Always very polite staff once I walk into the store. The member savings on special products are always a good deal! I enjoy coming to the Bi-Mart and the sporting good section in particular. They have a nice variety of outdoor activities equipment for just about anything.

This is like a mini Walmart, with everything you might need. The difference is in the attitude of the employees. They own the store so they care about your shopping experience and they keep the prices low. I love the live plants in the garden center.

Bimart is awesome in itself. Prices and stuff they sell. But the cashier's are seemingly trained to be slow as hell at the one by Fred Myer. Not so much at the 4th Ave one. But in both, the customers are horrid!!!! They walk so slow and the lines are long. It's surreal how slow the people are. And their dog food and treats are kinda poopy. But it's fine. It's bimart.

I love Bi mart.They have very low prices on most of there fishing and all around really everything but I’m a big fisherman so that’s what I’m in there a lot forBut they have great prices on shampooers ice machines and well hell a lot more then you would think they have..Anyways I normally have great experiences here and love Bi Mart

Sort of like Costco except not crowded, and the $5 membership is a one-time payment that doesn't expire. I'm happy to shop here instead of Costco, for sure.

I have shopped bi Mart for over 30 years. Never had to have a membership as long as you paid in cash. Now they turn you away from spending money at this store because you don't have membership. Shocking to me a store will pass on sales because of no card. I won't be back they can keep their power trip.

Their back to asking for your membership cards, if think people know by know if they are even going their that a membership is needed. Therefore, why does it all of a sudden need to be asked for just to get in the door.? If you were to write a check, you must show your membership card. It seems very counterintuitive.

The people there are kind and helpful, but the store is frequently out of stock even though it says they have it in stock on-line. There product selection is very limited but they do tend to have decent prices on what I'm looking for if you get items on sale for the most part. Otherwise they are about the same price everywhere else. The only thing that is a BIG draw back is, if u have to do a return, they full out a receipt at the service desk but I have to go get in line for a cashier for the refund.

Great customer service the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. I like to spend my time looking at all the variety of products the store has to offer. Also like they offer licensing for fishing and game, and permit to state parks. I like to go every Tuesday to see if I won the grand prize or the smaller ones its a chance for me to roam around the store to see their weekly sales.

Over the years, I haven't had any bad experiences here. In fact, I had a particularly great experience. I think I had only been going on Lucky Number Tuesday every week for probably 2 months to check the winning numbers before I actually finally won. Been a member for several years but never before had made any serious effort to check those because I never thought I'd win anyway. I wonder how many times in all those years I could've won if I were only present to win. Anyway, I've always liked BI-MART because they've always got good deals going on.

I shop here first, since they are locally employee owned. I was disappointed today though. They must have been understaffed. I needed a web camera and waited 15 minutes to be served. Finally gave up and bought elsewhere.
