These guys are simply amazing! I set up my estimate, and got a response immediately. Izzy came out to take measurements and discuss what a plan would be for a small room in a home we just bought. We went into the store to pick our flooring. Izzy was so helpful and extremely kind. We felt very. comfortable with what we paid and there was no pressure to go out of our budget. He got us on the schedule right away. A few days later, Dean came to our home perfectly on time and got straight to work. He was kind and didn't leave a single speck of dust behind.The floor turned out gorgeous! Very satisfied with the results. The customer service is above and beyond here!!! We will definitely be working with this team again for future projects.

We decided to resurface our floors after 12 years. It was a big project for us and Glenn made the process really easy. Their showroom is awesome and it gives you a chance to really see the pieces fit together. Once we decided, Glenn's team came out to install the LVP and carpet. The team was extremely professional and they were so friendly the entire time. They made us feel very comfortable throughout the install and they did a great job of cleaning up after it was complete. Working with the team from All American Discount Flooring was a relief and a 5-star experience from beginning to end. I made the decision to replace the floors in my parent's 1970s condo somewhat hastily. Thus, the number of questions I had - from baseboards, to moving furniture and appliances, to plumbing, timing, and inquiries about the product that I chose - seemed endless. Izzy and the crew were never anything but patient and gracious and helpful. The guys on site for all the days of our install were fast and did a beautiful job. We have had nonstop compliments from neighbors. For me, it was also helpful that they were so kind. I recommend this company without hesitation. Great experience.

Recently had our full basement carpeted.Glen and the crew were great installers.They were on time , did exactly what they said they would do plus more.The basement looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.While doing the final walk through with Glen personally, he noticed we had an unfinished countertop and gave us an awesome deal on a piece of granite he had and we then decided to do our kitchen countertop at the same time.We did the quartz and it turned out beautiful.Gustavo his installer did an amazing job. He was on time and professional in every way.The experience was top notch!

Avoid avoid avoid. Glen gave me a timeline of a few weeks, turned into months. Sent an old man who didn’t speak English. And a young guy that smelled like marijuana. Took months. Very poor job, need the grout re-done. He is a BULLY!! Worst tile I’ve ever seen. Uneven. Lots of cracks. When I questioned him, he threatened to charge more. AVOID

We had two bdrms and an adjoining foyer area carpeted. They offer the best quality and pricing in town. The staff treats everyone like family. They know their products and take the time to answer each and every possible question a customer might have. We will use them for all future flooring projects. Here's another highlight.. they gave us a schedule date for installation and they were there on that date. The installers did a fabulous job too.. We would give them 100 stars but sadly there are only 5 stars to this rating..

I was looking for a very large piece of carpet that I could have bound to an area rug. Caleb and everyone there were always so helpful and made everything so easy. They special ordered the carpet that I picked out and they did the binding in house and I had my huge area rug in less than 2 weeks!!!! Went above and beyond to make sure I would have it for the weekend. We will only use them for any of our future flooring and would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and helpful! The word that comes to mind Is WOW!!!! Glen and his crew are professional, perfectionists with integrity to do the best possible job that is possible! Discount Carpet put Home Depot to shame. I was shopping for new carpet and after reading reviews on Google, decided to compare DC with HD. They offered me a total cost (carpet, pad, installation) with a premium carpet for LESS and installed in 1/3 the time Home Depot could. I appreciated Luis and all his help. Also, Johnny and Aaron were fantastic: professional, courteous, and thorough! Thanks guys! Love it ☺️

When they say the discount is in the price - and not the quality - they mean it. If you have a flooring project, give these guys a shot. I think you will be surprised on how reasonable they are. Plus, the installers clean up after themselves and are more than willing to work around your schedule. Highly recommended.
