Love the fact that they carry my dogs' favorite topper for their meals. Having access to a self-wash pet station is great for the between-grooming freshen ups. Staff is always friendly and courteous!

In June I took Lady to be groomed and shortly after dropping her received a call that the groomer didn't realize she had a dew claw and cut it with the clippers. We had to pick her up and take her to the vet to have it removed. They removed and sent us home with an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory. It could have been an awful experience but because of the professionalism at Earthwise Pet, it wasn't. They paid for everything, the vet bill, medications and no charge for the partial grooming. Today we returned to finish the grooming and they wouldn't charge us for it. But most important to us, because of their gentle handling of Lady she wasn't upset going in to the groomer. She was a bit miffed when she got home because it took a little longer than usual but they squeezed her in when I called this morning. Long story short, Earthwise cares about, not just their bottom line, but also about your pet.

We got our spaniel mix at the shelter 4 days before going here for her very first spa day. I explained that she was very shy and anxious. They were very good with her and when we picked her up she was happy and not acting scared. They even put a bow in her hair. She looked great. Thank you for taking good care of Jazz.

I have a Miniature Schnauzer, Chloe, she’s 2 years old. She’s afraid of everything under the sun! Literally! When I first went into the store, I explained everything about Chloe. I was assured they could take care of her! They did an amazing job with her! I’m so happy my friends told me to call them! I would definitely recommend Earthwise!

Great selection of freeze dried training treats. Did make me feel like they think I don’t care for my pup after I told them I feed him a kibble brand multiple vets have recommended. “Oh, we would never carry that stuff here.” I know if I were a pet store owner I wouldn’t try to shame owners for following vet recommendations that work well for us. Don’t know if I’ll be returning after feeling that awkward during checkout.

Terrible place. My dog suffered multiple cuts while being groomed. Shoddy workmanship. When confronted they said it was the dogs fault. Classic.

I called in the morning for a quick trim and I was given an appointment before 1 PM. Great service. The trim was done quickly and my puppy had no adverse reaction. This was my first visit, and I will be back for the Grooming Services! Great place!

I tried them earlier this month because our groomer left town. My dog came back with large weeping wounds under both ears. They didn’t even mention the injuries and I only discovered them later that day day. My pup needed 10 days of antibiotics and prednisone and still isn’t fully healed. Never again.

Went in looking for a probiotic for my dog. I didn't catch the girls name but instead of having me buy something that would probably not work, she sent me to a different place to get what would. And it did! Thank you so much! THAT is a great employee.

They have cute dog treats for my birthday pup. Also great quality collars there. Had a photo shoot with local rescue with Easter bunny with dogs and kids. Was very good store to frequent with my family.

My 3 yr old labrador is very reluctant to get her toes clipped. Many have been called but only Earthwise was chosen. They promised to do it and they did, quickly and healthily. I look forward to returning.

The staff was very helpful and informative concerning my request for an at home service for our older Belgian Malinois. It’s gotten too difficult to bring her into the Veterinarians office so this service was perfect. They were able to schedule a time to clip our girls nails in her own bed! Their representative was very nice, professional and gentle during the entire process. The visit was inexpensive and perfect for our girl Abbey. I’d recommend this service to anyone interested in providing an alternative to that proverbial anxious ride to the Vet.

My 6 mos old yorkie had a very good experience getting her nails cut for the very first time at a groomers.I really like the hammock type style that they use to cut their nails. I think it relaxes .Lil'Lulu is ready to go back this week.

Lovely place. Very friendly staff and they have pet grooming! I bought a cat toy that is not going to break easily and some yummy reasonably priced cannedCat food! Highly recommend stopping in this gem. Your furry friends will love you for it. They got big bully sticks too!!

