The store manager McKenzie treated me really bad when I went to ask for a pack of cigarettes, and when I asked for the manager she laughed and said I'm the manager so I went to her boss and she L And?I left the store. I hope the owner sees this. I spent at least $52001000 a year in that store. I guarantee it. I guarantee it.oh I will be taking my businesses elsewhere that use too be my favorite store sadly not any more 😕 😔

A bit crowded, but everything went smoothly. I didn't have to wait in a long line at the self checkout. The staff member at the self checkout was super busy with customers. She did an amazing job and was so cheerful and kind. It was a Saturday evening, a week before Christmas.

Yakima Fred Meyers pick up is a joke. I placed an order 3 times today and it still didn't go through. Wasted my time and gas to go there 3 different times to tell me my order is not in the system. They need a better system and one that works! Not happy!!!

Fred Meyers is a good place. This one has really good customer service the flight respectful and help you with anything you want. The atmosphere and help you receive in electronics in clothing is top notch

Monday, about 7:00 pm, the store was having the Monday blues. Rotting lettuce, got last bag of "on sale" baby carrots. Found a container of sour cream that wasn't crushed, passed on the store brand of tortillas. I had a store coupon for Smithfield Deli meat, 8 ounce. Deli staff didn't know where to find it. I'd searched pre-packaged meats, and Deli counter and surrounding shelves. Just before checking out, I asked 2 staff members there -- they were chatting with each other, so I broke in, asked about this product. One of them went to Deli, looked where I had looked, on shelves around Deli area. She gave up. I still have the coupon. Not sure I'll go back? Prices on many items aren't completive with other grocers. 1 lb. strawberries, good selection, $1.25 was best part of my visit. So, 2 stars.

I shop at Fred Meyers several times a week, buy my lottery tickets and money orders there. They have great produce, deli and meat departments. Nice floral department. Good selection of natural supplements.

I hate shopping. My wife knows this. So does Fred Meyer. Those two powers combined and found a loophole where I can get all the groceries and not screw it up!Fred Meyer pick up is the best. I have three kids and a pickup. I never imagined a scenario where I would willingly do the groceries, but it's a heck of a time to be alive!All the folks that Freddy employ to the task of assisting this wonderful process meet the mark of professionalism. Courteous and prompt, they will assist and explain any subs. It's been my fifth pick up and they haven't let me down!I look forward to next time.

Came to the store to buy grapes with the digital coupon I clipped in the app. I used the self checkout but the digital coupon was not applied when checking out. I asked for assistance and was told I used the wrong phone or phone number, she asked if I had my phone with me, I stated it was in the car. after I informed her that I did infact use the correct number and clipped the coupon she said maybe I already used it or someone else did. Kinda feel like I'm being accused of something or she is hinting at something, I then informed her I could go get my phone, while I'm thinking to myself she could just handle the matter like an adult and fix the issue. The sale was for grapes with no limit anyways, what is the issue here? Just fix it! She stated she wasn't supposed to fix the issue anymore but would do it this time only, her attitude was visible on her face and tone of voice, which was not polite. In the future, be courteous to your customers, don't fight with them or blame them for the problem. People are stealing left and right but I'm trying to pay for the food and being given a hard time as I scan my groceries. Get your employees some training on customer service. I don't appreciate being looked down on by the self checkout staff because your app that's uses digital coupons did not work. This isn't the first time or department this has happened at either.

Great places for a one stop shopping trip. Clean store, well stocked shopping carts, wipes, baskets, etc. Friendly staff willing to go the extra miles to help us customers out. Thank you all employees at Fred Myers for suchlike great hard safe healthy work. Clean restrooms. Well stocked items on shelves. I am new to Yakima, so when I stopped at Fred Meyer to grab some items, the layout of the store threw me off and I could not find pumpkin purée for the life of me! Thankfully, an employee was there and she helped me find the item. Her name was Gwen and she was so kind and eager to help me out. If I was her manager I would definitely give her a raise.

How are you going to have the most mid bakery in all of Yakima?Stop here often since it's closer to home but for the past 3 months anything from the bakery has been F tier. No matter the time of day you can pick up a box of rock hard cookies. The pies are laughable, you may as well spend the extra time and head to Rosauers for top tier quality.Prices are higher than just about anywhere except maybe Safeway. Employees are either standing around or unhelpful. (Except the cashiers, they get mad overworked.)The only thing that's worth anything in this store is the meat section. Don't even stop at the Deli unless you want a selection of TWO sandwiches and nothing else since they've slowly started removing everything from said Deli.Honestly, hope this place closes up someday and we either get a Rosauers or WinCo (Which holy hell that's a pretty desperate ask.)Gutter trash.

I was severely insulted by the staff here. They advertised a certain flatscreen with four $20 gift certificates included. But they don't allow using the certificates on anything costing $19.99. How is it that you can't pay $19.98 for an item, and can't pay $20.00 for it?I will give them, at least one additional star, for hiring disabled people (who are the hardest workers in the store). The jewelry store was great, and the deli had a great choice of salads.The aisles are too narrow, and the parking lot is striped horribly (I took away one star just for that).

Great selection of fresh foods, organic stuffs and healthy options. The deli has a good selection, the sushi bar is always fresh and delicious. The floral dept. has a beautiful selection. The checkers and self check staff try to keep customer lines moving. Overall a good shopping experience.

Large store. Unfamiliar with the layout, being from out of town. But a handful of associates were very nice and more than helpful. And Jennifer at the register was absolutely great!!
