I am a frequent customer. However I have never returned or exchanged anything At a dollar tree EVER! I bought the wrong rope and wanted to exchange, the male manager on 11/14 yelled at me in front of a long line of customers. Instead of nicely informing me that a receipt is necessary for any transaction. I will be contacting corporate with a complaint. He needs a lesson on customer service!

The c type chargers are defective and don't work. And the USB plug got stuck in the socket, can openers don't work either.Not going to return to this location because there's too many people loitering out front.

I used to manage a dollar tree so excuse the critique. My guy from the Apple Bin is there great customer service great addition to your staff if you ask me! One of the first people I met here as an adult made me feel comfortable. Always love a place that fits my budget. Rich or poor or in-between I will always be a Dollar Tree shopper!

Brought Red Baron deep dish pizzas here and it was 4.00 dollars not a 1.25!!!!!! It was never posted anywhere there were 4.00. totally b.s. when at Wal-Mart there are only .36 more... Will not be shopping at dollar for pizzas anymore. Need to inform shoppers of prices better. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not happy in the least!!!!

It was filthy, I counted 3 different spills, only one yellow "caution slippery when wet" sign, funny thing was, it was on its side on the floor, I couldn't even walk my grandfather (who was in a wheel chair) through the aisles, there were boxes everywhere on the floor. I get that it was a busy day, but there were at least 4 workers and 2 new ones coming on, it was a little ridiculous how disgusting it was.

I had a wonderful experience in the Yakima Dollar Tree Store yesterday morning. The store is filled with pretty much anything you would need and then some. I didn't even realize an hour and a half had passed by whilest browsing through the store. And top it off with the most friendliness staff made it a perfect Zen for me. Thank you! 5⭐

This is a great place with many household items, automotive, pet supplies, Beauty products, storage containers, Frozen foods, groceries, cleaning supplies, toys, art supplies and all sorts of other things! It does tend to get busy and there's usually only two cashiers. If you get cash back they charge a dollar fee. Lots of parking available.

Assistant manager is worthless. She was one aisle over and I was having trouble finding something and when I asked her she said if we have it it will be in the next aisle and went about her way. Would have taken her all but 5 seconds to pop over and see if we were just missing it but she couldn't be bothered. She has been there a long time so she definitely should know if and where the item was, especially since she was doing recovery. Customer service in this town has went to pot.

The only thing good about this store is the cashier Caleb, he is always so nice and friendly Even when his coworkers are chatting with eachother and he has a line all the way to the back. This store is the worse when it comes to team work, there is always 1 cashier while 6 are doing shelves or talking amongst themselves. I have witnessed Caleb call for a backup cashier 2 times in the last month and nobody comes to help him. The newer kid that doesn't have a ne tag is also nice but really quiet.

This is one of my favorite low cost retail stores to shop at , at least weekly if not monthly. Not great for everything (their merchandise , some not all or even most in my opinion , could tend to be on the cheap, cheap, cheap, side but , I mean that's kind of the point , plus if all else failes (unless you buy the same faulty product multiple times in one shopping trip) you're only wasting/loosing out on a dollar if you do happen to purchase something that's not even worth a dollar. Returns are acceptable at some , (I don't think all) but some locations, usually needs to be done on the same day or within the next business day , during normal business hours.

12 people in line, one checker suffering the complaints. We ask for extra help from another employee she came forward and said she would only check someone out who had a full cart, which no one did. She informed us all it wouldn't take that long to get through the line. I told her we had already been in line for quite a while, her response was to go stand in line at Walmart. I will never return to this store.

Employees are helpfull. I have a problem with lazy customers who don't put things back from where they got the item,Or don't inform an employee that they (or someone )else spilt some liquid on the floor. Customers (not all)now a days seem to be pigs. Don't care that they disrespect the business in town.Just wish that customers would care more about our towns stores.

They have awesome stuff for just $1. I always spend more than I intend to. They have really good food products as well so don't be afraid to try them. Beauty products are great I get most of my makeup here. Good foundation, eyeliners, shimmer powder and more! 😍😍😍

It is only a block away from our place which makes it very convient the down side of this store is the lines are always long only 1 checker most time even with several employees on the floor.

Great selection, I swear the store is bigger than the other ones in the area. Fairly clean and product is usually faced as well.While employees seem to have good and bad days, I've only encountered staff on good days.Only con I can think of is parking but then again, what store doesn't struggle with that?9/10, would recommend time and time again.

The night shift seems to be working really hard at turning this store around. Its a lot more organized. Looks so much better and cleaner. Called another cashier up and got us all checked out. Pleasant shopping trip.

I just left this store and it was horrible! There were freight boxes all over the place on the floor. I tripped over some and almost fell. The store is disgustingly dirty! The place had stuff everywhere! The lady at the check out a tall slender lady with red braids in her hair was so slow checking everyone out. She didn't smile or speak to me. When I went to run my card to pay for my purchase the card key pad had plastic wrap over the key. It was insane! I hope they fire whoever the store manager is and get someone new in there to clean that place up!

There was so much great stuff. Lots of new spring/summer items. The store also looks a lot more organized. Will be heading back tomorrow for some of the new organizer containers and baskets.

Worst dollar store in the valley constantly, they have a long line with people buying excess of 50+ dollars everytime with one cashier, we've been waiting 22 minutes as I type this review and not one backup checker came to help as 11 more people stood in line with just simple household need items

I always stop there to get certain items that are a little more in other stores. . I like the variety of balloons and party items.. but they more help .. sometimes they get lots of people shopping wanting certain balloons and they don't have someone to fill them unless cashier stops to fulfill the customers request ..
