Be careful for anyone who wants to work here, they won't pay you for your orientation. little doesn't the manger know.. it's state law to be paid for orientation. Iv called other dollar stores and they have specifically said yes! they do get paid for orientation. So I don't know why they specifically won't. Especially in today's time with everything going up. It's cruel to take food from people's mouths, especially my kids.

New products coming in for black consumers. Great selection of dog and cat treats.Again, 😭 I go to the dollar store and immediately they call for extra cashier's to come as I enter the store. No one in the check out lines and as I started looking for the items that I need came first two people watching what I was putting in my basket and another one at the other end of the aisle looking at what I was putting in my basket. Every aisle I went to they sent different people to see what I was putting in my basket. But as soon as I go to the check out lines, the lines were long and the person in the office came out and stood behind me to see what I was putting on the belt was what I had put in my basket as I went down the aisle. This was blatantly profiling me because I am a black man and a senior citizen. This happens to me at every store in Yakima WA, and I grew up here. Over 60 plus years. I asked this manager about a complaint form and was told, they don't have complaint forms and I can talk to someone tomorrow when another manager would be available to make a complaint. I then asked for a phone number for the dollar store offices and was told that I could call a person she wrote down on a piece of paper. I asked who was she and was told that she was the manager for the next day. So I was never able to get a number for the main office people. Next step will be to go see a lawyer to get these employees that are causing a racist attack on my Rights for equality in America. It's not right and still exists to this Day. Employers need to train the people they hire to be respectful to all people all races in this country. It has to stop. Because it will escalate to more people being disrespected and harmed in a free country.

It's always fun to look around, and I ALWAYS find something to buy. Love the variety of "stuff" they carry, and even at $1.25, it's still a fun place to shop. Especially good for holiday candy and decorations.

6/29/23Love seeing all the new items like Alani Nu there. I also really love the new selection of items. Youre getting a really great deal for what youre getting!------------I love going here they usually have new items every time I go in there. Generally pretty clean store with nice employees.

This store is one of the cleaner, most organized Dollar Tree's in the area. The staff at this location are far nicer and willing to help than other locations.

I just went in for a couple of snacks before having to get back to work in a hurry. After she rang me up and I paid, I waited for my change but she didn't realize she owed me change and shut the register which she couldn't re-open unless the next person in line paid cash (he wasn't) or she got the manager with the key. I didn't have time for all that so I ended up letting them keep the change. 💸

I got to the store at 8:45, 15 minutes before they closed. I knew what I was getting, I needed a few small Halloween themed baskets. I tried opening the door but it was locked. A male employee was standing at the register and made eye contact with me before looking away and ignoring me. Would have taken me 3 minutes to get what I needed

This is one of four, stores in Yakima. Every time I am in one it's always busy. They have a lot of consumables that seems to be just fine. I have noticed that the dishes seem to be able to stand up to every day use.

Was ok needed a few things found and noticed only one cashier so line was long. Well longer in line then store but that's what happens at all Dollaer stores in my town. It is what it is.

Dollar Tree was pretty busy while I was there but the staff were still pleasant and getting customers checked out as fast as they could while still being personable. Will shop here again!

This is my favorite Dollar Tree that I’ve been to. It’s clean, organized, staff have been helpful when looking for something specific.And it is in such a good location. I hate the one on Nob Hill.

So, Iwent here for some party favors. Found what I was looking for at a good price where everywhere else is wanting three to four times that amount. The lady at checkout was very kind and sufficient.

ALWAYS only one cashier,line is always to the VA end of isle, should never have to wait in line 10 to 15 minutes, when cashier has more than three people in their line suppose to call for another cashier, I worked here and we always had to call for help there was more than three people in line this place is terrible especially during any of the holidays they need all check stands open not just one
