The website States the store closes at 9:30 and that is an incorrect posting I'm very irritated that I had driven all the way here to learn that it was closed at 9:00 so please I would hope that you could correct your website so it's not sating lies thank you

This store is poorly stocked, messy and the employees are not trained properly, one in particular. I walked in the store today 2/13/22 and there were several people waiting in line to be checked out, didn’t really think anything of it and went about my business. I filled my cart full of valentine stuff about $80 dollars worth and was shopping for about 30 minutes and when I got up to the check stand there were at least 20 people in line with only 1 check stand open, I went up to the person that looked like she was in charge and asked if she could open another stand since there were 2 checkers at that stand and just leaving the shopping floor saw at least 4 other employees with only one of those employees looked like they were doing their job and this checker that I had asked if another stand could be opened yelled at me saying no and that I needed to wait patiently at the end of the line or leave. I pointed out that there were people half way done the row which at a quick count was 20 plus people and she says well with you it is 21, she was screaming this to me. She could have told me that they were short staffed or anything else but she was rude to the point that at least 10 people put their stuff down and walked out including myself and my sister, I will never shop there again. The only reason I put one star is it was the only way I could leave a comment this store sucks because of one single employee

The worst thing about this store is the customer base, they will let their children run around making a mess, or simply make the mess themselves, and then complain the store is dirty. They act like its a high end retail store with tons of budget for cleaning and honestly hiring associates to clean. Its a dollar tree not a walmart, give them some slack.

This Dollar Tree is poorly ran, sorry Chris but it's true. Store is always messy, customer service is non existent, if they have an issue they blame you instead of their incompetent selves, and worst of all their hardly ever seems to be more than 1 person working the checkout stand.

Products were ok. I spent $47 and had to leave my purchase in store and come back for the rest. Not allowed to take carts out of store. Unable to carry over 7 bags at one time. Ridiculous! Overk, store is gokd, just bad carry out. I even offered to use a basket. No. Also, their shipment of bags; the handles were tearing and they knew it.

This Dollar Tree used to be one of the better of the 3 stores in Yakima but in past few months its really "went downhill". They rarely have available shopping carts in store to use. And if you happen to find one, they do NOT allow you to push your items to your car in the cart. So be prepared to carry all your items! The shelves are not stocked & many items missing. It is in every section. Many times everything is just thrown on floor too. It often resembles a "yard sale". I hope they hire more friendlier cashiers too...many act like they are disgusted they have to ring you up. I am hoping that the manager sees the very low ratings & step it up before their store goes out of business.

This location is by far the worst in town. No recovery is done, nothing is in its place, and the store is filthy. It's fine if you don't mind "rummaging" but if you're going in there to shop, you're better off driving to any of the other locations in Yakima.

Large selection of things! The ladies are incredibly nice. I bought a bunch of decorations for my store. And my cashier said if the balloons deflate before the end of the weekend, I could bring them back and she'd refill them! Store was a little cluttered, but they are short on staff, so it's understandable.

Expectations are low being a dollar store but you will spend a minimum of 10 minutes usually more trying to check out here. Ive stopped going in entirely

Batteries are always dead. Food has been no good when I got home. Im disabled in a wheelchair and the store I went to refused to let me take ths shopping cart to the vehicle I was riding in expecting me to carry the bags as well as wheel my chair
