My intention is for this to reach as many folks as possible. Lori was surrendering her 18 month-old Belgian Malinois, Whiskey. Being a combat veteran suffering from PTSD, chronic depression and nightmares. My clinical team had highly suggested that I find another dog. There were Belgians out there, but at a price. Whiskey as well. I recently completed 13 months of in-patent treatment for mental health. After speaking with her and telling my story, she decided to waive the rehoming fee. After meeting Lori and Whiskey, it was all very positive. Whiskey now resides in Clackamas with a very happy veteran. Lori, thanks so much for making a positive, life altering decision.

I was passing through and wanted to give my money to a local business. Sheesh. know that they will not let your dog in the door with out all of it's medical records and will forcefully remove your dogs from the waiting room while explaining it to you. They did a good job on the trim, but need a lot of work on customer service and information

Absolutely amazing!! My days off changed so I was going to have to cancel our first appointment here, when I called to let her know, she said she could squeeze me in on the day I called! She was totally sweet and understanding about it. I took two medium dogs there and she did a amazing job on their cuts. So much better then the place I usually go to in Vancouver. When I dropped them off she was very engaging with my dogs and made me feel comfortable leaving them. Looks like I found a new groomer!!

My Shabby Dog, Lou has been to see Lori every 6-9 weeks over the past 2 years. We love Lori! She has been the first groomer that was able to give a proper Schnauzer cut without giving him razor burn. Additionally, it is very clear she has genuine care for animals and I’ve never had to be concerned about the quality care he is receiving. Our boy enjoys his little day at the spa and he comes home looking so handsome. I love the extra touches Lori puts into his cuts. Honestly, I was very pleased after our first visit. She has a satisfied customers for the long haul!

Lori is the best! She does my dog's quickly and efficiently and never hits the quick. Also, does a great job with the actual grooming and his skin looks great and he smells nice too (for a beagle). Very affordable!!!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to take my two pups! Called on a Tuesday and got in on Wednesday. Very happy with how quickly I got in and how great my dogs look and feel after. I never leave reviews for anything but this place deserves it. 🙂

So my rating is based on two things. First dog looks great wonderful job. Second is a lesson in customer service. When I arrived to drop off dog, I was unaware that it was curb side only, also i missed the sign that indicated that, my bad. Upon entering the store i was greeted with the rude comment "you can't be in here curb side only". I apologized and turned to leave I was stopped and they took my dog. I again apologized and located the sign next to the door on my way out. End of the story no, as I was leaving the individual that greeted me with the rude comment came out to a customer not once but twice, no mask at all. So what's my point "pandemic or not" rude is rude and will cost you a customer.

Made an appointment for my 2 dogs nails. When I got there, there was nobody there. Nobody answered the phone and no one came out. When I booked the appointment the woman seemed less than enthused to take on a couple more dogs. I wish she would have just said so rather than wasting my time.

Seem very knowledgeable about their profession. Kindra was welcoming and kind to our Havanese. She made our shaggy girl look pretty again and she wasn't traumatized. I'm sure she'll be happy to see Kindra again.
