The place is nicely organizated and clean. They have lots of fabrics and sewing supplies, tools and the like. They also have other crafting items and books. They even have some items that are related to cooking/baking. The foam here is a bit pricy though. The staff was nice, when I asked for helped they had no problem assisting me. If I ever need more crafting items I know where to go. :)

I got onto Joann’s app and ordered yarn (it showed 6 in stock) for pick up. I had a coupon for 20% off my total only good for purchase online and pick up in store. Now I get an email 2 hours later that says they cancelled my order because the yarn is no longer in stock! If I order it online and have it shipped to me it’s now going to cost me $8 more. What good does it do to order online and wait for someone to finally get around to processing the order only to have it no longer be available. Come on Joann’s!! Your customer service used to be the best in the business! What happen??

Friendly and friendly staff 👌. Clean store and great discounts and sales. Mask 😷 is required. No pet's allowed, except service dogs. No food or drinks allowed.

We came from tri-cities to the 80% nationwide sale and we noticed there were no items set up for the sale. We asked the cashier to let us know what items are on sale and she was very rude and said we'd need to bring what ever items we wanted ti the front to check if they were or weren't on sale. She then complained that we took her away from her work station while walking away. Sadly we didn't buy anything that day since we didn't have time to be taking random items up to the cashier to check.

I stopped in to check out some supplies my husband was needing & amazed at the rows & rows of fabric JoAnns has.The customer service is top notch! The young woman I spoke with was so friendly & willing to help me locate the dye I needed. Friendly & quick service.

A few special hobbies with a vast selection! Associates are so friendly and helpful! I love everything about this store. And when my total was more than I expected, the associate told me to get on their website on my phone and immediately gave me a discount of $14! What a gal!!!

Normally there is decent customer service there, but this last visit an older woman named Sarah was very impatient with me when I had a question about a product. I remained polite with her the entire time, but she acted as if I was a nuisance. I felt pretty discouraged and still unsure what to buy, so I just walked out.

This store is clean, employees are kind and it has everything you need for sewing and crafting, plus lots of awesome decor! Unfortunately, it is extremely overpriced. I wouldn’t even buy a clearance item. Like, really overpriced.

I must admit I am usually a costumer that asks a lot of questions. This store has an amazing staff and they always take the time to help me. This store is obviously short staffed but they work very hard to make up for it. They are truly amazing women and they always make it a pleasure doing business with their company.

I'm never impressed coming to Joann's. Unless it's on sale, it's not really a good price. The last time I came in, I made sure I had a coupon downloaded onto my phone yet when I got up to the cashier...alas, my phone was in the car. The cashier wouldn't even scan the coupon that SHE had...instead, she said I could go out to my car and get my own coupon. With a line of customers waiting around the corner to check out and one cashier, I simply paid full price. Michael's and Hobby Lobby are always great about helping with coupons. They also had a HUGE summer decor selection that was on sale yet it was buy ONE get 2 FREE which sounds like an awesome deal until you see how overpriced the items are to begin with. Why not just mark it all down and go with it!?! This place has always been my last resort and now it's not even on my list anymore.

The ladies that work there are so kind and helpful. One of the employees spent like 15 minutes with me explaining how to do a specific sewing project I was working on. I'm a beginner in sewing so she made it so much less intimidating for me. I will definitely shop there again soon.

It's a smaller Joann's but it's nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. But if you are a Joann's shopper you know that you have to use their coupons or you pay double the value. When you use the coupons the price is what you will pay as a regular price in other stores. Seems to me that it would be better to price the inventory at a reasonable price in the first place. Then they would be the best place for your crafts and sewing projects.

Went here the other day sense they were having a planner sale for happy planner. Love the selection for their happy planner products my only wish is that the store wasn't so crowded and the clearance was poorly organized. Also if you don't know where things are then you'll struggle finding what you want sense the isles aren't labeled the best.

I give them 5 stars. I have been going their for years. The salespeople are so nice and helpful. They have a good selection of material, yarn, etc. The price is right and they send out flyers with reduced prices. They are actually cheaper than Walmart.

I understand everyone is tired and overworked but that does not exempt you from being kind. When I have $400 pending in my account over cancelled orders due to incorrect inventory counts I have every right to call and ask about it when shopping in store. The older ladies need a lesson on customer service because chiming into another associates and mine conversation because she recognized my last name to be rude because she is annoyed is not okay. Also did not appreciate her making fun of it either.

Some of the employees are grouchy and rude no matter when you go in. But there are some great ones. During clearance the prices are not correct in the register and the cashier's always want to argue about it and say that that's the right price. But Joann's is great they have tons of fabric to choose from and a large clearance section.

The baby yarn that I was looking for was there in several colors and discount ptices. Pleasant interaction with the cashier. I was able to purchase what I needed today. I am really happy to get the yarn to do my blanket sets.

Joanne's, for a crafter, is like going to Disneyland...so much to see, not enough time. Even if I think I'll just run in and out for a specific item, I'm immediately drawn in to wander the isles captivated by the immense inventory of products. Sales people are well trained and on the ball ready to help. Prices VERY reasonable. Store is clean and organized. Check out swift...when you finally get there!

I go to joannes on an average of once a week. I love shopping there the store is always clean well organized and the staff is always helpful and friendly. We talk like friends about my current project and theirs. I can tell you if you want a great shopping experience you will not be let down.

This is a great source for a range of products from everything sewing related to even crafting and upholstery. They have a wide selection of fabrics with even more online. The only real caveat is that you should be prepared to ask for help because you are unlikely to be approached by staff. If you use the app you can usually take advantage of some great discounted pricing.
