This Big Lots is super clean and organized. The staff here is so helpful and friendly. I just moved into my first place and was very overwhelmed by everything I needed. Luckily Big Lots not only has great deals on beautiful furniture but also has a rockstar staff. Dan was especially helpful, he got me exactly what I needed and answered my questions. My tv stand was in my truck within 10 minutes of speaking with him. I will definitely be returning. Thanks Dan and the Big Lots team!

Lazy employees that don't keep the store clean. Big Lots itself is a great place to find cheap items. Edit: two photos are the same..two different times being their. Several weeks apart.

Hit or miss on finding specific items, but they have great stuff you weren't expecting or trying to find. Also, have good sales and end of season clearance is quite considerable.

The staff was so friendly and helpful.I like Big Lots it's a great place to shop. Some shelves were a bit empty however we are finding g that is so at most retailers these days. The little note attached to my reciept made it so special as it was a hand written note. Was looking for a fire pit and cashier knew what was on hand and found us some help to fund the location. 😃😀

The cashier paid almost zero attention to me while checking out. He kept talking on the walkie talkie, staring around the store, or talking to the cashier next to him. I even had to get my own bag of items from his side of the counter.The store was clean and well organized, but this interaction made a bad impression.

Selection is usually good brand items are priced near full retail and care in choosing these items is suggested. The store has just recently rearranged and seasonal large items are more conveniently located. The selection of house keeping items is quite good and you can count on a good supply. Pet supplies from food, bedding , toys is always in stock and prices are lower than retail, again be careful of expiration dates and quality. Overall selection, pricing and staff makes a good shopping experience.

Fast and efficient not huge lines but lots of things to choose from friendly and helpful customer service clean great deals on battery packs toys and even grocery's options wouldn't mind calling it a mini Walmart with smaller lines and less crowdedness.

I've been in much better BigLot stores. This store never feels very clean. Shelves are often empty. Because of this I rarely shop at this location.

Has a variety of stuff that is interesting to say the least such as truly eccentric electronics and the such. You need a gaming headset that looks like it will break in a week but has cool lights? Say no more 😎 you need a pink keyboard and mouse to match your "quirky" fake persona? Say no more 😎 all jokes aside make sure to quadruple check the date for bags of chips because last time I got a bag they were expired 😃

This place I hardly ever shop at was bombarded by a nasty smell of dirty diapers or something. I got my one thing and left I couldn't stand to be in the store with a nasty smell. This place needs to be deep cleaned

Was actually a lot better than my last experience there a few years ago, which is why I had not been back in since. Friendly staff, asked if we needed any help locating items. Over all a good experience. Not 5 only because I was not too fond of the smell it had.

O.m.gosh"!! So I went to big lots today and I couldn't believe the things they have 😃 dishwashing liquid laundry soap to furniture and so much more 😃So I got some bed sheets for my son and daughters bed plus a nice soft blanket all for just 60 bucks that was a great deal 😳😃.. they also have great sales even with the bargains your already getting 😲 they have so many things you just have to stop by and save money 😄 I know where I'm going next time and I'm taking my sister she loves great prices 🤗 if your looking for great prices stop by big lots and start saving some money two thumbs up 👍👍😁

I must say I love raiding their discount shelf located near the customer restrooms. I would appreciate it if someone who is responsible for ordering products could suggest products that should be sold in a set were done so rather than forcing the customer to purchase two sets such as the burner replacement plates located on traditional stove tops. I don't understand who would want to replace 2 of the 4? Maybe I'm just wanting a 4 piece deal. Thanks for excepting all our requests.

I have not been to Big Lots for over a year at which time it was a nice , clean store with good prices and selections. I went today and was absolutely disgusted with the lack of courtesy and unkept and dirty aisles. I went to use the restroom and the smell was unbearable as was feces wiped on the stall and toilet. Totally unacceptable for public use. Other stalls locked from inside.Ut had been over a year since I had been there and After this I will not ever return.

Was greeted when I walked through the door. The prices are cheap. I love the home decor and the electronics are cheap. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, the cashier suggested I stop by the Dollar Tree. It was very nice of her.

Some items are exactly the same but priced different so take a little time and you will save, other than that some things are overpriced some things aren't just got to pick and choose on what you're purchasing but it's a good store.

I just found out their hours on Thanksgiving day. How truly sad and greedy. I'm sorry for their employees who are forced to miss time with family because Big Lots is selfish and greedy. I bet their main office is closed and the big wigs will be enjoying festivities with family and friends. So for this reason. I have zero respect for this company.

They have a fairly large selection of different items. Such as food, pet supplies, makeup, hair products, electronics, hardware, cards, housewares and more. Should you see something you like, probably should buy it then as they may not have it again. They are always getting new products in.

It was okay despite some of its' staff and the way they treat customers etc but I'm not going to get into that because it's not worth it. It's the staff that needs improvement & not the establishment itself.

This store is filthy and a complete mess! I absolutely cannot believe this is a big lots franchise 😳. The shelves were bare with most of the merchandise was on the floor. There was 2 employees we saw in the store, who seemed to be doing their best.

The old dude thats in charge of the furniture has the worst attitude. They never have ANYTHING available and if they do they have one half and not the other. Salesmanship is the worst I've ever experienced. Instead of making you feel like you can pay and order what you see on display they regurgitate how long it could take... its almost like they don't even want to do the process it takes to get you an item you want to buy... I've been there 3 times (my 3rd today) and wasn't able to buy what I would have liked instead they turn money away.... maybe if they'd offer commission instead of just hourly pay they'd put a little more effort in making the business money instead of wanting to get paid for turning you away. Terrible.
