Horrible customer service and that starts from the top- you have managers that are kind and professional and you have others like Caesar, that likes to go on a power trip of authority because they have nothing else to lean on. His own employees know what an unprofessional of manager that he is. Best buy needs to finally cut the cord with this guy!

Went in because we were having issues with an iPhone 15 screen and this was the closest option. The staff member that helped us at the Geek Squad counter was very condescending, seemed annoyed that he had to help us, and talked to us like we were dumb. I understand that these situations can be frustrating for everyone involved, but having someone talk to you and treat you the way this staff member did was just sad. We ended up just going through Apple Customer Support for help instead. I'd suggest giving customers all the information they'll need to bring with them, and be more patient when dealing with these situations.

Called in for cable, they set it aside and I paid online. Just walk in, show ID and pick it up! The cable did not work, so I took it back. Quick refund. Very helpful.

Please be wary of the Geek Squad here, I went in 3 months ago to get a screen replacement on my iPhone. I had made the appointment a week ahead of time, I knew my phone was out of warranty and a screen replacement would cost around $300 which I was fine with. But I went in for my appointment and was told to wait for the next available member to help. I waited close to a half hour because they kept helping everyone else who’d walk through the door, and when my turn finally came up the man who was helping me kept trying to explain to me that I probably didn’t keep a screen replacement and just needed to restart the phone. I had to explain to him multiple times that I already tried that and Apple said I needed to replace the screen. He ended up completely wiping my phone clean (making it lose contacts and hundreds of pictures) because he insisted it was probably a bug. It wasn’t a bug and needed the screen replaced. Then he kept saying my phone was out of warranty which means it would be expensive (which btw $300 is still cheaper than a $1000 new iPhone ????) and I had to tell him MULTIPLE times it was fine. Then a younger gentleman (the apprentice, very very nice guy) told me they would go ahead with the repair, until the older guy said that they wouldn’t because my back camera was broken (it was A SMALL SCRATCH???) and they would have to due a full screen replacement, front and back, which was near $600. I couldn’t afford that and was told by the younger apprentice that if I went to Kennewick I’d have an easier time since he wasn’t able to due it himself because of the older guy. I left and drove to Kennewick where I got it replaced the same day. It’s ridiculous that they not only didn’t listen to me, but then tried to screw me over $600 dollar. Most ridiculous waste of my time

The reason I gave 3 stars "It's okay" is because it's not my hometowns store and things were much harder to find, but overall it still had the same product I was looking for in-stock and didn't have to wait to have it shipped to the store or to me.

What can I say I love electronics! The staff at best buy are pretty informative!. So may goodies in this store and it is hard to come here without going crazy with all the fun gaming and video stuff. Just bought the Yeti Nano to make my Jewelry videos for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram to promote my Nickel and lead free $5 Fashion Jewelry, the audio is great!

Today I was skeptical taking a printer back that I knew was past the warranty period. Not only did they give me a refund but they were helpful and patient with me while I was picking out a new printer. These guys really gave me some hope today after I almost smashed my laptop and old printer because I was so frustrated with it. Don’t quit five minutes before the miracle happens.

Waited for 20 min for someone to help just give me an iPad I had already picked out. Where are the employees??? I only saw two for the whole store, with lots of customers all needing help. Worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. I just left empty handed.

This is piss poor by the company to route you to someone in another state who can't help you if it's store specific...

Drove 30 minutes to buy a radio install kit that their website said was in stock to get there and was told the installer used it. Should update their site still says they have one even an hour after it was brought to their attention. Sure they offered to order one, but I can do the same and get it cheaper from Amazon. I personally like the instant gratification of same day in my hand product but people wonder why stores are losing sales to online sales. Probably the last time going there.

Took my iPad here, and they couldn’t repair it or really tell me exactly what the issue was. Not all their fault, but definitely frustrating. I was constantly interrupted throughout the conversation, too, which was annoying.The store is just “Okay” all around. They did do a good job installing my stereo a couple of years ago though, so I’ll give them credit for that.

Every time I try to shop at BestBuy, I'm disappointed and don't return for a year or more. I called our local store to get the screen on my phone repaired. I got a price, made an appointment and went in, just to be told they don't do repairs at this location or any store close. So frustrating!

A+++ We will certainly be back!!!! Went looking for a laptop needing specifics, Newton was VERY informative, did not try to pressure us into buying anything not needed, got me EXACTLY what I was looking for a cheaper price than we had budgeted for. All staff was extremely friendly despite how busy they were. Margarita our cashier had great energy and very personable. Both making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in to the moment we cashed out! Great team work all around!

Good employees, they didn't over do it and watch my every move but they also were nearby and asked if I needed help at least once. Only gripe is if you've never been to the union gap best buy it can be somewhat confusing to find any of the stores in that area.