The staff was so welcoming and so professional our groomer was so great she very attentive to my dogs need and my requests you could tell that they all loved animals I had no problems leaving my baby with them and the groomer did such a great job on her. They provide so many amazing services and they even put a complimentary doggie bandanna on her. I very highly recommend them such an amazing experience and pretty good price ranges. I will definitely be using there services again

It was my dog’s fist time at the groomers. We normally use their self service pet wash but were feeling quite lazy. It only took about an hour and they bathed and dried her, cleaned her ears, and clipped her nails for less than $40 😁 all of staff there is so nice. As owners were coming in with their pets they were saying hi to the dogs and they knew their names ❤️ I always love coming here. They give you recommendations for anything you need. One of the staff members came out from the grooming area to tell me how beautiful my dog was. Will always continue to come here.

I went to EarthWise for the first time to get my Boston nails trimmed. It was great. I walked in and with in a few minutes they had my fur baby back and done with in 5 mins. The staff where very friendly and asked if I needed anything. The store was very clean and organized. I would recommend very reasonable priced $10 for a nail trim.

Tisha did an excellent job! My dog looks great and, most importantly, she seemed happy and relaxed when I picked her up and seemed much less anxious than she normally is after a trip to the groomer. I have a labradoodle, so she needs a haircut at least a few times a year and I thought she looked great and they followed what we wanted exactly. I will definitely bring her back to Earthwise. The store also was really nice and clean and had a lot of good quality pet supplies.

Where should I begin! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I took my golden doodle in yesterday, when I picked him up, he had blood in two spots. He was bleeding and they didn’t even bother too stop the bleeding! I had to ask what to put on it. They even cut with scissors his flea collar which I paid a month ago for 60$.It seems like they don’t care about the pets. They are very rude. Stay away from this place. Your pet deserves better!

I have a 1 year old kitty who has long nails that needed trimmed. He’s a murder machine and I wasn’t going to try to attempt it myself, so I was recommended by a friend to go to Earthwise. I’m so glad I did. They were very welcoming from the moment I walked into the door. The lady knew exactly why I was there, before I even said anything. They greeted my kitty and took him back to get trimmed. I was able to watch right through the window, too. This was such an awesome experience and well worth the $15. I will definitely be back for future visits.

We have been taking our 2 year old corgi to Earthwise for all of her grooming needs her entire life. They do extremely well with her, even though she typically hates having her feet touched by us! As soon as she realizes where we are taking her, she gets so excited and practically drags us through the parking lot. They are done usually within an hour and she always come out looking great!

I did my research before bringing my new American cocker spaniel puppy home. I was looking for a great groomer and did my research. I contacted EarthWise on Facebook. They contacted me back right away and let me know when to schedule my puppy. When she had her first appointment we were greeted with smiles and everyone was excited to see Lady. When we arrived to pick her up our groomer brought her to us with a smile. Lady was happy and I could tell she was very well taken care of. Our groomer and the other staff members were friendly and helpful from the start to end. I am very happy I picked them!

Great service and one-on-one attention. Kelsey provides so much information and there are enough options to overwhelm. Don’t let the small footprint deceive you. AND they compete with personalized home delivery. I am so appreciative of driving into my carport and seeing that they’ve been there to deliver my order which saved me (45) minutes that I can’t seem to find anymore. LOL~Also, my shephard has always hated getting her nails trimmed and I just thought that was normal. When I brought her to the gals at EarthWise, my girl was so distracted by the treats she allowed the team to trim her and they also didn’t make her feel trapped or mess with her feet much…keeping them in the table. It was much less traumatic for mom and pup.Shop local Yakima!!!

I liked taking my dog here they always left him clean cut. But for some reason I couldn't get him in for another cut they claimed they weren't taking new clients which I wasn't. Turns out one of my friends called interested in an appointment and they told her they could get her in. So whatever the reason they didn't seem to want my dog their anymore I was never made aware of anything my dog might of done or any bad behavior if any. Im upset that I have to find another place for my dog but I can't bash the business they do great work maybe just wasn't gonna end up being the right fit for us.
