I love the whole vibe of this place! The budtenders always remember me when I come in, and always answer any questions I might have. They have gotten so much product in over the last few months, and it's been even greater shopping here because of the variety. Their parking lot has plenty of space and it's well lit, which I really appreciate! They always have amazing deals too!!! Their loyalty program is second to none!

They’re okay, nice people but pretty careless. I bought a cartridge, went to my car, opened it, it’s only 3/4 of the way full, I went back in to ask if I could return or exchange and was told no. he said “it depends on the density of the oil how full it is.” I’ve bought hundreds of carts in my smoking years, and never once was sold a cartridge that wasn’t full OR them willing to exchange for something that is full and make an excuse. Picture for reference. just be careful of what you buy here. $35 dollars for something that I’m not getting all of the product I should be.

I have been a customer since before it was Local Roots. The service before and now is totally different. It seem like an ordinary dispensary, when management change and so did some of the old staff (a good thing). I can say the thing that brings me back is a budtender, Jake Sloon. This young man knows his weed. He does his own research and only offers things that are so tasty and a affordable. I really like the fact that I haven’t been in there for weeks and he still remembered me. If your looking for great prices and some real gas. Check out my boy Jake from Local Roots.

Employees forget to hand out receipts for cartridges and blame you for it even though stating the employee wouldn’t do it because she recently got a complaint for not handing receipts out, what a Clever fella. My cart wasn’t hitting and only had tag that was taped to my online order went back for replacement and dude told me nothing he can do. Even though the employee forget someone else receipt like she did mine thanks local roots

Great product selection, great customer service. This place STAYS busy almost constantly-which is a good sign. All those people know that this is THE place to go. The line moves VERY VERY fast, so don’t be discouraged if there’s a few people waiting in line when you get there. THIS PLACE IS WORTH THE 2-3 MINUTE WAIT IN LINE.
