Sarah, so I asked Sarah and instead of walking and helping me she just pointed down the aisle and said it's on the left side. I can read signs, I know it was in the aisle. It is very frustrating that everytime I've asked for help, every employee is very short and you can tell they don't want to help.

Poor customer service!Went in today on my lunch to drop a few hundred dollars on power tools. Couldn't find an employee who even worked the department. Had one paged, waited for 20 min with no one showing up. Tried to ask another employee walking by but I was ignored by him. Should have not even went in there. Had the same experience in January when I was looking to buy a dishwasher. Asked the employee what dishwashers were in stock now, he just looked at me and said "depends" then he walked away. Obviously if someone asks what you have in stocks today they are ready to buy.Guess you guys don't Qantas my money cause I won't buy stuff places I can't get helped.

Lowe's blows! Buyer beware. Don't ever buy a gift card for Lowe's! I received the card as a gift in the amount of $150. I used the gift card twice for purchases in the store and worked fine both times leaving me with a balance of almost $50. The third time I attempted to make a purchase in store the card was declined because it said the PIN # was invalid. I went to the customer service in the store and they were no help. I find a customer support number on the gift card and I'm connected to a 3 party call center in India. I talked to 3 different people there which were very difficult to understand. So I go on Lowe's website and find another customer support number and was told by this person to go to any Lowe's store and the manager would be able to replace my card. I did just that and was a total waste of time. I will never shop at Lowe's again unless it's something that I can't get elsewhere. Thanks Lowe's!

Real friendly atmosphere and great customer service although I did have to pay for a paper bag to put down in the cart for my girlfriend's dog to be able to comfortably sit in the cart that way her paws didn't fall through but other than that great customer service and they're always knowledgeable and it very helpful when you ask questions

This is more about the hiring process at Lowe’s. I went into my interview after waiting an entire week after the phone call before my actual in person interview was. The interview process it’s self went ok but the interviewer “ Eddie” was extremely obese and rolled up on me in a motorized scooter. He never looked me in my face one time and was so distracted and unorganized I knew it wouldn’t be a good fit for me. I am shocked that Lowe’s would have someone like that in their hiring dept. How is Eddie a good representation of Lowe’s as a whole? If He is , then I am glad I didn’t come to work here. Just keep that in mind when you see the copious amounts of ads on indeed for hiring.

I was able to fix my bathroom sink with everything I found at this location. Ken helped me realize I needed more than I realized. He even explained the process better than the YouTube I found. This isn't the first time Ken has helped us. I regularly seek him out regarding more than his area he is in because he seems to be the only employee happy to help everyone.
