Matthew was great! I had no clue what I was looking for or anything, it's mind blowing all the different ways herb can be used and all the different things available to be able to buy at that dispensary. Honestly, without that particular budtenders help, I would have been completely lost, incredibly overwhelmed, then super embarrassed, anxious, and would have left with nothing. So without his help I couldn't have bought anything there. Plus, he was extremely nice, really patient with me, and super knowledgeable in general.When I told him the outcome I wanted He give me a few options of things I could try. They ended up being perfect. I didn't even know what I was looking for and Matthew figured it out and told me what I wanted and it was at a price point that I was happy with. He just made me feel very comfortable and very welcome and I will definitely be back just because of him.

Always a pleasure. Also, kudos on whatever marketing company/CRM Software these guys use. After every visit I receive a polite text requesting feedback. Not only is it super easy and straightforward to leave feedback in response to this text message but the software also seamlessly connects the user with Google reviews to make it easy for the user to leave a Google review as well. Although I rarely go out of my way to leave a Google review for anything, whatever CRM Software this is makes it so easy. I dig it. (Oh yeah, the service, prices, store cleanliness, selection, value, etc. at this place are all top notch too. I have visited all the Yakima dispensaries in the 3 years since my first visit to Happy Time upon arrival and none of the other dispensaries come anywhere close to this level of awesomeness. Thank you guys for great customer experiences all the way around! Lastly, I appreciate how your team is very conscientious about honoring state and local laws regarding minimum age of service but MEGA appreciate that not having get my ID out 2-3 times per visit and be hassled about it like other places. Thank you for keeping our community safe while not being Nazis about ID checks.)

Always a pleasant experience. Great prices, not to mention all the discounts they do all the time. Daily happy hours etc. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that will help you find what you need with a smile. Definitely one of the best around.

Baryan has been and is the best. I've had the privilege of his service several times and he is always so awesome and helpful. I always add to my online order and i always apologize bc it only happens with him but he just smiles and happily helps me. Bud-tender was pushy, she kept cutting me off, wouldn’t give me time to think, was acting annoyed, her vibe was awful.. it was a bad experience.I was so taken aback I sat in my car for a few moments before I went back in and complained in person. I was respectful. However, I don’t feel like I was heard.. So here I am. I’m not sure if I’ll shop here again…

This is always my go to shop hands down . I love all the bud tenders but Anna is my go to girl! She is straight forward and honest about all the products . I have yet to be disappointed in any of the products she has sold me . She definitely knows her stuff and lets me know what the best product for the high I’m looking for ! If she hates her job you could never tell. Always greets you with a smile and always ready to get you set up for a good chill ! Go see Anna and the rest of the amazing team !

The staff is great, prices are good, AND they have happy hour three times per day (30% off!)!There are several employees that are absolutely awesome, and Matt is one that really sticks out!
