For such a family company, the employees are rude. Not one person, many walked by me, said hi or how can I help. Very disappointed with employees. I’m looking lost and got no help. The store is not labeled very well. And the app was no help to find what I was looking for. After walking many aisles I finally found what I went for. But an employee asking would have been very helpful.

Love Hobby Lobby. Great pricing. You can get any kinda craft supplies. Knick knacks. Pictures.And seasonal items,wind chimes, picnic items.Artificial flowers etc...

It's quick and easy to find stuff, you can always ask an employee, they know where everything is, most of the time. Great people. Love the store.

Lots of fun items. Many items on sale, most of the time. Guys section has fun signs and items for your desk and walls. Gingerbread items if you go in early!!

Really cute things for your home decor, crafts and everything. We've livened up our house a lot with things from Hobby Lobby. Some things you have to pay attention of the quality but majority of it is great.

Hobby lobby seems to support the far left, the miseducated and ignorant of this country. This is my second time in here, and I notice they are infatuated with Ronald Regan and blue lives agenda. I even saw a Second Amendment sign as if they are trying to justify the actions those barbaric salvages displayed when they stormed the capital. They will Never see my black dollars!!!

Such a very big store full of home decors, painting stuffs, fabrics for sewing, quilting, humangous selection of threads for crocheting, knitting and a lot more. Love it there. I could go crazy. Hehehe

Nice spacious place it's a wide variety of ideas with supplies. Pricing usually affordable also have discounts quite often.You might want to make sure you have some time to look around 😉 or you'll definitely have to return soon.

I've never had a great experience coming here. The staffs never seems to want to help me. The cashier just slow & seems to hate their job. I just stick to one in Tri Cities because always happy employees & super helpful!! Must be just horrible management here.

ALWAYS guaranteed to challenge the creativity of the craft, decorative and ' gift giving' person. Excellent quality and diverse product available. Products cover gender, professional and personal, seasonal, special occasion, and age appropriate. The facility is clean, spaciously displayed. Pricing is fair and has excellent special sales! The Staff is Courteous, friendly, product knowledgeable. Even if a customer leaves without purchasing, I feel at the very least, they leave with ' I will consider going there again '😊. Happy Shopping👍

I had a very expensive autographed photo that I needed to have framed. Considered going to local frame shop, but decided to go to HL here in Yakima. I was introduced to Justin, one of the employees working in that department. I was not going to just turn the photo over until discussing with him first. The level of knowledge he possessed was readily apparent and honestly what I would have only expected at a custom frame shop. The photo was off sized and he had to be creative in successfully mounting to the best frame size available. He discussed a number of ideas and options with me and explained the advantages or disadvantages of each. I had no reservations with letting him frame the photo and the end result was outstanding. As importantly to me and more so to HL, he was one of the most professional and respectful employees I have ever interacted with. Although in this case the cost was obviously secondary to the end result of framing, I was shocked at how low the cost was compared to what I was expecting to pay. I was assuming the cost would be between $100-$200, but the cost was actually well below $100. Overall I could not have had a better retail experience. I am not being compensated in any way for this review. Thank you again Justin and HL.

It’s an awesome place for crafters to find supplies… my customer service at Union Gap store has not been of quality… sometimes not getting a greeting while paying but today it took me over board. I was in front of the cashiers gathering items for my sons valentines for school I knew what I needed(as I had been here days prior) and was taking one of the last items. The store was closing and the manager decided to announce through the intercom that “seasonal area was not clear” (meaning me in the valentines items in front of the registers) she then proceeded to say “security needed to clear seasonal… I repeat security needed as seasonal is not clear” I have to say this was very unnecessary as she could have kindly asked since I was right in front of her if I was ready. A few other employees laughed. My receipt says I checked out at 8:00pm closing time. After leaving and I felt ashamed I sat in my car getting ready to take off this same individual let’s a customer who had walked up to the door in and I overheard her tell him “just because it’s you I’ll let you come and do a return. I didn’t get the managers name but I just have to say I felt happy for the individual who showed up after closing hours and was allowed his return but it was clear and evident that it was more of a shaming issue for myself not to mention I had my 3 year old son with me so at the moment I said nothing because I didn’t want to alarm my son with my frustrations.

This store is always very clean and well organized. They have many very nicely done displays and groupings of their products which help give their customers decorating ideas.The store employees are always helpful and they have a great selection of so many items for hobbies, crafting, art, and home decor.I would definitely recommend this store.
